One of my colleague sent a courier to me from Bangalore to coimbatore on 3/11/2020. In the tracking I got to know that it reached coimbatore at 4/11/2020 and the status updated as door locked. But no one called me and the door was opened through out the day since it is Coimbatore Tidel Park.
The staff named Fathima says that they won't do service for tidel Park and she talking very irresponsibly. Today (10/11/2020) myself reached to the collection office and received the courier.
With the support of their manager, Mr.Karmugil selvan they are behaving like this.

Can you please confirm that professional courier don't do service to coimbatore tidel Park?

They saying that person name called shanmugam tried to call me at 4/11/2020 to deliver the parcel. But I didn't get any call. So please ask him to show the proff for that he called me.

My order was dispatched with consignment no. P[protected] on 31 oct from new delhi.

It been days there is no updates and not showing tracking status on website too.
It says delivery status cannot be displayed please contact booking office. No reply to email also.

What am i supposed to do?

This is regarding Airway Bill Number HRD30750166. This parcel is still not yet received after a month of shipping. I have contacted many people and there was no more proper information about this pack. Finally I have talked multiple times with Smitha she was in charge of the Kochi Kerala head. Her mobile number # [protected]. She was saying that she was checked manually all the containment and wasn't able to see this parcel and asked for the refund.

I have been ordering Chips from Palakkad Kerela to bangalore through professional courier. Last week I ordered(30th October 2020) and it took almost 4 days to get it delivered(delivered on 9th Novemeber 2020). to my Surpirse i found 750 gms of chips(3 packets) stolen. I did complain and didn't get a proper response from professional.

First package PGT3544743 booked on October 30th and delivered on 2nd November. 3 packets of 250 gms was stolen

Second package PGT3545449 ordered on 5th November and delivered on 9th November 2020. Once again 3 packets of 250 gms each was stolen and with packs tampered. there is no proper response from professional .

Whenever we call they say van problem, it is lying in office will be delivered soon. they also lie stating it is out for delivery but gets delivered after two days.

My address is No 32, 3rd cross, vallabha nagar vasanthapura main road, bangalore -560062. It comes under Yelachanahalli bangalore south.

I am also attaching the video proof for what was booked and what was delivered.

I bought some products made of aluminium and they parcelled those through professional courier. I received the produced in a damaged condition. And i can provide photos also. It is happened during transportation and they are responsible for it.

I posted a courier from Kengeri Bangalore to Huvinahadagali on 27th Oct and it has been delivered till date.
Calling them, no one is taking ownership to trace the courier. They are saying it is not traceable. How can it be not traceable ?

I have booked courier from visakhapatnam to hyderabad on 22/10/2020 cg no:vsp4422545 till date parcel was not delivered and no response from visakhapatnam office from where I booked not answering calls telling can't help ask higher officials kindly solve my issue

HRD[protected] Courier box of weight 560 grams (0.5 kgs) couriered on 16-Oct-2020 from Bangalore to Mysore still not reached (today 4-Nov-2020). Even after writing complaint, calling up Mysore branch office, no response. Online courier portal shows status as "Out of Delivery" from Oct-17-2020. Five days before my friend courier to me my Consignment number : MAA[protected] from chennai to chokkampatti, in portal tracking it out for delivery by 13:51 PM and called customer care and get local professional courier office number, Around 5PM myself called that office they ask me to come and collect the consignment, in track it out for delivery then how come its in office for that they answer lethargically, this is not first time, when ever the courier coming in professional courier they are doing like this. this is 4th experience for me ask us to come and collect. If we raise complaint also they are not giving the complaint number. portal register complaint also not working after filling everything it asking few details missing, but not showing what is the error.

I have sent a courier by[protected] from Vadapalani Chennai in nearest Professional Courier point and till date date as of[protected] the courier hasn't been delivered to Mumbai to the stipulated person . The service providers response and the way of answering is really poor and irresponsible. Couldn't able to reach the contact number of the different person which they are giving . They play with those people who are in stress of their service . I need an revert call for the issue.

Hello Sir,

I sent a shipment of the sample to the my consignee through the fedex courier India. The shipment i sent on 12.10.2020, And it is not delivered still.

This FedEx is not taking the responsibility of my stuff, I call them daily and get updates, But they reply different different answer to me.

Some time they say it was misrouted and some time say it in in transit, now there is 18 days approx, i dont what is happen with my shipment.

I have charged the twice penalty on this, but this fedex india team is not giving much attention on this.

Letters posted on 20th of oct from mysore, still not reached banglore. It's already 9 days. If we call the person incharge he simply tell it will reach today, from past 4 days but till now we have not got any letter. We are loosing hope in professional couriers.

My Pan Card has been dispatched (Consignment No - VPL[protected]
from IT department on 21st October but still it is not delivered to my address from last 1 week. I'm afraid if it gets misplaced then who will take the responsibility of it.
It is containing my crucial document.
Even after several phone calls The Professional Courier service is not receiving the calls.
Please take some action against THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER.

Consignment no. CMM564516 was booked on 03.10.2020 from Cumbum, Tamilnadu to Thrissur, Kerala. The said consignment is not delivered till today 27.10.2020. I have contacted the respective office for tracking, the answer i got all from the offiices were "in transit".
25 days from the date of shipping it has been not delivered as of now.

very irresponsible and will never use this service again..Dispatched the product from mumbai on oct 10th and stafus show dispatched and not recieved to hyd noe returned to mumbai and now again on 17th oct it shows diapatched to mumbai..when i called the customer aervice they are very irresponsible and they say pacakge was on hold for many days so we returned it
I asked her why was it on hold and she dont have answer for it.we pay amount for dispatching and they cant seliver the priducf nor return back to the origin..worst serivice.i dont knw whom to reach out and was helpless.. From 17th oct it shows dispatched i ding know y isnt uodate is yhe courrier going by walk i dont und..i need a resolution for this or else im going to take very serious action on this courrier service..

Hi Team,

This is the 3rd or 4th time the professional couriers have not provided my parcel on time. I stay in Mallapur Hyderabad as always from uppal it gets dispatched to Nagaram and when we ask the status they say they cannot deliver to our area. There is no professionalism in the service. Highly dissatisfied and poor service ☹️

I ordered pista n it was opened n more than half a kilo was missing. Plz take my complaint on a serious note .

I had sent a courier on the 13th of October 2020 from Mysore to Bangalore ( C/n : MYS[protected]. My courier is stuck in some mathikere office although it reaches there on the 15tg of October. They are not delivering it citing that they don't have anyone to deliver it!! The man who runs the place never answers the phone. I have tried registering complaints but everyone either asks me to call someone else or takes my number and never calls back with any details. Their service has been pathetic!!
