You send me mail that my reward for 3000 points has send in your Paytm account but I did not received the amount in Paytm account I raised complain in Paytm regarding this Paytm asked me to give transaction I'd for the amount which your sender has sent. Can u give me transaction Id for my reward. Two times I did not received amount 1- date of redemption: 10/26/2020 order Id: 142577 2- date of redemption: 1/15/2021 order Id: 152767 Plz help me to solve this issue.
