The panel station system accused me of doing fraud while I have been honest in the surveys. They aren't listening to my point of view. They also fingerprinted my device now I cannot create new account and use it.
I invested my time in it now it seems like they somewhat want to do scam,
my panel station account was [protected]@gmail.com.
Please delete my device fingerprints and IP address that you have blocked from your server so that i can create a new account.
I'm interested in your service. If you give me my money then I'll do what best i can do in surveys.

      I exchanged my points for 2 vouchers on the 14th and 15th of October 2021. According to Panel Station, vouchers will be received within 8 weeks. I contacted them on the 17th of December 2021, Ref#: 5530758 with my inquiry and I was told they will get back to me with a response from their vendor. I never received any response after that. I contacted them again on the 29th of December and I was told I will receive my voucher before the end of December. No vouchers were sent and no communication from them. Today is the 27th of January 2022, 14 weeks since I redeemed my vouchers. I am worried because I have other 3 outstanding vouchers that I redeemed. I just need them to send me my 2 October 2021 vouchers and I will wait for the other 3 vouchers which are due to me in February 13-20.

        I am not recieveing survey though I am eligible for receiving survey as I met the criteria. Also the reward points do not increase from 2709 as no survey is recieved. I wrote several time to panel station that "Please let me reedem the points and then I will delete my account" but they dont hear my request. They always reply that the survey is assigned automatically. But I dont think it is possible that I do not receive a single survey for more than a year. Requesting you to look into matter and do the needful please.

          Hi,
          Iam member since 1 year, from august 2021 am not receiving any surveys mailed them so many times about it no response at least i thought redeem my remaining points even that option was disabled in my profile and previously i redeemed one coupon that also they did not provided coupon almost from 6 months, facing all this issues mailed so many times about this but no response from panel station team.

              Hello Team,

              I am trying to redeem my points from panel station but its not going through. When I try to do that, it asks for verification. I verified my date of birth and mobile number for OTP.

              I gave my same number which is registered on panel station. But instead of getting call on my phone, I get the error message "Mobile Number should be less than 0 characters." After some seconds, error message gets dissappeared.

              I have raised request on panel station help corner, but did not get even any acknowledgement..

              Please help so I can redeem my points and continue giving surveys on panel station.

                    I received my two Shoprite vouchers last week, I went to Shoprite to shop. When I arrived at the till the teller take the voucher codes puts them in the till and it said invalid. You guys gave me invalid vouchers

                      Hello Team,

                        Today, it is displaying - My panel station account is expired. They asked to set a new password using old password but its showing enter old password correctly and i m not able to reset my password... How can i reset my password..                                 I have been a member of the surveys portal for at least two years. I have been able to exchange the points for vouchers without any issues till last month. Since last month, whenever I try to redeem the points (using the same DOB I have always used), it has been showing "Please enter a valid Date of Birth". At first, I thought it will be a system error and will be fixed soon, but it hasn't so far. So I think it is intentional. I Would like to an actual response since the replies though mail has not been at all helpful in resolving the issue. As I can see multiple people having the same issue here, I think they are intentionally stopping people from redeeming, and letting the points expire.

                                  Brother, why don't you give satisfactory answer to someone's complaint properly? Nor do you ever satisfactorily resolve someone's complaint? I have complained many times, that the Amazon Voucher code issued by you on 25th August from your instant portal is invalid. I also attached screenshot for proof. After my many efforts, you have made a commitment to me twice that you will issue me a new genuine voucher code before 2 weeks in return. Today a month has passed since your second commitment, but you have not issued me a new voucher code yet.
                                  Which clay are you made of? Do you have a sense of honesty and responsibility? Check your reviews on all the websites and see that 99% of the panelists have called you abusive words because of your behavior.
                                  Can you improve your behavior a bit? So that in the hearts of those who work for you a good feeling for you may remain? Check my complaint and respond sincerely like a responsible and reputed company.

                                    I redeemed my points on September 15th and they voucher should have reached around October 3rd week as per their 3-5 weeks policy. But i didnt received it. i contacted the helpdesk and they are not talking about the problem and straight away blocked me. the points and the time i spent for the points are irreversible. i had to put lot of efforts in the past 5 months and spent all my spare time to earn the vouchers. they straight away refused me giving no reasons. They still have the quality checks for the points before redeeming. i earned the points which passed in the quality checks.

                                        Now you have crossed all limits of your deceit. I have been hitting on you for months regarding a small complaint of mine, but instead of resolving it, you are either replying in reverse, or are not responding to any of my mails.
                                        You are forcing me to file a complaint against you in the Cyber Crime Cell for online fraud with all the evidence and screenshots.
                                        You are forcing me to reach your Bangalore Corporate Office with 20-25 people and create a ruckus there and answer your such fraud in front of the another peoples, which will not be difficult for me at all. Because I am already posted in MG Road Bangalore now days, for a few months.
                                        Tell yourself how are you interested in resolving my complaint properly? Like a reputed honest company or like a fraud and cheater company?
