This is the branch.My address is hardly at 3km distance. But Girish Jain refused to deliver it to my address. The official number he provided was never working. When I called him he was so rude while talking. No respect for women customer. My question is if the address was out of their area why they have taken the courier for delivery Also he said my address is in a military area. Please check my address on Google and u will fin d out it's not a military area. Very very sad and frustating experience.

Chennai ford showroom sent courier to Hyderabad but it's taking more than 14 days.
Even ther is no response from custom care and tries calling number of time.

My sister send me total 7 items from Delhi to Mau which to be delivered urgently and my parcel reached Mau city on 18th August, 2021 but they don't deliver it till 25th August, 2021 at last on 26th August, 2021 I hand-picked my courier and when I open parcel at home 3 items are missing and packet in which items are packed is opened.
I want my lost items back.

What wrong is going on with the courier I have courier a parcle on 14 aug 2021 which has not been delivered yet and when I am trying to contact to costumer care the didnt pick the call please see to my concern and i want my money refund otherwise I am filing the complain to consumer fourm regarding professional courier. Please look into my concern and refund my money back my airway number is JBP70365079 IT'S MY HUMBLE REQUEST 5O REFUND MY MONEY AS MY PARCEL HAVEN'T DELIVERED YET.

I have couriered on 24th Aug 2021 but there is no information till now .I am unable to track them in online because your Person not entered in online .No one is answering calls and most of the numbers and mails were not in working condition
Due to this lag in delivering I have the opportunity ..whom should answer me ?

Hi Team,

The Product is not delivered Yet, and why is the portal showing as Delivered. When I tried reaching the Courier office, even they are telling me it's delivered.

I tried contacting many Professional courier contacts, still no luck. Tried to register a complaint in the portal, where the portal is not working.

I'm helpless, with the last option I'm trying here. Please do the needful.

We have received short consignment but no one taking responsibility

as per parcel we have to received 570 pieces but received only 532 pieces total 38 pieces short

as per last delivery point parcel was damaged but when we received this parcel it is in good condition we asked for open devilry but as per courier per he is not able to provide me open delivery

so we have accept the parcel and when we open we found 38 pieces are missing total rs-5162 of product was missing
as per Delhi branch head (Last delivery point )MR.Delip Singh he accepted that parcel was damaged .

parcel weight is 49 kg

but received in 46.7 kg

The delivery service is so pathetic. Nobody is picking up the call. Neither in their Gurgaon office nor the corporate office.I had such a pathetic experience. My courier reached Gurgaon on 21/08/2021 and the status was "Out for Delivery". I called them nobody picked up the call. Now suddenly on 25/08/2021, the status is "Door Closed - package not delivered". They are updating the status according to their preferences. They have not even tried calling the number provided on the courier itself and hav not even tried delivering the package. I am caling them continuously for last 5 days, no response.

The consignment reach the destination (Gurgaon) on 21/08/2021 and the status was "Out for Delivery". I called the courier office no body picked up the call. Till date nobody is picking up the call. I called the corporate office also, same behaviour, nobody is picking up the call. On 25/08/2021 the status is "Door Closed", which is so untrue. They haven't even tried calling the person who the courier should be delivered to noe have they called me. This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. Such pathetic service. Not sure even if this complaint is even going to take seriously by anyone because they don't know how to handle customer.

My order is not received by nearly 1month .in status shows it dispatch in 6th aug hyd.distination address is vijayawada

Couriered on July 26 from Bangalore today is August 23 still the courier hasn't reached the delivery address. No one is responding on where the package is.

We have sent Courier on 9//08/2021 some urgent document to Cuttack but the courier still not delivered to the address. The courier person is so adamant that they are not delivering the consignment and getting it hold, asking to pick up the courier from the professional courier office . My father is very old, can't travel so that i have choose the courier service but staffs are calling different places to collect the courier instead of delivering to the address. They are threatened if my father will not collect it they will return it to me.

Need support and help to deliver the courier. This is a matter of trust and believe.

Dear Team, I got a message from professional courier regarding the delivery of rudrakhya from isha foundation on 17th May, however I didn’t receive it until now. Attached is the screenshot of the message

I had sent documents by The Professional Couriers on August 14 2021 from Udaipur to Pune (UDI[protected]. As of today, 23rd August the documents have yet not been delivered. All my efforts to get in touch with the Customer Care failed. Even the head office has not responded forget about taking any cognisance.
This is utterly disgusting. Wish I had sent the document by India Post, rather than Unprofessional Couriers

Complaint is, i despatch here in 1.300 kgs parcel of sample garments. But, in mumbai my customer received in 0.400grams only. Where is the balance garments and how is possible to reduce the weight.

Pls reply asap. I need urgent reply.

Dear sir/ madam,
My son is now residing at Bangalore. He sent me some documents with one rakshi since 09/08/2021. The packet is not received yet. On dt. 18/08 one madam phoned & told to collect the packet from office as your residence is not coming under our service area. In reply I said as I am an old person can't collect that from your office & no body is with me to collect. Pl. send the packet to my residence. My son has paid Rs.180/- as postal charges to deliver in my residence. On dt. 19/08 one boy phoned & told to receive the letter from Nayabazar which is 2.5 km away from my residence. I told him my inability, hence he back to his office. One message received that the letter is with them up to 3 days & thereafter it will be returned.
In this regard I request your honour kindly give them stricture not to do this type of harassment with customer as they opened courier service for them & maintaining their livelihood from that income. A 5gm or 10gm letter charges are too high than speed post. They booked that letter for Rs.180 whereas speed post charges is Rs.25. What a charges they demanded & harassed customers is a matter of concern.

I have sent a cover containing Rakhi in it. Even after 4 days, local delivery couldn't happen.
What is the purpose of Rakhi delivering after the festival. Don't play with the sentiments. Please deliver it before today afternoon.

I have ordered isha's rudraksha diksha package on or before 11 March, 2020 but still I didn't received the order, whats the problem if they are available to deliver to customers. Not only me whole my friends and family did not received them, why proffesional couriers are ignoring the rudraksha diksha packages .i have visited the couriers in my area they are behaving rude and ignoring me, I have seen thmany bags of diksha packages but still they are saying packages not there. We didn't received tracking ID and consignment number. I have filed a complaint on this to isha centre . I and we, my friends need our packages as soon as possible its my humble request ...!
