Whenever I have received That courier iam received from courier office only.. .. that courier Person asked come and collect parcel from courier office..then y u appoint that delivery person..very worst behaviour for that courier branch

      Professional courier, Kamarajar Salai Branch, Madurai is not delivering the parcels to Home. The resources are calling us and informing that they could not deliver the parcel and we have to go in person to collect it.

      Like this several times it happened and during the Covid time the Branch person was saying due to Covid we are not delivering and the customer has to come and collect. Even now also they are denying to deliver the parcel at home and if we are saying that we are in meeting and not able to pick, then we are getting the reply as, Okay we will deliver to your home by auto and we do not know when that will happen.

      I am trying to find out the Madurai Head Office Branch Manager's number of Professional Courier to make this complaint. But I have not got so far.

      Please make necessary actions in this regard and arrange to provide the customer service at the satisfactory level.

        I have ordered a product from Amazon Sold by NIRA HUB for my parents. They have sent the package through professional couriers. My mother got a call from the professional courier, venjaramood delivery man, stating that we need to collect the order from their office venjaramood or from the shop in the town Vembayam which is around 8.3 km and 2.25 kilometers respectively from the home. I have ordered the item through Amazon because it will be delivered to home so that my father who recently had a fracture need not to go to town to buy it. As i have ordered the items before through Amazon, i had confidence that it will be delivered home.
        My parents requested the delivery man to deliver it to home but he told that " if you need the item, you need to collect it, otherwise we will send it back" . And on the next day, the Amazon showed that, the item has been delivered but we have not recieved it.

        I contacted the seller and they are saying that they cannot do anything as it says it has been delivered and they have contacted the courier service and they said it has been delivered to a family member.
        The seller want me to provide the call recording or any evidences. It is not possible for a ordinary 60 year old above parent to call record or provide evidence.

        This obviously is an act of fraudulence from the courier service . They could have atleast send it back so that we get refund for it. They might have tampered the courier and taken the item which was a famous perfume which i had to pay 1046.26 rupees. I believe that each rupee has its own value and what this professional courier service, venjaramood, Trivandrum branch has done is an act of robbery

        A man from courier service called regarding the delivery to my parent and told that they are unable to deliver it to our home as our home is out of their designated area and agreed to give the parcel to one shop in the town 2.3 km away from the house and given it there, which my mother needed to collect . So why the professional courier is accepting the courier to the specific postcode if they do not deliver the product there? Anyway, the package has been received without damage

          I have recieved a call from a profession courier guy on Morning 11-28 AM regarding the address i have clearly mentioned the address but he said he cant locate the address to delay the delivery and again called him 3 or 4 times but he did not picked the call i tried calling from another number he answered in a arrognant way todataly unsatisfied with the Courier guy.

            Sir/madam--I had sent 1 letter through Professional Courier from Avadi-Chennai office to Vijayawada office--Booking No--PRO[protected]Charges involved Rs170/-Vijayawada courier office had not delivered the cover to the party & insisted the party to collect the letter from their office.The aged party had spent busfare -to & fro Rs 50/- to their office & collected the letter cover from Vijayawada office.I request the action against not delivered letter to party address & insisting party to collect the letter cover from their office & ask them to return Rs 50//- spent to the party.Thanks.

              The delivery details online shows that it has been in Nagpur since 4th February, but has not been delivered to me. Google Reviews shows that the company tells their customers to come and pickup the delivery from their place. This is a highly unprofessional business model.

              The customer care and complaint section of their website is absolutely useless. They must add support for registering complaints for undelivered packages.

                Parcel no delivered or lost

                Hi my name is Tarun and I had my parcel sent from Bangalore to Faridabad from professional courier which was on 08/03/21. It was reached to Faridabad center on 10/03/21 but there is no delivery attempted. Since 10th I have been calling against my delivery no one is picking up my call on numbers given by other staff's unable to raise complaint as their site is down since 3days either page doesn't load or I get error I had a complaint...

                      I had sent a package from Bangalore to Hubli on March 5th, it reached to Hubli on 8th March. On arrival at Hubli the courier person calls and tells that the area is not serviceable. We have to go personally and collect it from their office. When contacted to Bangalore office they tell they are not aware which area is under service or not.

                      During accepting the package itself why they dint mention if area is under service or not? We would have gone to some other courier service.

When the tab reached its destination i received a mail from MAXBHI.COM that it was damaged and could not be replaced. Complaned to professional courier but no proper response.                           On 3 February 2021, I despatched my computer consisting of CPU, monitor and one printer- scanner from Delhi to Mumbai via M/s Professional Couriers packed by them in bubble wrap and cardboard boxes, all marked with "fragile" and "handle with care" stickers. When all the parcels arrived to my Mumbai address three days later and were opened I was shocked to see that the CPU and the printer scanner (total costing Rs.16, 500) were completely destroyed and shattered. Obviously they had been brutally thrown around and heavy crates dumped on top of them. I have complained via phone and email to their company offices for one month but they do not have the courtesy to even reply. Besides the value of the goods, the damaged hard disc contained invaluable personal important data which cannot be retrieved even if lakhs are spent. I have never seen this kind of callous and unprofessional attitude from any courier company.

                              This is Ghomathi Ulaguraj residing in Palacode, Dharmapuri Dist., Tamilnadu. I received a call from staff named- Sakthi from Palacode TPC. He asked me collect the parcel from office. I said in a polite manner that it is 3rd time they are repeating this. And he misunderstood that as preceding and started to show rude attitude. Immediately while I'm talking he just disconnected the call. Then again I called him and asked for explanation. Later he said that he has a lot of work to do and not interested in talking. Is this a correct manner to behave to customer

                              P.S he said that he has delivered more than 10 times to the same address mentioning that in a complaint attitude. Is that my mistake in using your service regularly.

                                I couriered a parcel on 28th feb 2021 and it was dispatched on 3rd March 2021. It’s almost 3 days (5th March 2021 ) and courier has not reached the destination yet. This is very inconvenient.

                                    I have been asking for the proof of delivery for the shipment delivered in batlagundu tamilnadu.
                                    I have made several calls to different offices right from batlagundu local office to Mumbai office as well as chennai. Nobody cares to give the delivery confirmation. I also raised a complaint on their portal. No response.
                                    It's a pathetic services. They simply don't care. For us sometimes proof of delivery, return receipt or delivery sheet signature is very important. They simply hang up the calls on your face.
                                    The name should be the unprofessional courier services. All other couriers have the delivery sheet handy when needed. I have lost money because I had to refund to the customer due to non availability of delivery proof. I lost product as well as money.

                                    Nothing happened after that. When checked status on it then it gives tracking info. It's been more than 10 days. From other courier partners we get info within 5 mins.
