The Park Priviera — Refund and cancellation of membership

I have taken membership from park priviera. A travel agent. Who have made me sign a form where written it's terms and conditions

They have made so much of promises to provide services in domestic and international travel
After purchase of membership I asked for services for international. They are not providing as they hve promised to provide in 4/5 star hotels because of their cost advantage

I haven't received any service and now they are not answering mails calls or even not refunding money which is in near by 100000 rupees

How a fraud com. Can marketed by our famous hotel/restaurants and other agencies

Stop making fool and be genuine to your services

Because of this kind of co. Our India is not trustworthy now a days

waste of the membership so far... somethings can be done to stop this chain.. also the hotels, who entertained them should be accountable.
