I couldn't redeem my voucher due to again and again it shows invalid date of birth.
I need to put this in consumer complaint as there is no one paying heed to the problem as mentioned below.
1. Date of birth parameter inclusion does not let me redeem my voucher.
2. With OTP already my number and email id is verified.
If there is system issue why it is not rectified why for that why we are been penalised for again and again showing error invalid birth date.
From last 2 weeks although tried many times it shows invalid date of birth only how do I redeem my voucher?
It took almost 6 months no voucher I had redeemed because of your such limitations and restrictions.
If you don't want me to go to next escalation level, please do let me know what needed to be done as from OTP LEVEL THERE also IS NO REDEMPTION PROCESS AVAILABLE.
BELOW IS MY NUMBER EITHER YOU GUIDE ME OR I WILL SOCIALIZE EACH AND EVERY thing in social PLATFORM FOR TPS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.
