    When I try to redeem my rewards it is asking my date of birth and after keying in my details it says Enter Valid Date of Birth and does not proceed further. Unable to share complaint also through panel station app.

      I can't redeem my Point. Once i am trying to redeem it, asking date of birth and mobile verification. Unfortunately I'm not getting OTP by sms.

      Coupons are not active. I cant apply redemption.

                please do check my mobile number is verified so the otp is confirmed from the same registered mobile number.

                However i couldn't redeemed my voucher since it is asking dob although sharing again'and again the correct one dob it is showing invalid dob and could not help me to redeem my voucher.

                It is seriously a torture from last 2 days i am sending email and throwing complaint request but the ticket is not closed no one is readying to listen.

                I seriously need to go one more step up since it is out of my reach wherein no attention is been set up by tps.

                I will socialize each and every platform that there is no attention to customer complaints and we are been getting treatment as a wild goose chasing no idea whom to reach.

                Please assist.

                If required i will arrange my kyc docs as well to confirm my dob but please resolved this glitch and send back my voucher coupons.

                  I couldn't redeem my voucher due to again and again it shows invalid date of birth.

                  I need to put this in consumer complaint as there is no one paying heed to the problem as mentioned below.

                  1. Date of birth parameter inclusion does not let me redeem my voucher.

                  2. With OTP already my number and email id is verified.

                  If there is system issue why it is not rectified why for that why we are been penalised for again and again showing error invalid birth date.

                  From last 2 weeks although tried many times it shows invalid date of birth only how do I redeem my voucher?

                  It took almost 6 months no voucher I had redeemed because of your such limitations and restrictions.

                  If you don't want me to go to next escalation level, please do let me know what needed to be done as from OTP LEVEL THERE also IS NO REDEMPTION PROCESS AVAILABLE.

                  BELOW IS MY NUMBER EITHER YOU GUIDE ME OR I WILL SOCIALIZE EACH AND EVERY thing in social PLATFORM FOR TPS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.

                  I was also facing the same issue of invalid date of birth I request you to please kindly look into it and guide me what can I do in this situation
                  I would advise anyone who is starting out on surveys to avoid panelstation, it's a ### app, you'll work hard accumulating points you are never gon be able to redeem.

                  Do yourself a favour find other survey platforms.

                      First of all I am not getting any email or survey from The Panel Station from April 2021. there is points in my account I cant redeem as every time it showing error accured. I tried everything and contacted help desk but the problem is still exist. I dont know what to do ? Please help me out I am tired of trying but same error display every time. Even my date of birth is correct as I crossed verified with the help desk.

                                For the confusion related to the 'Points in review' section, a few days back you proudly informed us through a mail that after the review period of 3-6 weeks our earned points will start showing in the redemption section, but If I'm checking, you haven't even cleared the points for my survey completed in April, and it's still in the 'Points in review' section and not available for redemption. What is all this confusion? I have noted down...

                                      I tried redeeming for 2 months. I tried in new updated app and website both. Each time after giving my DOB and confirming the voucher this message shows.
                                      " An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again and if the issue persists, please write to our helpdesk who will then assist you with the resolution. "
                                      I mailed them100 times. Every time they replied with the process of redemption and saying their concern team confirms there is no problem.
                                      They are not even reading the mails. They send same auto generated replies again and again telling concern team confirm there is no problem and process of redemption. They don't want is to redeem the amount after giving so kuch time and effort and collecting points they just don't want us to redeem. They are thef.
