    Actually parcel is from Delhi to tanuku .but tracking I’d is showing it is in Delhi already 10 days completed .but it is still in Delhi only . Very worst service . Employers are not at all responding to our service of the customer.

      Address: The professional couriers, KC road, Ballari. 583101

      Refused to deliver my consignment(BGM[protected] containing my markscard dispatched from VTU Belagavi on 7th of July 2021. ​
      On visiting the professional couriers adress, they demanded to pay 100 rupees for receiving my marks card, after refused to pay since the payment is already done though VTU.
      The consignment which contain my original consolidate statement markscard was damaged, there were folds, wrinkled and torn at the edge of the envelope, and was pinned. I asked them for the damage details but they refused to admit anything. And we're forcing me to sign and accept my consignment. And refused to take any Responsibility for damages on my markscard.
      Take this as an leagal notice, next approach will be in consumer court. All the expenses will be beared by the professional couriers and even the damage caused by delayed the consignment for 20 days.

            I have couriered few items from olavakkode, kerala to coonoor, tamil nadu.
            Due to covid lockdown, everything was shut for more than 1 month so the item the recipient couldnt go and collect the item. After that i requested to return the courier back to me. When i recieved the parcel back, a titan watch worth ₹2700 with box was missing in it where all other items were there inside the parcel. When i contacted the courier offices in coonoor they not ready to provide me a solution on this. I called more than 15 times and they are telling they dont know about it you can go and complain. I don't understand why does the courier office open my parcel and take out one item from it since me or the recipient didnt receive or open the parcel. I request to take strict action on this and get my watch back.

              Consignment Number BHR50081690 is dispatched on 10th jul, afer 20 days alo i didn't get. I am trying call to professional couriers contact numbers but nobody is picking the call

                Packet no. DEL[protected] to lucknow is not delivered till date. Your website showing address not found.
                Have your delivery man had asked the correct address on phone .
                The address is 40 yrs old n it cannt be non traceble.
                Pl inform the status asap.

                  We have sent a courier through professional courier on 14th july 21 from Chennai to Bellary. The tracking number is MAA27935437. Still the courier was not delivered to the customer. Either the Chennai customer care center or the Bellary professional courier customer care center had any clue about the courier. This is very important courier and needs to be delivered to the customer on time Please check and help us on this at the earliest possible.

                    A consignment was dispatched to me on 31 march. I wasn't expecting it to be delivered soon due to covid situation. I checked if my consignment made any progress and I find that the consignment has been falsely labeled as delivered. Miraculously they delivered the courier in mid june when covid cases were raging and my city was in complete lockdown.

                    How come they delivered to me in complete lockdown? I received not message or email when the consignment was supposedly delivered.

                    Please help me.

                      Hello there, My courier Receipt number is KPL1382494. It has been 12day since package had dispatched. Still it shows it is in holding. How many days it will be there as holding. Can't they transport to my address within scheduled time. I need a solution to this problem.

                              I have shipped the laptop to my friend's home (Ballabgarh near Faridabad) from my home (Yamunanagar) on 21/07/2021 from the Professional courier with 2.8Kgs (approx)

                              I have packed the entire laptop properly with extra cardboard, packaging foam and tape and other cushions required so that the shipping does not cause any damages.

                              But when my friend received the laptop, he told me that the box of laptop was torn badly and due to this the laptop inside got damage (screen got broke) that occurred in the shipping.

                              TRACKING NUMBER OR REF NO : YNR[protected]

                              The damaged part of my laptop body which costs me around 15000/- which was caused by the shipment.

                              I want reimbursement for the damages caused by the professional courier.

                              I've more videos and photos of the package but unable to uplaod it due to it's large size

                                I have not received consignment CJB5105541.Wen looked into tracking status it shows despatched back to coimbatore.I dint receive even a call from courier guy abt the arrival of consignment and how this can be returned back...can you please arrange to get it delivered.

                                  A parcel containing important docs had been
                                  sent from trichy trz to cuttack odisha .. bearing ref no .. .. trz 53557142.. it was duly reached cuttack as per track report .on 19th july . after that cuttack brsnch went in sleep mode and did not deliver the packet .. therefore many calls were made and sms were sent to branch .. but assurance came on 23td that
                                  efforts are being made to deliver..
                                  .what kind of professionalism is this ??

                                      Very bad experience with professional courier Davanagere, my item reached on[protected] to Davanagere from Bangalore. Today is[protected]. Still I have not got delivery my item. I called to Courier office many time. But no response. After many tries, call picked and telling, they are having no delivery boy to delivery the item. At least they would have call and inform to collect the item once it reached, but they have not done . I went to Courier office personally, they were searched my parcel for more then one hour.
                                      Totally very bad experience with professional courier. Not expected this senerio.
