Booked a parcel from Valliyoor to Pune on 21-Mar-2023 vide vli243337. The parcel has reached Pune Sanaswadi on 25th. It is still lying there as of 27th March. This has perishables (Fruits). Please expedite delivery....

A consignment No. vli243337 booked on 21st March, 2023 at Valliyoor for 3 KG has reached PUNE SANASWADI on 22nd evening 4 PM. Thereafter till 25th evening (now) it is still not delivered on last mile. Complaint also given and no action. This has perishables (Fruits) and will go waste.

Need immediate delivery without excuse of week end etc (tomorrow is sunday)....
