I can't redeem my Point. Once i am trying to redeem it, asking date of birth and mobile verification. Unfortunately I'm not getting OTP by sms.

Coupons are not active. I cant apply redemption....

First of all I am not getting any email or survey from The Panel Station from April 2021. there is points in my account I cant redeem as every time it showing error accured. I tried everything and contacted help desk but the problem is still exist. I dont know what to do ? Please help me out I am tired of trying but same error display every time.
