I have booked a small parcel containing important document etc.on 1.9.2009 vide Receipt No.[protected] from Udaipur to Pune through Professional couriesrs, Opp. Indraprasth Complex, Delhi Gate, Udaipur, but it is regretted to write you that the above parcel has not been delivered yet today at Pune. In this regard, we have contacted at Udaipur office regarding this where he told us that the parcel reached at your Pune office on 3.9.2009. But still the above parcel has not been delivered to the party.
You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and and informed the undersigned at your earliest the latest position of the parcel.

THe Service is Really Horrible, i several times have faced the problem, and i dont recommend the Proffesional Couriers to any one unless they want to loss their Imporatant Documents and want to really get their Patients Tested. Even the People at the Customer Care are providing poor Service and the Service Boy even is so Adament and have Lot of Ego and Attitude, the most funniest thing is, if the customer calls second time from the same number, the Customer Care people will never pick the call.
Such Services need really to be closed. Simply we are paying for the Urgency and running arround to get the things. and not only wasting our time, money and Energy but even the peace of mind by talking to Such People. They Never dilever the couriers before 7 days. I guess its better to use the normal post instead of this so called professionals.
Please do something to teach these people a lesson, until n unless we do it, they will never improve in their job.

I book a letter from chennai to be Delivered in Neyveli. when I asked about the Acknowledgment they are not able to give it but they are telling to come for next days. This went for the a week.

Professional Courier — lost document sent by courier

I sent one document through Professional courier and lost it.They dont have any detail about it .And telling that I am allowed to go to court but they cant do anything.

It is better to send courier by local small couriers.They are more efficient then PROFESSIONAL COURIER.And they will talk to you better then them.
I lost my courier, they dont have any detail about it, that cost me more then 3000 rupees and I got answer from the Professional courier person that I am allowed to go to court, but they cant do anything.
Worst service I seen ever.

My important document was destroyed by the girls of professional courier on 8th Jan 2010 because I talked to them in a commanding manner. Professional couriers are run most unprofessionally. They never read or reply to mails.

I had a consignment booked from Chennai to Hyderabad on 24 Sep 2011 by Professional courier (so Called) today it is the 5 th day and still there is no sign of the parcel. Nor are these jokers in Hyderabad attending to the calls. They are the most irresponsible and unreliable service

Madhurantakam branch in-charge told me that it had been shipped to CHengalpet branch. In Chengalpet branch they are not giving proper response and they dont have track of my parcel. We sent one cover to nashik on 01/07/13 today 10th of july and still my party received the same. When we made complaint with their customer care center (Ms. Kavita n rupali tel.[protected] they always say will call you within 1 hr. But never they turn. On 26.07.2013 we have booked a closed cover containing some important and valuable documents vide your Docket No: HYD 38195560 from Secunderabad to our customer M/s Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, Atmakuru, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, which should have been delivered at the destination on 27th / 28th. But it was not to be. The Consignment did not reach the destination even today. On enquiry we have come to know that the Consignment is still lying at your Mangalagiri Branch. We are surprised as to why this consignment has not been delivered on 27th itself, or at least on 28th. So far the packet is still lying at Mangalagiri.

Could you please look into this and investigate the reasons for this inordinate delay in delivering the packet at the destination.

We would request you to kindly give us an explanation by return mail. Kindly treat the matter as most urgent.

Third class courier service i have ever dealt with. Myself Kiran, I sent a document to jamkhandi a remote place in karnataka on 06/11/2013 from Bangalore. After 3 days the doc was not reached its destination, i called local distributor (@ Jamkhandi) to inquire about the same. He said he will deliver it on the same day, which didn't happen. I was frustrated and called after 3 days (13/11/2013), the distributor told me he will deliver it on his convenience. Such a third class courier service. This courier service is a shame to the word Professional Courier.

But when i track for the same in professional courier website, it says "Sorry! The entered consignment number does not belong to The Professional Couriers. Please reconfirm your consignment number". this package is from Pondycherry (16.3.15) to Tirupur, and a business sample. As we did not receive on 17.3.15. We ourself went to the local headoffice and checked for 1 hour, they told to check in our region distribution office. That person was very Rigid, he said he came for delivery, he checked Ground floor and and he went as it is so hot n sunny, our building has only one floor in addition, not with many floors though...my mobile no was in the cover too. now he tell us to go to H.O again and check, he wasted 1 more hour...he says keep your Name board and have a dropbox, open the door and keep, some one wait outside to collect...and as we said, it is your duty to deliver properly on time...He said i have much experience, no one can take actions on me and started talking rubbish...if you dont collect in 3 days, we may call you or send it back... What can be done here??????

We Muthoottu mini Fin.Ltd Jayanagar booked a consignment through Professional Couriers to Vivek nagar Banglore on 31st of Oct 2015, which was supposed to be delivered at Viveknagar Banglore on 2nd Nov 2015. But it was not delivered till date i.e4/11/2015y. When we contacted No.22441305 proff.courier office at Jayanagar we received a very careless lethargic answer instead of finding a solution for the delay.it was a very bad response from your end-they are not ready to respond to the queries-and not even in a helping mind-which caused a very much mental pain-causing not to operate wiht professional courier at all!

I sent package thru Professional Courier from Pune to Akola on 19th March 2016. They said it will reach the destination by 21st March. It is already 23rd March and the package is not yet received. Very bad service.

BGT856569 प्रोफेशनल कूरियर द्वारा डाक भेजी थी। यहाँ मुझे बताया गया था कि इन तीनों स्थानों पर प्रोफेशनल की सुविधा है और समय पर डाक चली जायेगी। अफसोस की बात है कि अभी तक तय पतों पर एक भी डाक नहीं पहुँच पाई है। बाद में पता चला कि बड़वानी (म.प्र.) में इसकी सुविधा नहीं है। लखनऊ में स्टेटस 20 जून को पहुँचना बता रहा है लेकिन वहाँ पर फोन लगाने पर कोई जवाब नहीं दे रहा है। कूरियर चार्ज पूरा ले लिया गया है जो कि पोस्ट ऑफिस के स्पीड पोस्ट की तुलना में भी अधिक होता है। प्रोफेशनल कूरियर सेवा पर भरोसा कर लगता है मैंने भारी भूल की है। इस प्रकार की गतिविधियाँ विश्वास तोड़ने का काम करती हैं। आइन्दा प्रोफेशनल कूरियर से न तो मैं कूरियर करूँगा न ही किसी और को सलाह दूँगा।
