This is a very very bad experience when I visited to the store. I wanted to deliver the small gift to my friend which was just a 100 pages book and he was saying and laughing at the package.the young guy was drunk in the office and shouting loudly. And to deliver to Mumbai he said 150rs 1hour ago and now he said 350 for delivery. And if I tell him that he was really angry on me.and I wasent satisfy about the service from the professional courier. I asked to his head office number and adress he gave wrong number and he was saying even the professional courier head office also cannot do anything for him very rude to the customer and very disrespectful for the company too. This is really bad. The professional courier. That guy is just trash and making the company trash.
This guy was saying bad words too.

The the guys in professional courier shop are not responding correctly and are rude and the status of my courier is also unknown. If I am calling the professional courier guy the numbers are always switched off and another is invalid.

It's been around 23 days my courier has still not delivered.

Delivery boy only calling on mobile number but not delivering parcel on address. when called on same number the office person not responding properly and ther is rude behavious from office person and he shouted at customer instead of resolving issue. extremely pathetic service by professional caurier.

Hi, I sent one company asset which belongs to cognizant Technology Solutions benglore, through professional courier on Nov 16 2021. from Ramdurg to benglore. with consignment number RDG157139. today is FEB 19 2022 still issue is not resolved. initially they responded and raised complaint. after no one pick up the call. i don't know what to do. written mail many times, no reply. can someone help me how to resolve this.

I have a package that was booked by the sender from TN and accepted to be delivered by professional courier. It’s been couple of days and after multiple follow ups I am being asked to come and collect it from their office which is 15kms away from the delivery location because they don’t deliver any package home. I have perishable items which would get damaged if not delivered timely. I am surprised that a courier company is accepting couriers and being paid for home delivery and denying the service after the payment. I realised that this is the case with all the shipments received at this agent.The delivery person is r tremendously rude and mentioned if you want your package collect it from office else we will discard it and when I asked for the location of the pickup point he just asked me to check in google and find it myself. They have switched off all the contact numbers post that. Please help me resolve this and compensated for the loss & negligence.

I have not received my parcel from 20 days... It now 21 days today.. It is showing from january 28 dispatched to kolkata... No one is responding from professional courier.. It's very urgent.. My parcel has been not delivered from 21 days.

I received a parcel weighting abt 4 to 5kgs, but d courier service person refuses to deliver it to d doorstep, n asking me to com n collect it in their office... This is happening 2nd time and last times also same issue, then i went n collected the parcel... again d same... On Dtd. 12.02.2022 courier received at Nashik office and showing out of delivery same day, but they don't delivered the parcel & reason given by them house/door lock, but they are lying, after 4 days parcel not delivered I went to courier office on Dtd. 15
02.2023 and i asked for my parcel, for half hour they are searching for parcel, when they are found my parcel, parcel in very bad condition, packet fully open from all side and some material missing,

Then I asked why this happened they like we received parcel in this condition and that's why we are not delivered the parcel, they are totally lying, if parcel is damaged then why they accept and other thing is that first they are told me that, your house is lock that's why we are not delivered the parcel and then they are saying is that parcel was damaged that's why not delivered.

Please explain why professional courier don't do home delivery when I ordered from some online shopping..they always ask the customer to come and collect the package in the office. I only face this kind of issue with this particular courier company. If they don't deliver at door step then why they tie up with online business??

On 02/02/2022 one cover was booked at your ONGOLE officeunder booking code ONG7477422 addressed to me, which is reached destination of TADEPALLIGUDEM on 04/02/2022 as per tracking.However it was not delivered to me till this date, as a result I had failed to onward submission to ALC VIJAYAWADA, and incurred a financial loss of Rs 15000/-. your irresponsible & negligence service is responsible for the loss and respond immediately. My courier was booked on 21 St January from BANGALURU and today it is 7 the of February, it has not been delivered to me yet.It was an urgent courier.I called them then they said address is improper and I sent them proper address with phone numbers on 29 the January but they did not deliver it.Again when I called them to ask them them the reason for not delivering then they said come and collect.I went to collect the parcel but then they said we don't have your parcel.After some days I again called them to know the status of my courier then they started playing passing phone calls game.Moreover they are misbehaving on phone.They are totally irresponsible.Please take some strict action and deliver my courier by tomorrow at any cost because I have to take that parcel out of station..

Future i will change in Proffosional Courier

I received a call from professional couriers tanuku, West godavari, andhra pradesh. That my parcel number: TPT2008772 was arrived and asking to come and collect. Call received at 31st jan, 2022 and I went to receive to shop at 1st feb and they said they didn't have parcel at shop. I showed all information i have. They and I search for an hour we didn't find it. They said they will search and will call you if we found it.

I called them next 2days and they said they are searching for it and on feb3rd 2022 they will talk to tirupati courier manager and will bring new medicines. I shared medicines info to the courier whatsapp number [protected]. And I called him next 2days. They send info to tirupati and they'll send medicines. That's it.

then I asked him to deliver to my home but he replied we won’t deliver and then I told him we are living in 5 km away from district
head (from kallakurichy to my native peruvangur) why you are not doing door deliver y but he didn’t reply and he kept the phone so please kindly do the need ful to deliver my courier .

Tracking number VPL[protected], it contains ny pan card which is so important for me but you guys didn't understand. Please send it to me as soon as possible.

On the 21st of January, I had sent a package for a local delivery within Bangalore. The package is a customized calendar made to order. The shipping number is HRD74823245. On the morning of 24th January (Monday). I saw that the status of the package was showing as out for delivery, but it did not get delivered on that day. I checked the status once again on the 25th January (Tuesday), the status showed as delivered on the 22nd itself. This was contradictory to what I saw on the day before. So, I checked with the consignee to see if they have received the package.
But the consignment did not reach the concerned consignee.

After repeated follow ups, on the 31st January, they shared a delivery sheet which had a signature against the name of the consignee to whom it was sent. But this was not the signature of the consignee. There was no name or phone number of the person who had signed and received.
So, I had to follow up further to check on this. Today I received a call from one Mr. Kiran (phone number [protected]), who is the delivery person from Professional courier. He asked me to share the tracking number for him to check, which I did.
He then called me at 7:17 PM today and confirmed that he has lost the package. He has delivered it at a wrong address and he is not able to trace it now.

I need the money for the product and the courier charges, amounting to Rs. 650 back for this lost shipment.
