The Panel Station — Redemption not received voucher expired

Hi I made a redemption on June 26 2021. I didn't receive any confirmation email on that. I waited for such a long time nothing worked as commited.
When I checked you said to check with paytm.
Upon calling paytm has got nothing to do with the voucher code and to trace it they need order I'd.
Hey panel station dont you sort the issue and put your Surveyers in Conveninet zone to address this issue and sort.
I need the points back or the wallet cash. Do something to sort. Very poor response. You communicate to paytm and sort this issue asap

Updated by Suvedirab It's not resolved the complaint is about couldn't use the voucher no proper information provided to solve this.
Provide me the order I'd for the voucher code I received. They told we can't find out. Are playing with our time and effort. Sort this issue talk to the paytm and resolve this issue
