[Resolved]  The Panel Station — Paytm cash delivered but not received in my paytm wallet

On 23rd september i received an email that paytm cash had delivered but at the same time i have checked but not cash received and today is 26th sep but still i have not received my paytm cash.

I have redeemed my 3000 points and got Paytm voucher code but tps haven't send through email and as earlier tps had given me gift voucher as cash back which directly go to my Paytm wallet . So I want my gift in my wallet. What to do with this voucher code ?
