Not delivering at home

I am staying with my small at home and during this pandemic I want to avoid going out with a small child at home.. so I ordered medicines online and paid online.. extra courier charges so that I dint have to step out and finally I get a call saying they can’t deliver at home… they say they wud deliver at further distances but not to me because I stay close…. I gave parcel in kavalkinaru office then the parcel is departure at 01/07/2021 I book the product delivery at berigai but they will not deliverdmy product still now and also the customer care people will not response mantly in .Food product are in the product then also they didn't delivery my product one of the most bad experience I cannot expect from you..

    My parcel has been stuck in bbsr when I contacted bbsr office they are saying that no parcel apart from yours in tig Junction region so we are not dispatching it is it the way to treat customers only eating money on behalf of delivery Tracking I'd MTA[protected]

      My courier tracking no HR31151510 is just not moving from bhubaneswar since 2nd July while the destination is within 100km from bhubaneswar. Don't understand why people go for air option ND it takes we

        Hi

        They refused to deliver my parcel at home address and requested to visit office for collection.

        after visiting the office for collecting the courier though they refused to handover my parcel

        please review and make them to deliver the parcel at mentioned address

        Which is very poor service and irresponsible customer handling.

            Office Laptop Damage during Transit pro premium shipment

            Address: The professional courier, Ranebennur 581115 (Head -Badrinath)

            Have shipped the laptop to my workplace from my home (ranebennur (RNB)branch -581115 one of the worst branch and management -Badarinath pampannayak ) as I had to give it to the IT team. Shipped it on 28/06/2021 from the Professional courier with 3 in total. And used the Professional courier PRO (Premium Service).

            The local hub suggested that PRO is a premium service and there will be no damage to the package. I have packed...

                on[protected] sent a courier IXM[protected] From INDUSIND BANK GOOD SHED STREET MADURAI TO CUSTOMER NAME M RAJA. But still now the courier is not delivered holding with Byepass Professional courier madurai office for more than 2 and half months.

                    My consignment BLR[protected] was sent from Bangalore to Kozhikode.
                    Upon receiving the consignment in Kunnamangalom, Kozhikode office, we received a call. The franchise agent asked us to collect from parcel from their office. We asked him why its not delivered to home as we have paid close to 1000/- for the courier and expected it to be delivered at home. The area/home is not under an containment zone, neither we are infected. The person responded rudely to my wife and told "if you need your parcel come and get from our office or else we will return it back". Its our kids text book from school in Bangalore. Since it impacts our kids education, we are forced to collect it from the office.

                    horrible service and rude staff all the expense of 1000/-

                      A document from Star Health insurance company dispatched to Belgavi on 14th of June through Proffessional Courier no HRD[protected]. and recieved to main office Gandhinagar Belgavi. and dispatched to Khanapur branch. delivery man Santosh called me and told that document will not be delivered to my address at Londa. Then I gave him new address to deliver at Belagavi.
                      But till today there was no any delivery. and Main office Proffessional Courier Gandhinagar Belgavi does not responding properly.

                        I have not yet received my Pan card that had ro be delivered in the month of March ... very careless Manager n employees are not responsible at all of their work... I'm frequently visiting to ask my parcel n the answer everytime is very soon we will do it ...

                          2. Raised a complaint in the professional courier
                          customer care
                          3. Called up the local ( chennai ) professional courier office
                          many times and explained the issue.

                          4. Raised a comlaint in consumer complaints forum
                          raising this complaint again.

                          Problem is not resolved after waiting for 12 days . My consignment is not yet delivered.

                            Myself arshiya.. I ordered something from delhi people.. They shipped there products through professional courier services. But it not delivered on time.. It got stucked between delhi and Hyderabad since four days. I have flight to qatar on 4 July and I can't go without that parcel. Plz send it to me within 24 hours..                                   This is Dr Anish Kumar, a courier had came for me from Mumbai today at your mavelikara centre but from your mavelikara office they are telling they cannot deliver if to home.

                                  Is this what do you mean by professional?
