Hi Team,

This complaint i am writing regarding product which is not delivering to the address or alternative address, One time i travelled 25km and collected my product which is not correct.

I requested courier office to deliver the product to alternative address which is 200m distance from courier office still they denied and rood behavior with customer which is very wrong.

Take necessary action on the professional courier office and let me know the details.

if i am not getting any response i will let my office knows this and escalate it to next level, i am very disappointing with your service.

My parcel despatched from bengaluru on[protected] and yet today i didn't received my parcel. I try to contact with the nearest branch but no one answer correctly after i go to the head office at ahmedabad and they are saying that the parcel didn't received at ahmedabad its only dispatched to ahmedabad. My friend contact to at bengaluru head office and they said that parcel already received at ahmedabad now what should i do i have no option and its very urgent for me to get the parcel by today.i can say that this is the wrost courier service i ever got. Please provide the parcel by today its very urgent for me. Thank you

I have couriered a parcel by Air on 11th Jan from delhi(paid 1200rs for 5.8kg) and it still not delivered to Pune. They are sending our parcel through train and charging of Air price. Fraud company, not even bother if their customers are satisfied or not.. calling from morning and raised the complaint as well but no response from them.

For the past 17 days that parcel is held up with your end without any valid reason. We never expect from M/s.Professional Couriers. Faced such a bad experience.

My order was put in transit on26/12/2021 and today 15/01/2022. There is no intimation where my order is, for last almost 20 days it’s showing in “Transit “.No one picks up the calls if they pick it then block the number. Reached the nearest office of the professional couriers, the man started arguing with everything that I tried to say or ask.
I’m sick of tracking or tracing my order, need some help.

I have send a courier from Mangalore to Hyderabad on[protected] with tracking id MLR2089285 while tracking it says delivered but the courier is not received, while contacted the courier office they said it might have got lost or wrongly delivered and they cannot do anything about it.

I ordered product on 5th Jan..now 13 th Jan still now not received my courier..only weekly service to penugonda

For name sake it is just professional service it is worst in the world no employee cares for customer no one will respond we need to chase for our courier with the offices in my life by mistake I choosen this to send some important document worst experience .

These kondapur Branch people are not yet all resonding

I am here to register the complain against my professional and confidential parcel against the Consignment number POD[protected] Professional Couriers, on behalf of Company Mossbrea Capital Solutions PVT limited, Chennai.

I am here to tell you my parcel was delivered at JAN 4 to my nearest location courier service SRI Ganganagar, I got to know this from Jaipur, RJ head office, and they said they had talked with Sriganganagar office, about parcel, and got to know that, they have given the parcel to delivery person 4-5 days ago from today, and after then the delivery person is on leave. And he has switched off his mobile no, and local courier service also not responding over my calls.

I am here to ask to how can you allow the delivery person to take professional and confidential parcel to his home ? And how can the local courier service provider give the parcel to delivery person before delivery date ?
Who will be responsible if my confidential information is leaked?

Pls come forward and take the necessary action, and i want my parcel as it was sent. If you dont do anything, i will complain against this Foul Play.

My product was couriered from Hanamkonda, Telangana to Surat. It has been 10 months and has still not been delivered. I tried getting in touch with all executives but no one is responding. Pls look into the matter. Thank you.

Professional Courier ramamurthy nagar is not delivering packets to the address. they call the customers and then keep the packet without delivering and update different status as not reachable or place not known if the cost is less than 200. i have faced the issue 3 times continuously . my number is [protected]

My question is if they are not able to deliver the address furnished in the courier then they should tell during booking time itself. We are paying to deliver the courier at door step.

I have send bike parcel paper but paper delivered after 8 days and due to which 275/day paid by me. They told it will be send in 2 days now who will be responsible for penalty i have paid due to this.

I have sent a courier on 5/10/2021 to Annasali, chennai..It was deliverd at 11/10/2021.But it was not received by the recipient...Tracking I'd is KTR1784544..I

Booked a parcel on 5th Jan 2022 in Bhimavaram Town to Bangalore. Parcel includeds my bike (Honda Activa) key and a railway parcel receipt which is mandatory to collect by bike from the railway parcel office at Bangalore.

Courier said it will take 3 days to deliver the parcel in bangalore.

On 7th Jan, when I check the tracking number PRO12800768 in "https://www.tpcindia.com/" it was showing no details. Called Malleswaram brach to check what is the status as I was not able to find any contact number of the customer care on the receipt provided on the date of parcel nor in online. They said the tracking number is incorrect and suggested to contact the parcel office where we booked the parcel.

On the same day, I have searched Bhimavaram contact number on internet and called them to check for the status. They saild the parcel is dispatched but it is not updated in the website due to which it is not showing any damages. After an hour, I was able to see the status as "Despatched to BENGALURU
HYDERABAD" - "06th Jan 17:01".

Waited for a day and called "[protected]" to check on the status, One lady picked the call and spoke very harsh. She told me to call Hyderabad courier office and check on the status. Is it my job to call all the branches and check my courier status????? When I try to explain how important is my courier and collecting the countact number of their manager, she disconnected the call and not bothered to pick the call again.

This is complete ignorance of my issue and no one bothered to call and tell me the reason for the delay of the shipment.

Why should I call Hyderabad branch and check the status?? Is it not the courier team's job to update the customer or provide the status by checking with their branch from their end???

Still I have called Hyderabad branch [protected] but nobody picked by call.

Paid 250 INR and waiting for a call or response from this courier without any hope.

This is complete harassment and I would like someone to take an appropriate action. So that no other customer will face any issue in future.

Parcel sent 20th December 2021 it's been so long but we din receive the parcel and they are not giving proper answer. Parcel dispatch from theni it should be delivered in nilgiris but we din receive. Following in courier office but no response.

Parcel (with medicines for my father) couriered from Mumbai (Borivali West) on 31-Dec-21 was not delivered till 07-Jan-22. Docket no.[protected].
Courier tracking showed it was kept on hold at Bhattarahalli office from 05th Jan-22. No specific response was provided regarding the hold status. On calling the office, they said it would be delivered by 06th Jan evening. But that did not happen.
So on 07-Jan-22, I personally went to the office and collected the package.
Absolutely Unprofessional behavior was displayed as there was no reason provided for delay. Very disappointed, as my father's medicines didn't reach on time.
