We had sent some original documents (BL) and some other important papers by courier on 27th OCtober from Dubai for Parwanoo. Even after 7 days the documents has still not been received. Infact I am getting no proper response even after trying to call more than 44 times.

I checked the status online and it says..

Oct 31 2010 05:20:39 Despatched to AMBALA NEW DELHI
Oct 28 2010 22:18:21 Despatched to NEW DELHI MUMBAI - VILE PARLE
Oct 28 2010 11:20:15 Despatched to MUMBAI - VILE PARLE PIC - MUMBAI
Oct 28 2010 06:17:00 Received at PIC - MUMBAI-PIM PIM PIC - MUMBAI
Oct 27 2010 22:41:31 DUBAI

So, it has been dispatched for Ambala on 31st October and still we have not received the document even after 4th Nov. My containers are on the port and dummerage charges have been imposed.

Here are the numbers I have called..
MUMBAI : 27562255, 27562256, 27566241, 28372267, 26393331 and couple of more numbers that were given by them. But dont remember the numbers now..

DELHI : 45723330/45723331

They have transferred me from one department to the other.. They also gave some mobile numbers where you have to call atleast 15 times so that someone picks up the phone..

I was given these numbers and after trying several times someone picked up. They said they are responsible and will get back but no response in last 3 days..

I even offered that I am ready to pay extra Rs 5000 if I get the courier today (2 days back). But have not got any positive feedback yet. I am losing Rs20,000 as dummerage charges every day.. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME...

    I have book 1 parcel ( 8kg) Brass Bushes samples - from Meerut to Chennai by Air through Professional Couriers - consignment no. ALD118697 dated 26/10/2010 & till today i.e 29/10/210 it is not delivered to the destination point, in this reference i & my Chennai customer has called meerut & chennai professional persons 500times but no one is able to tell us the correct position of the parcel .
    In this content the buyer of my customer has cancells the bulk order, but till today the professional persons has not given us any confirmation - every time new stories,now we also suffer the loss in the content of cancellation of order, who is responsible for this big loss

      My client booked a urgent courier from Nagercoil on 15/10/2010 and it reaches the professional office in secunderpur DLF branch on 18/10/2010 and same was delivered on 27/10/2010 at 14.20 pm .The distance between
      courier office and our office is walking distance and then also they took 9 days to deliver the same.

        I'm in pune and my relative sent a parcel from chennai. After a lotsof phone calls, they delivered the item. And the most crucial thing was the parcel was opened and a pen drive and few snickers chocolates were stolen. I dont know whether this was done at the chennai office or the pune delivery center but it is done by unprofessional employees in professional courier. Are they really being paid or those guys have been informed to depend on themselves by stealing the parcel items they have been asked to take care of delivery. I read all those pathetic reviews about this courier agency only after sending the parcel. i was jus worried about the delay i may and i really experienced but never thought the item would be open with a blade and things would be stolen. I dont think even following up with these guys would help me by any cost. Please copy this link to any other site where a review about professional courier is being written. In this current market condition, this kind of service and employee behaviour would really help them to shut down their service very fast and i wish that could happen very soon so that the number of people getting cheated would get minimal.

          Missing 4 GB pen drive from 5.5 kg parcel booked from Trivandrum ,Kerala to Hyderabad throughTHE PROFFESSIONAL COURIER (TPC)ticket no. 1133674 dtd 26-8-10 .Booked from its main office TRIVANDRUM.

          I booked a parcel to Hyderabad on[protected] and its ticket no. is 1133674 . Its weight was 5.5 kg. One pen drive 4GB was missing from that parcel and received all other items. I lodged a complaint to professional courier at Trivandrum on [protected]. I kept 10 ball pain pen on one side of the carton ,and then kept PEN DRIVE 4 GB immediately next to the ball pain pen, towards inner side of the carton to avoid theft from side portion. But courier staff found the exact position and looted it by making, a rectangular hole, of pen drive size.The pen drive was sent , to my daughter, who is studying for PG course at Central University of HYDERABAD. It was very urgently needed for her.
          On my view, I shall explain how the pen drive was removed . I think, the exact position of the pen drive was located by using a scanning or by some other method. After seeing the position of the pen drive, a hole was cut on the side portion of the parcel hard board(box). The size of the hole was about 6 cm by 1 cm rectangular in shape having hard board thickness. Through this hole inserted a tweezers like tool, in to the inner side of the parcel, and then picked up the pen drive. After removing the pen drive a brown cellophane tape was pasted, all around the outer surface of the box, to hide out the hole cut, where as, the inner surface, of the box, was not covered by, any type of tape. Hence the cutting was seen from the inner side of the box when opened. By seeing the cut, any body can say, there is a thief in the professional courier section. The thief should be caught and produced before the law immediately.

              Hi,

              This is first time I had used professional courier service and I would like to tell that their service is inappropriate. They did not deliver my urgent documents on time. Then they mentioned that they could not find our address but no one contacted us at that time regarding address confirmation and when we asked them that our courier was quite urgent then they promised that they will deliver us next day by 9:30 am fro sure but still i am waiting for my courier.


              So please never us this courier service.

But the staffs working in Bhuvanagiri professional courier office denied to submit the parcel to my home.And professional courier staff told me to come and get the parcel from their office.so kindly take appropriate action on professional courier staff.

                    On 20 th August I had sent a parcel to West Bengal for which I paid Rs 200.But for some unknown reason that material was not delivered.After 1 week I contacted with there customer care the did not bother to give me the actual reason.Then I requested them to give me back my material.After that 3rd september,2010 I took back my material from my booking station Sriperumbudur.But unfortunately I found out my parcel is in damage condition.There are one pcs cloths inside the parcel.Then I open the parcel in the courier office and saw that cloth also damage.
                    After that I contact with the manager of the booking office.He told me to give a wrriten complain.
                    I did the same as per he told me.But till now I donot get any neither any compensation nor any positive response from them.

                      This is regarding the non delivery of my documents(original mark list and transfer certificate).

                      My consignment no is DEL 7950547.

                      I had send these documents to Cochin. I delivered the documents at the parcel office on Monday the 20th September,2010 at 8:30 am in the Lado Sarai Franchisee.The urgency for sending the documents was emphasised and was ensured that the documents would go by flight.

                      The document was shown despatched to Chennai on the 21st September morning and till date it hasn't reached the destination.

                      This is gross negligence from the part of the courier service. In case they were not able to guarantee the service, they shouldn't have taken my documents in the first place.

                      These documents were needed for me to procure my migration certificate to a university in Delhi for the PhD programme and my admission date is on the 27th of September subject to me submittting these documents.

                          One Of My customer has send courier from local to local, but got in 5 day's... can u believe it...! In post itself we can recieve in 1 day. Then why they name it as courier service. Always they use to say come & collect in our office, as our staff's are busy or staff's are absent. This is the worst ever courier service by professional. Perambur Branch is the worst service provider. they never picks the phone & online they have given 2-3 numbers they are always not in use, then why they provide the customer care. Professional head office has to take action this or else they may be named as worst professional courier in coming days.

                            On 1st Sept 2010, I called these guys to move my luggage within Bangalore. They told they would charge Rs.10/Kg to which I agreed. They took all the luggage from my home and said will be 100KG. Then after sometime they told it is more than 130KG, after they knew I will not be there at the time of weighing. Finally when I got the luggage at destination I found that it was not even 70KG. The culprit is one Mr. Das from Professional, Dasarahalli Bangalore. His mobile number is [protected].

                              This is regarding the complaint for "The Professional Couriers". I have done the courier to Punjab, Pathankot from Hyderabad on 18.08.2010 having Consignment No. HYD15983578"

                              These courier people told me that the courier will be delivered within 4 working days.

                              But till now it has not reached to the destination and that packet was containing Rakhi on the eve of Raksha Bandhan.

                              Its more than a week and the courier has not been delivered till date.

                              Now even if its reach it will be of no use.

                              When i am checking at their website the status is not updated and its still showing In Transit..........

                              For this courier service they told me it will reach within 4 days you pay us more money and therefore i have paid them Rs.60.

                              Therefore i request you to kindly look into this matter and favor me in getting my money back.

                                  Before booking the parcel, I clearly mentioned what was inside the parcel i.e. a Rakhi & a T-shirt make Instinto F, greenish yellow striped with black.
                                  But, when the same delivered at receiving end, it was found after opening the parcel that the original material replaced by a old red striped T-Shirt without the rakhi.
                                  I lodge a written complaint with head office in Mumbai but till date no response received, just telling they are verifying the document.

                                  Also Kolkata courier branch not picking up the phone, tried several times.
                                  So, I inform this to Mumbai office.

                                  I come to know about many cases from colleagues and friends and also people online and many are crying that either their part of parcel has been stolen or full parcel is missing. I am surprised to hear how this kind of ILLEGAL companies are doing business openly in INDIA.

                                  People are saying you need to take lot of time to file a case and get it resolved. Who have the time?

                                  But, it should not be the case. We should not let cheaters steal our goods and still do the business in INDIA. This will promote illegalities and give opportunity to many other companies to cheat innocent people and still continue with their illegal activities.

                                  We should raise a voice against these kind of crimes.

                                  When you search online you find that people with anger saying to rename their organization as UNPROFESSIONAL COURIERS.

                                  I really could not believe how these people continue to do the business in India.

                                  Request you to take immediate action on these courier.

                                      I sent a document from Madhapur,Hyderabad to my village near rajahmundry on 29th July,2010.It was suppossed to reach on 30th July,2010.
                                      The document is very critical to me and I need to submit the document to government for some land purposes on 31st,July,2010.The courier guy assured me that it will reach in one day.
                                      On 30th July my uncle called the professional courier office in Rajahmundry.They were very rude at answering the call and they even didnt give any information about the courier.
                                      On 2nd August,2010 I came to know through the professional courier website that the courier was despacthed to some other village(madanapalli).I called many times to the customer care number in website.Noone has answered the call.I called to Mumbai headoffice and got another numbers of customer care.
                                      I filed a complaint about the issue on 2nd August,2010 at 1 pm.The customer care exceutive told me he will get back to be in one hour.He took all my details and address to where the courier has originally to be dispathced.I waited till 6 pm and called again to the customercare he told me that the courier will be dispatched at my home by 12 pm3rd August,2010.But it hasnt been dispacthed yet.Due to the negligence of the courier service I need to pay money to the government for the delaying in submission of document.
                                      The main issue here is when I and my uncle tried to call the courier guys in Rajahmundry were very rude at answering the call and reluctant to give the information.
                                      If any higher officials of Professional couriers happen to read this please take action on the guys who are playing with customers.Please give the franchise to people who are really interested and who are committed or else nobody will use your services.
                                      I am even filing a case against professional couriers rajahmundry in consumer court.
                                      I completely agree. These useless dispatched my courier 2 days late. But the question is who is taking action.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that i was working for The professional courier-South (Atlant Global INC) for past 12-13yrs, i quit this company on 23/6/2009 due to personal issue, from SEP-09 to Juny-10 i was following for PF amount with my ex company and PF office i never got proper feed back, this month in first week i received Rs 3,069 as my PF amount from account# KN/BN/46399/9. I enquired with my ex company what is employer and employees share from my salary they never respond for my mail in this issue, but they gave an other PF account # KN/BN/46399/74 to enquire and we even enquired regard PF aacount# , the PF office confirmed there is no such account#.

                                        when i quit the company i was not entertained for any other benefits, my salary was given, the salary also was given only after i issued a letter to company stating full & final settlement done.

                                        I kindly request you to help me in this regard.
