Hi Team..

I have not received consignment CJB5105541.Wen looked into tracking status it shows despatched back to coimbatore.I dint receive even a call from courier guy abt the arrival of consignment and how this can be returned back...can you please arrange to get it delivered.

A parcel containing important docs had been
sent from trichy trz to cuttack odisha .. bearing ref no .. .. trz 53557142.. it was duly reached cuttack as per track report .on 19th july . after that cuttack brsnch went in sleep mode and did not deliver the packet .. therefore many calls were made and sms were sent to branch .. but assurance came on 23td that
efforts are being made to deliver..
.what kind of professionalism is this ??

is this .. what kind of people are engaged
in the trade .. citizens are weary of lack of
responsiveness .. service prividers must perform . citizens are being taken for a ride ..

I have still not yet received my courier it has been booked befor 5th July it been already 20days still it's in transit

Very bad experience with professional courier Davanagere, my item reached on[protected] to Davanagere from Bangalore. Today is[protected]. Still I have not got delivery my item. I called to Courier office many time. But no response. After many tries, call picked and telling, they are having no delivery boy to delivery the item. At least they would have call and inform to collect the item once it reached, but they have not done . I went to Courier office personally, they were searched my parcel for more then one hour.
Totally very bad experience with professional courier. Not expected this senerio.

My parcel was coming from sikkim to Allahabad via Kolkata via delhi.Its been 6 days that my parcel cant reached to delhi from kolkata.They charge money for air services so that i can get my parcel quick but instead of getting parcel quickly my parcel got stuck plus they are not providing proper details where is my order and thus causing lots of trouble to customer

I packed my induction stove with the official packaging provided by Prestige and sent it from Bangalore to Pune via Professional Couriers on 7th July. I received a completely crushed, damaged and unusable stove top on 13th July and the customer service is completely unresponsive. They blamed my packaging instead even though I used Prestige packing with thermocol. I added multiple stickers which mentioned 'Handle with care', 'Glass inside', etc. but they are not taking any responsibility. This is a big financial loss for me and I request an immediate refund. The phone number of the company is:[protected]. I have written to them on multiple forums and am receiving no response either. The customer care complaint form on their website does not submit despite me trying several times.

Courier is not yet delivered. It was reached Hyderabad on 14.07.2021.
There is no response from branch office also.
Kindly take corrective action and deliver the courier asap.

On 30.04.2021, we sent a parcel from tirunelveli (Tamilnadu) branch office to chennai (Tamilnadu) head office & it contains homeopathy medicine named ASPIDOSPERMA 5 bottles. While opening the box in chennai head office 2 bottles are missing, it costs Rs. 600/- we checked the box it was cut by hacksaw blade and repacked by packing tape. So we registered a complaint in tirunelveli professional courier head office through complaint letter on 03.05.2021, but still now we didn't receive any response from them. So kindly look into this issue and help us to recover the medicine or medicine cost Rs. 600/- as soon as possible.

From 12.07.2021 parcel is holding at Phthadi Phata, nashik Branch.
Delivery address is not more then 1 KM.

Courier is not delivered. When I visited Ramamurthy Nagar Branch, Bangalore, they are not cooperating to get my courier.

It's been 3 months and my courier is still not delivered. I live in Hyderabad, not in some village, although I agree there was a lockdown, but now that everything eased there has been no indication of the delivery yet. I phoned all of the customer support numbers listed, but no one responded.

A courier has been booked from perambalur to trichy on 16.07.02021.I didn't receive the courier which is supposed to be delivered to airport address and when enquired in the head office in trichy, i was told that it was sent to mathur branch and they gave me a number for enquiry which was not picked up.Then i was provided a contact person's mobile number of that particular branch.When i called that person he told me that the courier has been misrouted to this branch, so it will be delivered on 19.09.2021only or else i was asked to pick the courier from thier branch.Since it is an urgent document, i spoke to a customer service person and i was informed that i will receive the courier by today itself(around 8pm).Till now i havent't received the courier.What is the fault from the customer side for their staffs negligent behaviour?when trying to register a complaint in their website, i couldn't submit the complaint since it was routed to another page with a error message
