      Courier was from Mallur to Raichur
      First got call from Raichur office that courier is received… they will ask weather you (customer) will come to collect or delivery will be late… rude behaviour… unprofessional service by professional courier raichur … now comes Shakthinagar professional courier person talks in same call and tells customer that he can’t have vehicular delivery will be late … he ask further should I leave in raichur or I will take to Shakthinagar but delivery will as per there schedule… 3-4 days passed the courier is not yet delivered to us still now… Our Industry is located between Raichur professional courier (14km) and Shakthinagar Professional courier (6km)… I also called to Bangalore Regional Office they are not ready to take a complaint they just gave Mallur professional courier office number that’s all no way to complain… now got a chance to register a complaint… now I called company person who had sent a spares form Mallur … in raichur professional courier staff and Shakthinagar professional courier staff are one of the worst m f. They feeell they are working I a government office … chap Se marnan he salako…
      Please sorry for the language I am very frustrated… please correct your partner in raichur and Shakthinagar…. Today I felt bad tomorrow two more fell bad … and it continues in hundreds and word of mouth is very fast …
      For this company there is no customer care number and no complaints accepted

            I have shipped the courier on 17 oct to Mumbai from Coimbatore but it is showing its dispatched to Mumbai but delivered to bangluru. I am trying to get help from professional courier who are not even attending the call and helping with the tracking and since costly products have been shipped they costed us extra but still they have not delivered and not answering to our queries too.

                Dear Sir,

                We have booked a courier from Raipur to Pryagraj on 04/10/2022 doct no. RPR[protected] it was supposed to be reach with in 3-4 days but after 15 days its not reached and surprisingly non of your customer care numbers are working, either pryagraj or what ever

                if has contained some important medicine which i was procured from kerala, and its very urgent,

                none of its agent either raipur or pryagraj is responding what to do please let us know.

                  This parcel was delivered on 28th Oct 2022 ie. after 1 month & 4 days' time from booking date. I have lost Rs. 10 lacs due to delay in getting this parcel and also mental stress for one month period.

                  I am going lodge the complaint in consumer court against this irresponsible service.

                    We booked a PRO delivery on Friday and the delivered as supposed to happen on Saturday. We were charged extra for quick delivery service.
                    We did not recieve the parcel on Saturday .
                    As it was an urgent parcel we went to the Professional courier office in Egmore on Monday and realized that the material had reached only on Monday morning at 11 am. Hence Professional courier has not kept up their commitment and taken payment for an urgent delivery that was not delivered within the stipulated time,

                      The Professional Courier is not even picking up their phone and customer care number are not even working.

                      I've sent the package 18 days before but still not arrived at Hyderabad from Shivpuri (M.P). We tried to contact, and they first acknowledged there was a delay and will deliver soon but after that they are not even picking up the phone.

                      Could you please deliver that immediately because it has evidence which is cardinal for high court. if not deliver quickly, i have to open a court case against you.

                              Order placed on 26th Sept and I yet received the item . Its been more than 15 days and courier service is not taken any responsibility to deliver. Even after multiple followups. Pathetic service. Will not recommend anyone near future.

                                A Medical Consignment Has Been Dispatched On 27/09/2022 From Bhusawal To Berhampur (Consignment No : Bsl58196), The Parcel Has To Be Delivered In 3-4days But Its Been 11days I Did Not Recieve The Consignment Yet.                                   A product has been couriered from surat to bangalore on 23 sep 2022 through professional couriers. It has reached bangalore on 25 sep 2022. As per status it has been sent to bangalore hosur road on 26/sep/2022. But till now it's not delivered. I called all numbers possible, even a manager's number. The manager sees my messages in whatsapp doesn't reply. Customer care makes me call multiple different number as if it's not their problem. I'm lost and not knowing what to do now.

                                      My name is Ch sanath kumar. I couriered some Things From Tumkur, Pin code:572102 To Banswada pin code:503187. On 23.09.2022 till now courier is not reached dated on 01.10.2022.

                                      I sent some valuable things which are more important and emergency need.till now courier not reached the purpose of sending courier is not solved because of your worst service..who is responsible now for not reaching the courier??? If now reach also no use...still how many weeks u will take i don't know...i also incurred some monetary damages because of delayed courier and negligence...very very pathetic service ...
