Help me I forget date of birth so help me how i redeem points

Dear Panel Station,

Good day!

I would like to ask why can't I redeem points.

They are asking for a valid birthdate, which I already put but it won't proceed.

Hoping for your response.

I have been using the panel station for 2 years. now i wanted to redeem my points. but during the reedemption it is showing me invalid date of birth. so please do help me out with this issue.

I was prompted to change my password. After that I am unable to log in to my account. Even forgot password option is not working. I have loads of points left on my account. Kindly resolve this issue as it is very distressing.

I am using panel station app for 1 year, also i have completed 100 survey and earn lots of money but currently I have not able to do login in the app please solve the problem and activate my account.

I am doing surveys from last more than two years and i earned many points and now suddenly they blocked my account i had so many points and rewards pending in process. Please take action and help.two paytm vouchers and 8400 points in pending and suddenly they blocked my account.

Plz send me my date of birth to my registered email id with panel station

When I try to redeem the points it is showing as Mobile number should be less than 0 characters. I verified my date of birth mobile number through OTP. I provided the same number which was registered on the panel station. But instead of getting call on my number it is showing as Mobile number should be less than 0 characters.
Requesting you to please help me so that I can redeem the points.

I have completed the point to redeem for gift card. aftredeemeddem the point I have to wait for several days until 1 May and now I did not get the gift card becose they give me the link does not work. still, contact with them but they did not solve the problem they act like that I have not explained what the Issue

Every time i am going to complete my survey it stopped or expired automatically at the last moment and send me only valid survey. So please send good survey which is not expired and send me more and more surveys.

Why my survey stopped or expired, when i was giving best details it stopped my survey. So, please don't stop my survey and expired.

I am unable to redeem by points beacuse I entered wrong dob while login by mistake .please help me

I made a profile on the panel station on 18 march 2022 using email id [protected]@gmail.com. Name- Anamika. I am unable to redeem points due to DOB issues. By mistake i have entered wrong DOB while registering and wish to edit the same but such a option is not available. Kindly sort the issue out. Allow me to rectify my DOB so i can redeem my points.
