Month of June 26th 2023, sent Pulse oxi meter to hydrabad, the delivery took more than 4 working days, when i was opend the box, my product was replaced also it was defective.
i was very much frusted and loose my trust worth aobut professional courier.
i was registered in CC and sent mail. no action taken.

    Package not yet delivered for urgent

    I have sent a package on 1st June but it is not yet delivered. they said it will reach in 1 day but when I called they keep saying that it will be delivered. my package contains door key and my relatives reached Bangalore and they are waiting outside from 2 days. I lost 2500 for this and they have broken the door which cost of 5000. Mr Vijay is the in charge in dooravani nagar in Bangalore he is rude and not responding properly....

    Courier person refused to home deliver, hence I went and collected the parcel on 2nd June from Harohalli. After coming home I opened and could see that the ordered item went missing.

    I ordered 3 bottles of honey, 1kg each. However when I opened the parcel I see only 2 bottles of Honey. I checked with the Vendor, he has confirmed he sent 3kgs of Honey.

    I don't have a clue where 1 bottle is missing.

    On the same day I tried to raise a compliant from Professional Couriers website. ( Website link: https://tpcindia.com/customer-care.aspx) The tool simply not allowing to submit the compliant.

    I'm expecting them to address my concern that did somebody opened the parcel and sealed again? In case they are unable to return the missing product, I want them to refund the product value (1kg Honey bottle - rs 367)

      On 31/05/2023, I had entrusted professional couriers with the shipment of some edible goods, which held significant value both financially and sentimentally. However, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that the items had been chewed and destroyed by rats, rendering them completely unusable and irreparable.

      I want to emphasize that I took utmost care in packaging the goods to ensure their safe transportation. The package was securely sealed and protected with appropriate padding to prevent any damage during transit. It is evident that the package was subjected to unsatisfactory storage conditions, allowing rats to access and damage the contents.

      I understand that unforeseen incidents can occur, but it is the responsibility of a reputable courier company to ensure the safe and secure delivery of packages entrusted to them. In this case, it is clear that appropriate measures were not taken to prevent damage caused by vermin. I enquired with the office I shipped and they knew that the goods are damaged by rata, but instead of informing to me they sealed the package and delivered.

      As a result of this negligence, I have suffered both financial and emotional losses. The damaged goods cannot be replaced, and I am left with a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company. I expected a professional and reliable service, but the incident has shattered my confidence in your company's ability to handle deliveries responsibly.

      I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a thorough investigation into how such a situation could have occurred, as well as an explanation of the steps that will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. Additionally, I believe it is only fair that I am compensated for the loss of my goods.

      I would appreciate a prompt response to this complaint and a resolution to the matter without delay. I expect a refund for the cost of shipping and reimbursement for the value of the damaged goods. It is crucial that you treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves to restore my faith in your company's services.

      I have attached relevant documents and photographs as evidence of the damage incurred. Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation to process my complaint.

        29/05/2023 I sent a courier (CONSIGNMENT No. MLM[protected] which a framed drawing from Malappuram to Thrissur. courier is well packed with big thermocol . and i written Glass, Handle with care in all side of the courier.
        courier arrived in destination today, but the frame was broken when open the courier. Very disappointed from the side of "The Professional couriers. I am usually courier my framed drawing but it is the first time incident because the courier is highly packed and marked with handle with care. The quality of the wooden frame is good and it broken. By the blessing of god drawing is safe, But the price of the frame(300) lose. I will not recommend The professional couriers to anyone cause of this incident.

          Courier done by The Professional couriers with Consignment Note Number: PRO14486334 . The shipment was through Pro Premium from Bengaluru to Mumbai.

          The online tracking says, returned to the zonal office, Kurla mumbai.

          No update was given to te consignee on mobile

          There is a delay !!!

          Will there be a service charges return for this shipment?

              They didn't inform me that my package has to be collected as it was a NoService zone. I was waiting for them to deliver. Without minimumcommunication they just sent it return. They will answer calls by luck and give phone numbers that either doesn't exist or wrong numbers or they wouldn't pick up calls at all. I want my parcel back, it has a wedding gift, its really special for us. Please help me with this issue.

                    Dear Sir,

                    One parcel (CONSIGNMENT No. BGP202337) not has been delivered to me. But in tracking it is saying that it has been delivered, but I haven’t got any call on this and also they haven’t taken any sign with any of the our company person.

                    Please refer the POD downloaded from your site on Friday i.e. 14.05.2023 where you have mentioned material has been delivered. But in the image you can see my consignment hasn’t been ticked off and also there is no seal of our company. How you can you tell material has been delivered. I have this proof and after calling to Sriperumbudur branch on Friday, some person came on Saturday to our office, without telling to our security he has taken seal and he himself signed.

                    Please understand the issue and sort this out.

                        Had booked a courier on 5 May 2023 through Professional Couriers, Aluva . The consignment note number is PRO 14825487. The same was meant for delivery to Sudeep Subramanian, Kandampully House, Kongannur, Akathiyur P.O, Thrissur- 680519. The same was not delivered and not returned either . After constant follow up, it was returned to the Originator( Myself) on 12 May .
                        It was informed that delivery cannot be made to the consignee and he was asked to pick it from the Office. As the Consignee was not in a position to go to the Office of Professional Couriers, it was kept there without any further intimation
                        On enquiry, the above facts were informed and I had asked for return of the same as the Consignee was to leave India in a couple of days and delivery of the document could not be made.
                        These normal of not being able to deliver or rather requirement to pick it from the office etc were not informed while accepting the booking. Also when this could not be delivered, the reason as to holding the same without intimation is not justifiable.
                        I have to now resend this by speed post as delivery is crucial within the timelines.
                        The failure to deliver this on time and non intimation of the same, not returning the consignment are all acts of negligence and failure of commitment and service.
                        The difficulty and agony caused therefrom are grave and such irresponsible behaviour is not acceptable.

                          Hello,

                          The parcel was shipped through professional couriers from Ramanagaram to Bangalore on[protected] but even after 15 days the product is not delivered to Consignee.

                          when reported about this issue to professional courier there is no proper response from them, one time they said the product is lost during the transit and sometimes they say its misplaced but there s no proper answer from the professional courier team and their behavior is extremely unprofessional and rude.

                                  I have sent the courier from Salem (636008) to Pune (411001) on 18th Apr' 23. Consignment # SLM[protected] . Till now the courier is not received at consignee end.

                                  I raised the complaint on 25th Apr'23 with professional courier and the CRM number is CRM447565. The last update mentioned on the site is on 26th Apr23 and i didnt get any further update.

                                  I have dropped follow up mail as well. No response/Acknowledgement as of now

                                    A cover of important document was handed over to professional courier T.Nagar branch CH-17 on[protected]

                                    Courier went to very near by location of delivery around 5 kms on[protected] morning 7 itself but till today[protected] end of the day came it's not delivered. Not attempted to deliver. Please help me on the same.

                                      This professional Courier is very worst Courier Provider, agar mera bas chalta To is company ko hi ban kar deta,
                                      Mai 10 April ko courier Lagaya Bangalore se Motihari ke liye, aur ye Fake company parcel ko Katihar jaake Hold kar diya,
                                      Patna se Motihari Jana tha parcel magar Courier Staff ya kisi ke wajah se wo katihar bhej diya,
                                      Uske baad mai Mail Kiya professional courier Wale ko head office aur Bangalore ke email id par, par wo abhi tak uska koi Response nahi aaya,
                                      Ek aur baat Abhi Tak mere ko genuine mobile number hi nahi hai ye fake company ka,
                                      Kisi bhi number pe phone Karo wo ya to switch off rahega ya Invalid number rahega,
