Hello,
When I try to redeem the points it is showing as mobile number should be less than 0 characters. I verified my date of birth mobile number through OTP. I provided the same number which was registered on the panel station. But instead of getting call on my number it is showing error as Mobile number should be less than 0 characters.
Requesting you to please help me to redeem the points so I can take the surveys....

I have completed the point to redeem for gift card. aftredeemeddem the point I have to wait for several days until 1 May and now I did not get the gift card becose they give me the link does not work. still, contact with them but they did not solve the problem they act like that I have not explained what the Issue

Every time i am going to complete my survey it stopped or expired automatically at the last moment and send me only valid survey. So please send good survey which is not expired and send me more and more surveys.

Why my survey stopped or expired, when i was giving best details it stopped my survey. So, please don't stop my survey and expired.

I am unable to redeem by points beacuse I entered wrong dob while login by mistake .please help me

I don't know why the panel station had blocked my account. I always try to fill the survey in most authentic way with clear understanding . But, i received a mail stating my account has been blocked. Infact, I have redeemed some points as well and some more points are still in my account available which i earned by giving my valuable time. This is really frustrating after spending so much time and providing correct information my account...

I made a profile on the panel station on 18 march 2022 using email id [protected]@gmail.com. Name- Anamika. I am unable to redeem points due to DOB issues. By mistake i have entered wrong DOB while registering and wish to edit the same but such a option is not available. Kindly sort the issue out. Allow me to rectify my DOB so i can redeem my points.

I worked hard and honestly to earn points and I made around 40000 points and you blocked my account so that you don't have to pay me. This is fraud. I had redeemed 3000 panel station points in the month of march 2022.
I had redeemed it in paytm. But i have still not received it.

I am trying to redeem a gift card from tps but it shows me dob is incorrect.
My correct dob is 26/07/1998 and I have been trying to enter it from last 6 months but it shows incorrect.
So basically i m stuck from 6 months and can't redeem anything from tps.

I cannot redeem my point as saying invalid date of birth, what rubbish. It mean that I forgot my own date of birth??? Please resolve or I will approach consumer court for harassment and mental trauma.

I have been a member of TPS for more than one year, I try to redeem my points with my accurate date of birth even then also I get an error message saying "Enter a valid date of birth" and my date of birth is correct and the same as date of birth I submitted on my registration form when I joined.

I have written emails to TPS and they don't read my emails concerns but send me the same an automated response.I have explained numerous times that their system must have deleted or changed my date of birth
