Dear sir,
Complaint on non delivery For the Consignment no:SVK1951563 Date:25/11/10

The consignment i was sent to Madurai.Still The consignment Not delivered till today(29.11.2010) up to 8pm. there is no response from ur branch sivakasi as well as madurai.Please take care My duty is totaly spoiled due to not delivery of that courier.the only statement for non delivery of that consignment i ask they simply say sorry. whether you are Making courier service or complaint service.i am totaly upset reg non delivery of courier. the travel time is totaly 3hrs but 5days over till the consignment is not delvered.the sivakasi branch asks there is not understanding of madurai office

Pathetic Service by Professional Couriers.

The following packet bearing this AWB number GGN6677494 was dispatched from Gurgaon on 22 nd Nov. to Bangalore. Even after 4 days, it has not reached. Their website shows 2 days old status.

I have already stopped using their service, and I am recommending others also not to use, unless I see some response from Professional Couriers with details and the reason of this delay.

Hi,

I had sent a parcel which consists of a charger and some important documents to my parents in Mangalore on 15/11/2010 from Bangalore using Professional Courier. The parcel has not been sent till and when enquired i got some interesting news from that courier guy, they are:
1. There are thiefs in that courier company.
2. There are lots things that keep missing now and then which they will compensate for the money quoted.
3. No track of records kept properly.

This is my Parcel number: BLR91075608.

I want that parcel at any cost as there are some certificates of mine and it cant be compensated from the money.

I want some actions to be taken against the basaveshwar nagar professional courier for their rude behaviour.

Docket No. AMD5910531 has already received at trissur on 16.11.2010, why still it is not delivered at Vyasa college?
Also why there is no proper response (nonsense response) from your Thissur branch in no.[protected] while enquiring the details.......
We are not expecting this kind of services from as professional............
They were given the contact no.of Wadakkancheri, [protected], which was already disconnected from the telephone line.
The document which received at Thrissur on 16.11.2010 morning, and still not delivered even on 19.11.2010 at the famous college NSS Vyasa college at Wadakkanchery - it tooks only half an hour from Thrissur.

While receiving parcel,the authorised official told that the despatch will be made in 48 hours but even after closing of business hours of 11.11.2010, the courier was not despatched. The courier service is very worst and no proper response from your office. I booked one courier which contains important medical documents on 08 Nov 10 Monday (BIll Sl No.[protected] dt 08 nov 10) from vellore and destination to chennai (Just 120 kms) . I have to submit those documents by tom i.e. on 12 nov (friday) but till date courier was not yet received. What a stupid type of replies they r giving from office, as just bluffing that it was already delivered and some one signed, etc, in head office vellore, they said by eve it will reach, and sys is showing as such and they could not trace out. After a great struggle i could lodge a complaing vide 5866 dt 11 Nov 10. Being a developed Professional courier in Tamil nadu,these type of performance is very reticulous. Now i am unable to provide my documents tomorrow to my office because of your office inappropriate activities. I have to take a legal action after this, and i want to know why this delay and reply me .

Please refer to the string of emails below. The company has shown no mercy in delivering the documents despite of continued reminders. I was charger Rs.70 for a 3 day agreed delivery of the documents.

However, there has been no response to this extent and they have not even bothered to get back to me.

Professional couriers are the worst ever courier services I have ever seen. I booked a parcel from karur(Tamilnadu) to palakkad(Kerala) through professional couriers on 2nd november 2010.

Today is 6th November 2010. But still my parcel is not delivered. First they said that the parcel has to go to cochin office and then will go to palakkad office. Then again me and my father went to professional courier office.

Now they are saying that they have forwarded the parcel to their Salem office and the parcel is held up there and they also say in the salem office nobody is picking up the phone.

Four days have gone past since i have booked the parcel. When i asked where is my parcel now, they are not even in a position to track and tell me where is my parcel and the probable date of delivery.

So i say people in karur, please think twice before using professional couriers services as I have never seen such a worst courier service provider.

We had sent some original documents (BL) and some other important papers by courier on 27th OCtober from Dubai for Parwanoo. Even after 7 days the documents has still not been received. Infact I am getting no proper response even after trying to call more than 44 times.

I have book 1 parcel ( 8kg) Brass Bushes samples - from Meerut to Chennai by Air through Professional Couriers - consignment no. ALD118697 dated 26/10/2010 & till today i.e 29/10/210 it is not delivered to the destination point, in this reference i & my Chennai customer has called meerut & chennai professional persons 500times but no one is able to tell us the correct position of the parcel .
In this content the buyer of my customer has cancells the bulk order, but till today the professional persons has not given us any confirmation - every time new stories,now we also suffer the loss in the content of cancellation of order, who is responsible for this big loss

I'm in pune and my relative sent a parcel from chennai. After a lotsof phone calls, they delivered the item. And the most crucial thing was the parcel was opened and a pen drive and few snickers chocolates were stolen. I dont know whether this was done at the chennai office or the pune delivery center but it is done by unprofessional employees in professional courier. Are they really being paid or those guys have been informed to depend on themselves by stealing the parcel items they have been asked to take care of delivery. I read all those pathetic reviews about this courier agency only after sending the parcel. i was jus worried about the delay i may and i really experienced but never thought the item would be open with a blade and things would be stolen. I dont think even following up with these guys would help me by any cost. Please copy this link to any other site where a review about professional courier is being written. In this current market condition, this kind of service and employee behaviour would really help them to shut down their service very fast and i wish that could happen very soon so that the number of people getting cheated would get minimal.

I booked a parcel to Hyderabad on[protected] and its ticket no. is 1133674 . Its weight was 5.5 kg. One pen drive 4GB was missing from that parcel and received all other items. I lodged a complaint to professional courier at Trivandrum on [protected]. I kept 10 ball pain pen on one side of the carton ,and then kept PEN DRIVE 4 GB immediately next to the ball pain pen, towards inner side of the carton to avoid theft from side portion. But courier staff found the exact position and looted it by making, a rectangular hole, of pen drive size.The pen drive was sent , to my daughter, who is studying for PG course at Central University of HYDERABAD. It was very urgently needed for her.
On my view, I shall explain how the pen drive was removed . I think, the exact position of the pen drive was located by using a scanning or by some other method. After seeing the position of the pen drive, a hole was cut on the side portion of the parcel hard board(box). The size of the hole was about 6 cm by 1 cm rectangular in shape having hard board thickness. Through this hole inserted a tweezers like tool, in to the inner side of the parcel, and then picked up the pen drive. After removing the pen drive a brown cellophane tape was pasted, all around the outer surface of the box, to hide out the hole cut, where as, the inner surface, of the box, was not covered by, any type of tape. Hence the cutting was seen from the inner side of the box when opened. By seeing the cut, any body can say, there is a thief in the professional courier section. The thief should be caught and produced before the law immediately.

This is first time I had used professional courier service and I would like to tell that their service is inappropriate. They did not deliver my urgent documents on time. Then they mentioned that they could not find our address but no one contacted us at that time regarding address confirmation and when we asked them that our courier was quite urgent then they promised that they will deliver us next day by 9:30 am fro sure but still i am waiting for my courier.


So please never us this courier service.

Hello sir,

This is Abdurrehman from Bhuvanagiri, cuddalore district. i have received a parcel from ooty to Bhuvanagiri via professional courier. But the staffs working in Bhuvanagiri professional courier office denied to submit the parcel to my home.And professional courier staff told me to come and get the parcel from their office.so kindly take appropriate action on professional courier staff.

On 20 th August I had sent a parcel to West Bengal for which I paid Rs 200.But for some unknown reason that material was not delivered.After 1 week I contacted with there customer care the did not bother to give me the actual reason.Then I requested them to give me back my material.After that 3rd september,2010 I took back my material from my booking station Sriperumbudur.But unfortunately I found out my parcel is in damage condition.There are one pcs cloths inside the parcel.Then I open the parcel in the courier office and saw that cloth also damage.
After that I contact with the manager of the booking office.He told me to give a wrriten complain.
I did the same as per he told me.But till now I donot get any neither any compensation nor any positive response from them.

This is regarding the non delivery of my documents(original mark list and transfer certificate).

My consignment no is DEL 7950547.

I had send these documents to Cochin. I delivered the documents at the parcel office on Monday the 20th September,2010 at 8:30 am in the Lado Sarai Franchisee.The urgency for sending the documents was emphasised and was ensured that the documents would go by flight.

The document was shown despatched to Chennai on the 21st September morning and till date it hasn't reached the destination.

This is gross negligence from the part of the courier service. In case they were not able to guarantee the service, they shouldn't have taken my documents in the first place.

These documents were needed for me to procure my migration certificate to a university in Delhi for the PhD programme and my admission date is on the 27th of September subject to me submittting these documents.
