I am to inform that on 12.4.17 a letter was sent from thavalakuppam pondicherry code no pin 7995639.. It was sent to canara bank manger trichy. Till date it was not delivered.in pondy for the last two days despite our complaint the letter was not traced out. For trichy just 200 k. M if your company takes 7 days it will damage your company name ok take action
Another courier sent from andaman vide no ixz505368 to cuddalore sent on 17.4.17 till time does not delivered.

I sent a courier in our profesional couriers on[protected] from our branch which is located at bhavanarayana street, i town, vijayawada to vishakapatnam. But on tracking the courier it is in tadepalligudem, still it is not received by my friend. He thought that i didn't send the document. You are one of the best courier services in city, but mistake took place and i submitted a complaint in your your website it's not working and shows server's problem message which is enclosed below.

Please try to delivery that document in the correct consignor address asap.

After repeated attempts to contact and inquire about the status of my product there is no answer. The courier was placed on 13th of april 2017, it's been 6 days and courier has not reached the destination. Such an irresponsible service ever seen without any proper sla. If you do not take action or return my product, i will make sure to drag you to consumer court very soon. You must be aware of hefty compensation that you would end up paying for such careless act.

Hi,

I have booked for logistic of one small parcel from Bangalore to Kolar. The courier service provider has charged me 60 rs, whereas another service provider has charged only 40.
This person is charging more than others.
Kindly resolve the issue faced by me
Find the attached docket for further clarification.
Kindly refund the excess charge made by him.

Courier is placed for transfer from Bangalore to venkatagiri, nelloredt. through premium pro courier service. it breached its delivery time limit . still not yet reached. line manager and courier manager is stating that the courier is at chennnai (moved from bangalore to hyderabad and from hyderabad to chennai) it may take one more day.

customer care person said for availing the cash back i need to go to bangalore and i need to show the receipt.

I ordered the sweet from Halwakadai.com on april 12th. It was dispatched on april 13th and i was told that i would receive it in Pune on 17th april. Today when i called the professional couriers pune branch they were very lethargic and carelessly replied saying that there is no delivery guy hence you will receive it tomorrow! Their way of speaking was so uninterested and their tone was like why did this person even call. Hinjewadi branch in Pune. Extremely bad service.

I booked a courier for Bangalore on 8th April 2017 from Bhilai via The Professional Couriers. Their tracker says it is dispatched to Chennai but no further update on where it has reached. It has been 7 days.
We contacted the Chennai office but they said it has not reached them. We contacted Bangalore office but they also said it has not reached them.
We contacted Durg office but they said the consignment may have reached Chennai. They said they would confirm with Chennai office and tell us but they didn't give any further lead till now. It has been two days since we have been talking to Durg office.
The person at booking office at Bhilai says he doesn't know what happened to the consignment. I need that document by 19th for interview.

I have sent a consignment through Professional courier, V V Mohalla, Mysore, Karnataka, 570002 on 1st April, 2017 for Lucknow. The same is yet to reach it's destination. On that day the fellow at the counter did not have Rs 10 to return me as i have given a 100 rupee note and the courier charges were Rs 90/-. As i never thought there would be any issue so i have not kept the consignment slip. Sadly when i came to know that the consignment has not reached yet, i contacted the lady at their V V Mohalla office yesterday.She asked me for the consignment number, which i said i do not have so she said that i shall get a call but after 24 hours when i did not get a call, i again visited their office and enquired so she said point blankly that she cannot help or give details without consignment number though i have given all other details.She spoke to the manager(who was missing from the office) and repeated the same to me. When i asked to give the same in writing, she again refused and called up the manager, who also refused to accept my complaint in writing. The manager was not able to understand english or hindi. I asked him for a complaint cell number which he gave. I regert that i had gone to Professional courier for any service.Their services are extremely poor and the staff too are not helpful at all. Over all rating if i have to gvie them on a scale of 10 then i shall rate them as 2.Never seek their services, that is what i would advise all and sundry. Worst courier. Even their site does not allow lodging a complaint without a consignment number-so sad. mob.[protected]

Two times it has happened, that my courier has reached Bangalore 3-4 days back and after I called 3-4 times on their customer service, they would try to deliver. No professionalism in the customer service, they will keep the call on hold or simply disconnect without providing a solution.

Courier i sent on 1st April from Kozhikode to Bengaluru reached Bengaluru on April 3.When i track this courier i can see that there is no activity for this courier

I tied calling the customer care number provided by kozhikode professional courier ([protected])representative take the phone and disconnect without responding

I tried on [protected] number and i was able to connect to a representative she told that i have to call to koramangala office since the courier destination is Domlur and gave me two number

I tried calling on the number she gave([protected] and[protected]no one pick the call

I tried to raise a complaint through online i am getting website error while submitting the request

Courier contain the medi claim bills and i need this courier to be delivered urgently
I am requesting to escalate this and deliver this courier EOD

The Consignment [BLR[protected]] placed on Saturday [[protected]] is not yet delivered. I was assured when placing the order that it will be delivered on Monday [[protected]]. Till today, 5 days have passed and you have not delivered it in a place which is just 20 kilometers away. What kind of service is this?

Today is the last date for application submission. I am unable to get any response on the phone as well.
Confirm the status immediately.

I have booked parcel containing my mother angiogram report CD on 30th March 2017 from dharwad, Karnataka with receipt number 3254471 to Mysore, till 4th I have not receoved and the repeated call only tells me it will come.

Finaly today dharwad office person told me it was delivered to mysore office on 1st April 2017 itself.
I called mysore office ([protected]) and he told at first no parcel received. when I insisted he told he will call me after 10 minuter, which he never did.
I called him again and he tells me they are waiting to deliver it assuming it was for different address. He has no answer why they did not called me.
he was adamant and insisting me to collect to CD from his office when he is available.

The CD was urgent and needed to avoid second angiogram test on my mother but these "Unprofessional" courrier playing with someones life.

At 23rd August iGyaan (youtuber) had send me an electronic item but till date i didn't Receive it so i have asked him and he send me the tracking no z98603885 By DTDC Courier Company . After Tracking it i came to know that the status is delivered but I didn't Receive any parcel.Please take strict action or unnecessarily i have to take some legal action.

I booked my courier on saturday 25th march. I cannot track it online and it is not delivered also. I tried every phone number on their website, also sent emails. Even Banglaore customer care is not answering calls. To my email, they replied that they can't do anything contact booking center. I visited their two times. I am sick of calling different numbers.Please do take against them.

We are a reputed jewellery firm in Thiruvalla since last 71 years having trade name Rajan Jewellery.One of our partner Mr Arjun Pradeep has forwarded an urgent courier from mumbai on 13/03/2017 vide docket no *VPL[protected]* & the same has been received on 16/03/2017 at Thiruvalla office. Till now the didn't inform us nor tried to contact us regarding the courier.Today (23/03/2017) after tracking the courier online, I tried to contact thiruvalla office([protected]) then the lady on phone tells that their staff was on leave. Our firm is running in the heart of Thiruvalla & only having 200 or 300 mtrs of distance from your office, it seems to be very bad intention from a reputed firm like yours.If they informed us we will collect the same from their office.

Professional Courier is big fraud company in logistic services.
I have paid 380 Rupees for 400Gram Parcel to deliver Bangalore City from Coimbatore city. 3rd march 2017 Friday after noon 2.30pm the parcel has booked also the courier collector promised that it will be deliver to the given address by next day Saturday morning before 12.30pm. But Nothing happen. I got the courier by Thursday afternoon 3pm on 9th March 2017.
I have requested with head office, the address limit office, and their delivery peoples. Damn they hurts me lot.
One more incident : I have send a parcel to Military officers Office in Trinity circle of Bangalore. The courier sent from Attibele. The delivery boy mentioned that door closed and returned. So which military office door is closed at day time? So such a biggest fraud company and their staffs must be punished and the company should closed immediately.

The same incident happen with me for more than 6 times in my life. I am not regular parcel sender or receiver.
Kindly take this complaint seriously and take serious fast action to ban the Professional Courier company. NOTE: like this many peoples suffered lot.

I am one of the loyal customer of Professional courier service for sending my consignment. On 13/03/2017 I had booked my courier to viruthunagar district for my sister official purpose in local booking office at Velayuthampalayam which is working under a head of Karur office. But it not yet delivered. While checking the status of consignment it shows that “Dispatched to Karur”. It’s an important document which has to submit to E.O office. Due to urgency only we prefer to send the documents through courier like you. Really i got dishonor about your service because of delay in delivery. When I send this document through Professional courier my brother asked me to prefer some other courier but I denied and send though Professional courier. But not i felt that I had done a mistake by selecting you as a agent. It is horrible experience with Professional courier.
