The worst courier service. Your package will never get delivered.gave false information and never deliver. In the office not receiving calls and when I asked about service and the office man told me that our services like this if you didn't come to our office and also he is talking in singular letter with me. Please take series about the matter.

This is regarding Bill no- PAT50502034.
The product is not delivered even after 15 days.
Called customer care "[protected]". The customer care executive misbehaved.
Could you please look into this on priority and hire some professional
executives who can interact with customers.

Am contacted by professional courier, since I was raiding couldn't attend call. Later I rang same number and I got anser that they will call after 05 minutes. Even after 05 Days there is no call. If I call no answer.

Kindly look into my parcel ... It's not yet reached destination...details below-

My consignment being sent from Agra branch to Bangalore in the name of Ambika.. bill no is AGR[protected].. the courier was done on 19th April but I haven't recieved my parcel yet.. here Bangalore branch is not responding to my calls .. I am repeatedly calling them but they dont bother to pick the call.. whats more disgusting is that they are disconnecting my call and telling me to call back later everytime.. it's already been more than 3 weeks .. please look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest..

We were to receive a parcel to shankaraghatta from Bengaluru. It was not even inter-state but we couldn't receive the package for almost 1and half week. If we contacted the courier offices they would just shrug it off by saying it has already reached our destined professional office. But for around almost 1 week we kept calling them to know where exactly our package was but they we so ignorant to answer. Finally when one of our friends went to their shivmogga office and had to be a little rude due their rude behaviour is only when we knew that our package had already reached here but the one who had to deliver it kept lying n saying no load had been sent here due to lockdown. If you can't provide a proper service then atleast don't accept packages. Speaking rudely to the customer when we had been continuously requesting for help was extremely disappointing. We really never want to use professional again.

We Canara bank calling from morning to evening regarding information about our courier delivery but no one is picking call in Vijayawada head office. We are having very urgent file in that courier

We booked courier from Hubli to Bangalore on 28th Docket no - HBL2887091 . They have not sent the consignment it's lying on Hubli office only... When we asked they are shouting on us only... After repeated follow up they told parcel is with them only. Such a irresponsible behaviour and attitude... Very disappointed with there service...

I have sent a courier from hyderabad on april 24th and the delivery is not yet recieved in guntur .none of my calls to the courier station were answered .this is absolutely rude and unprofessional as in the delivery status always says In transit.

My dad had sent me one parcel on April 17 to theni from tiruchengode .
It's been 13 days still I didn't get my parcel. To trace it down. I was found out the delivery boy delivered the parcel to watch man and got sign without my knowledge on April 24. . But watchman I didn't sign and get any parcel.. Anyhow I lost the parcel.. Is this s professional way? Change the name.. I'm going to court if I didn't get any response from ur side.. It reached Hyderabad 8 days back. But no one is delivering my courrier.
I have call my nearby PTC branch, No response from him.

Professional courier delivery guy had called me and told me to collect the delivery from office.
This is the service of professional courier agent to deliver the goods to specified address.
Why is he asking me to collect the delivery my myself?
This delivery is from my office and they paid the required charges for the delivery to be delivered at the specified address.

This is not acceptable and I need it to be resolved at the earliest.

I have a courier with Consignment No.HYD77809882 had reached Professional Courier Ranchi Delivery Station on 28th April 2021.It contains books of 4ton of worth Rs.3125.It had been sent by Benston Nihal.It has been sent from Professional Courier Hyderabad delivery station.I need it urgently delivered to my home address in Ranchi.They have take delivery charges also from me.I need you to take action in these matter to deliver my Consignment as much quick as possible.But they are not delivering it and also not receiving my phone call.

My Father sent my Courier from my place Mayiladuthurai on 16th April and it reached to Hyderabad on 19th April but However I only pushed from my side for delivering the courier to my place. It came to me finally after 10 days on 27th April. Before I opened the cover it looks like someone already opened it after I opened that my charger wire is only there and charger head is missing.

The delivery man could not deliver the parcel to my home.He asks to recieve it from some place and insisting that he could not deliver it to the home. When i called to the proffessional couriers office pallipalayam they too said that they wont make home delivery. If they cant deliver it to home why are they accepting the parcels to be delivered to specified address ? Delivery man is suddenly making a call and asks us to get it somewhere. can we leave our entire work and leave our workplace at random time? The service is not comfortable for me.

The courier request was placed on 06-Apr-21 with the consignment number HRD31081271.

I request a refund or return my items which are 5K worth.

I have a parcel sent from Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu to Kondapur, Hyderabad. The tracking number is CUD3062168. According to the tracking info on the website, once the package reached Hyderabad it was forwarded to the Ameerpet Hub Operations instead of the Kondapur office. This happened on the 23rd of March 2021 and then on 10th of April 2021, the parcel was out to be delivered and then marked as delivered.

In the Delivery Run Sheet, the person who accepted the package did not even leave any phone number. It was delivered to the wrong address and the person who accepted the delivery was not me but the delivery boy did not event ask for any other contact detail or id. Check the delivery run sheet I have attached (number 6), all that is shown in the initial of the person.

In a nutshell, the parcel was forwarded to the wrong area and then sent out to an address that does not even exist in that area and signed by a person with just the letters KPR.

I send a parcel on 19.4.2021 at Ambasamudram branch, Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu to Varanasi. My parcel is not yet delivered

I suppose to receive my package with original educational documents from Hyderabad to Delhi. But the Air India airlines misplaced/MI’s routed the box (on 17th Of April from Hyderabad)and now all the consignments within that box went missing. It’s been a week since they come to know about it yet they haven’t widen their search for it. consignment no: PRO11728181. I am requesting team to strengthen their investigation and find the documents ASAP because it’s my 25 years of educational hardwork.🙏🙏🙏
