I am not able to track my courier because your tracking website is not working from 3 days.

The courier person has damaged my car While delivering the cover from Professional Courier .This has happened from Professional Courier Sidco Ambattur Branch Number. The incident has Recorded in Camera .I will furnish details accordingly

With heavy regret i am raising this complaint. Myself (Sandeep K M) is detected Covid19 positive on 15th April. I stay alone here at Bangalore. Since i am unable to move out, as per advice from My doctor in Kerala, they have couriered Medicines through Professional Couriers (The professional Couriers, Ariprathodika Bldg, Ooty Road, Wandoor - 679328 Malappuram, Kerala [protected] :- POD No: 20156287, 17th April, 2021 )
The sad part is this the number given in the Slip is incorrect itself, then how will customers contact the office, also while we tried putting the POD in website, it is showing invalid.
After continuous follow-up by various sources ( Source1: Mbl:[protected]) we came to know the consignment had reached Bangalore office on 20th April. I tried calling the numbers published in website - [protected]/43/44 but all these numbers are incorrect. So, are this courier providing fake numbers in acknowledgement receipts and websites to cheat customers?
Also, after much of difficulty i got a contact person M/s Smitha [protected] and they told they will speedy the process and deliver the medicines on 22nd April.
Yesterday (23rd April) i got a call from [protected](Prasannakumar) and she was rude and told me they have came here but security didn't accepted the medicine and so ( but i called security and they told no one came, that she was also not able to tell me the exact justification for her FAKE statement. She told their staffs are not having Official tag so police not allowing and all childish reasons, do we customers arrange tags for professional couriers? After much of debate, she agreed to deliver the medicine yesterday (23rd April) latest by 6:30 PM.
Today (24th April) till now i have not received the Covid19 critical medicines. If anything happens to me due to this the whole responsibility will me M/S Professional Couriers.
Till 23rd April, No-one have informed me that the medicine is reached the office, and they are simply telling about Curfew on Saturday (24th April) and all nonsense reasons.
Pls help me to find a solution.

This is regarding the above DOC no. this shipment was booked from COIMBATORE on 20th, this was supposed to reach UDIPI today. This was sent in fast mode shipment. Still the shipment has not reached the customer.

Customer is complaining about the delay shipment and wants to cancel the same.

I do not understand for a courier to reach from Coimbatore to Udipi will take more than three days??

If so, would have chosen the other service.

Pls explain

It was delivered at B'glore south MHP on 20/04/21 9:39 Am I have contacted your lake road B'glore42430000 on 20/21/04/21 Similarly they have given 2 mobile nos [protected]/4003 Mr. Shivanna & Mr Prasanna Both of them not answering at all what do to by their behaviour ?

Hi sir,
i have sent a courier to Mohali from chennai west mambalam professional courier office on 6 april 2020. Till now the courier is not delivered. When i track the courier it is been saying no service area. Now the west mambalam branch is saying there is no courier service for professional courier in Mohali. If there is no service for that area why did they booked my courier . I want a corrective measure for this issue. am really worried if something has happened to my parcel. Please take a measure for this.

My courier with AWB NO. SRT54300127 was sent from Surat to my home address in Kottayam, Kerala on 9th April 2021 and it reached Kottayam on 13th April 2021 as you can see in the tracking page screenshot attached. I didn't get any call from the professional courier office regarding my packet. I have been calling them for the delivery but they never respond to my calls often. When somebody picks up the call they say you have to come and collect it, I went there then they tell me it is out for delivery. I called them again since the didn't get the delivery, now they are putting my call on hold and not respond. The behaviour of the staff is so rude and not at all acceptable. Kindly do the needful to get the packet delivered at the earliest.

RCR4612903 Courier did not reach destination since 5 days. This one of the worst service that I have ever received. Professional courier is no more professional

Even despite raising a complaint (CRM387757) nobody seems to be responsible.

My consignment no is CJB 4185954.
I have not received my consignment till date where as on the system it's been delivered. When asked at local collection center they told me it's be sent back. Kindly help.

My docket no is PRO11379189 and we have couriered on 16th April and till date delivery is not done only tracking is showing dispatched to Banglore and the service person is not responding to my calls.

It almost 13 days completed the parcel didn't reached. And 14 day the parcel returned to me. In between the days there no details about the parcel we contact the courier office they also blank about the parcel status it was really worst they won't gave any information they all said only wait mam we will see.In parcel how the To address is damage it would be perfectly cover by the tape then how?we are undergoing these service only for emergency but your service is really bad.For this problem we are 2 times going to the couriers office we lost time, money.

My mom sent me a parcel which contained two items in the package, but i received only one item from the box and one item is missing from it.

Two sarees were there inside the package, one inside the white box and one in brown cover, , but when I received the order, no saree was there in brown cover. White box was placed inside the brown cover with single saree in it and also can see in a white paper address has been re-written on back side of the package with typo error.

My apartment name is SSB Urban Lotus...in that paper, it's written as SSBR Urban Lotus.

We checked with courier service from where it was sent, they told to check with the destination center. We checked with them as well and they told they didn't even open the package. Now the weight is 880gm and while sending it was 1390 gm... Approximately...

Sharing the pics... I need the missing saree to be delivered at the earliest.

We enquiried at online Parcel received at Doddaballapura on 14-04-21 at 10:02 Hrs. Still parcel not delivered.
Doddaballapura professional courier center refused to delivery the parcel on same day.
Kindly advise to delivery on same day as received. We need urgently of this parcel

The courier was dispatched on 8.04.2021 to Thrissur office Kerala from Bangalore HBR layout office till date it hasn't arrived to me. There is no response on calling the executive of professional couriers nor anyone has answered the calls for complaint.
While tracking it is showing it has reached to Shahapur Maharashtra. Why the parcel has gone to Maharashtra? Instead of going to its exact location. Kindly revert back

I am fathima, today I got phone from [protected], Dharmapuri professional courier service.They told in your name parcel came, when I asked who send, they are repeatedly telling no from address is mentioned..They never deliver parcel at home and when asked from address, they are rudely behaving and telling we are sending back..pls look in to it.
