The Panel Station — Shoprite voucher codes problem

I am really dissapointed I have completed surveys and redeemed my points for Shoprite vouchers and i think if not mistaken it can be almost 2 years now that I have been up and done to Shoprite to use my voucher codes, but I have no luck.I have send emailes to The Panel Station, because at Shoprite they wanted to firstly know what the value of the points were and which I didn't get I only received an email with the 2 voucher codes.I have redeemed 2x 4000 points and it was actually just a waste of my time for completing surveys thinking that i get rewarded afterwards.I really hope I can get assistance from The Panel Station because i went to Shoprite again for almost 6 months this year and still I left the shop empty handed yesterday the system at Shoprite couldn't load the voucher codes it gave an expired error message I think I need to get compensated for my points that have no value to me and my time ive wasted.I have never felt so disappointed and embarresed and still standing in the lines for hours just to leave without getting my vouchers sorted to use it.
