The Panel Station — More than 8000 points are under reivew

Hi,
Firstly they converted almost 5000 points to coins without my consent. Also almost 8000 points are still under review from 12 months. They convert these points to useless coins without even asking. And now from many days I am not able to redeem my points as the page is buffering. I checked the other users review and found that this is happening with everyone.
