You people at [protected]@thepanelstationsurveys3.com are not replying. My account is blocked without any reason. I had only one and genuine account.     I had redeemed 3000 panel station points in the month of march 2022.
    I had redeemed it in paytm. But i have still not received it.

      I have spent hours into panelstation answering surveys and accumulated my points and after that they are not letting me redeem it. It shows invalid date of birth. I have contacted the support team many times but there is no responsible reply from their side.

        Hi this is praveen my mail id ([protected]@yahoo.com) i have 5435 available points i cant able to reedem because of invalid date.. 02/12/1991 is my dob but its showing invalid dob what can i do please tel me my correct entered dob please resolve and should tell the solution...

            I am trying to redeem a gift card from tps but it shows me dob is incorrect.
            My correct dob is 26/07/1998 and I have been trying to enter it from last 6 months but it shows incorrect.
            So basically i m stuck from 6 months and can't redeem anything from tps.
            I have reached to tps over the mail but they sent me auto generated email which doesn't help me.
            So finally i have raised an complaint.

                  I cannot redeem my point as saying invalid date of birth, what rubbish. It mean that I forgot my own date of birth??? Please resolve or I will approach consumer court for harassment and mental trauma.

                    I have been a member of TPS for more than one year, I try to redeem my points with my accurate date of birth even then also I get an error message saying "Enter a valid date of birth" and my date of birth is correct and the same as date of birth I submitted on my registration form when I joined.

                    I have written emails to TPS and they don't read my emails concerns but send me the same an automated response.I have explained numerous times that their system must have deleted or changed my date of birth

                    All I need is for TPS to rectify my date of birth

                                Before 1.5 months I have redeem 2 times.[protected] points for paytm vouchers. After 1.5 months I have got congratulation mail that your redeem gift is ready in your panelstion profile page. I go in my profile page and check my paytm voucher. 1 voucher of 3000 points of rs. 400 was smoothly deposit in my paytm wallet but when I try to 2nd voucher did not processing. में दो दिन से कोशिश कर रहा हू लेकिन ईनका पेटीएम कूपन का लींक ही काम नहीं कर रहा है जब भी पिन डालता हू तो ये लीखा हुआ आता है "oops something network issue please try after some hours"ऐसा 2 दिन से आ रहा है मे कूपन का लींक यहा दे रहा हू https;//txp2.in/V/ALvaQ3Bimp3. Please panelstation fix issue you know that i am waiting this coupan from 8 months to now. One paytm coupan cleared complete but second paytm coupan did not works. I allready sends you screen shot by mail but you r saying this is paytm issue. This is your issue please fiix it. Paytm voucher code did not generate in our panelstation. Sending screen shot.

                                  On redemption of a flipkart voucher worth 3000 points, a voucher with wrong details was sent as a flipkart voucher must contain 6 digit pin whereas the one sent had only 4 digits as confirmed by flipkart customer care .
