    I tried redeeming for 2 months. I tried in new updated app and website both. Each time after giving my DOB and confirming the voucher this message shows.
    " An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again and if the issue persists, please write to our helpdesk who will then assist you with the resolution. "
    I mailed them100 times. Every time they replied with the process of redemption and saying their concern team confirms there is no problem.
    They are not even reading the mails. They send same auto generated replies again and again telling concern team confirm there is no problem and process of redemption. They don't want is to redeem the amount after giving so kuch time and effort and collecting points they just don't want us to redeem. They are thef.

        Unable to redeem accumulated points

              Why not reply to my mail? While many of my complaints are pending with you. And why not give my Amazon reward Voucher? Which I redeem on 16th March. Whereas in response to my complaint on 27th April, you said that you will give in 2 weeks. Hasn't 2 weeks been completed since 27th? What is the way?

                I am not able to redeem my rewards and it says an error has occurred please contact helpdesk, I have written several mail to them without any reply. I have stopped getting any surveys from the past 3 months. If you don't want to cough up the money which we earned why fake being a real company? Get me my 5000 points rewards and I am done with this site, they let you redeem the sweepstakes which make them hell lot of money but won't let you redeem through Paytm, Amazon etc.

                I am also getting the same error message and to contact help desk. I am trying to redeem from ome month. I send them 100 of mails but they send automatic generated reply about the process of redemption. They are blind and abnormal. It becames worst app. They don't want that we redeem our points. They are cheating.

                  You have worst Complaint Resolution System in all over world. You do not give any response to any complaint or any mail of your panelists. What is the method? Is there any cost for our time and hard work? Since when is my Amazon Reward Voucher pending, which I redeem on 16 March, but till now you have not clear nor do you give any response to my mail. How many of my complaints are pending with you, but you have not resolved any of them. Whenever we complete a survey for you, then 80 times out of 100 it does not reach the reward page, and if we complain or mail you, then it does not get any response. You have made a joke You tell me, is this kind of attitude of an honest company? Please be honest with your panelists. Clear my reward voucher and resolve my other complaints as well.

                      I have redeemed my tps reward of 3000 points 2 times(On 3rd March and 12th March 2021) usually i used to get the email containing Voucher Code and Pin in 1 month but now it’s been more than a month still I did not receive any cash back from TPS. I looked on my account and voucher code is present in redemption section but no email was recieved regarding the Voucher code and voucher Pin. I emailed them several times but no response hope. I will get my redeemed cash back soon.
