Sir this is 2nd time heppen with me. Professional courier ejipura, banglore. Not geven response. M trying last 1 week. He is not picking my phone and not delivered my package.
Last time before 8 month same happen. I went office than i received my package... So plz take necessary action against him. My way no - vpl[protected]

I had given parcel to deliver to gurgoan on 11/06/2020. Still the product is not delivered to the person.

I am venkat m from hyderabad. My courier docket no 0209846 dated is 5th august, 2020. My and my courier booked at godavarikhani and destination is chengicherla, hyderabad.

I have not received my package till now. And even my package not showing transit details online from day 1. And this is 23rd day.

This package is very very important and urgent for me. As my neuro medicine is there in that package worth rs.3100. My treatment is 23+ days delyed/disturbed because of you.

I am contacting your staff from 20 days. They are telling the same thing "by tomorrow i will do". Even today also he is telling the same word. His name is kiran, boduppal, hyderabad. There is no involvement, responsibility, response to my query.

And i am sorry to say, your service and response is very very worst.

Now asking yourself...

1. Who is responsible for this delay?
2. Whose mistake is this?
3. How many days and times required to answer about my package?
4. Who is compensate my loss and my missed treatment?
5. When did you solve my issue?
6 why my package transit details are not showing online?

I want my medicine asap.

Sir iam swetha from kasaragod. Iam a reseller my courier tracking number is vpl[protected]. This very argent one. Tracking status is received in mumbai and dispatch in cochin. I called more than 50 times. But didn't pic my call. Very poor service for cochin profational.

I despatched life saving medicines as a parcel from coimbatore to pondicherry on 14th aug 2020. The parcel reached pondicherry on 15th august 2020. But delivered only on 19th aug 2020. 2 days unnecessary delay. That too the consignee was asked to collect it from the godown. At the godown the consignee was asked to wait for 90 minutes before delivery. All our complaints on the website received no response. Our emails to customer care, had the same fate. Nobody attended customer care calls. Zonal office, chennai and their head office are simply sleeping not caring to reply for customer grievances my consignment number was cjb 84219549

I have booked a parcel from the professional courier service on 18.07.2020 but still I didnt receive the parcel.I have raised complaint though their portal many time but no response. My parcel was reached to bangalore on 21.07.2020 but from there its not reached to trivandrum. I called Bangalore office and write an email to them the funniest thing is the mail Id was wrong.

My friend the parcel on 19th august 2020 but now its 8th day i am not recieved my parcel yet..also customercare delhi is not answering.

Dear sir/madam, one of my parcel was booked by my friend through the professional courier on 6th july 2020 from pune to pimpri (Chikhali), but till date it is not delivered and i am following since last 30 days but no response is coming from the management as well as regional offices of the professional courier. The tracking no is pnq55638691 and 11 reminders are given to them till date. Kindly help out to deliver this parcel since this consists of my medicines

My parcel should be delivered within 5 days but it took 17 days to receive and in my parcel my product is missed and the cover is opened while receiving the product and the worth of the product is 600 rupees.

I had sent a induction cook top from Nilambur ( Malappuram ) to Vatakara ( Kozhikode ). The delivery of product is much late and the same item damaged a lot, it can't be usable thing anymore. I have already told professional courier representative of Nilambur regarding the product. The details of the delivery are as follows:

Dear Sir,

I have lodged a complaint in this forum on 18.08.2020 complaining against Professional Couriers stating that our consignment despatched from Jaipur through professional couriers vide consignment No JPR[protected] on 04.08.2020 (17.45h) is YET TO BE DELIVERED TO US AT KAKINADA AND THERE IS AN ABNORMAL DELAY IN DELIVERY.

Thereafter, I also sent 2 reminders on 20.08.2020. Now, today it is 25.08.2020. Still, the great professional couriers does not have any time to spare to respond to our query as to when they are going to deliver our consignment despatched from Jaipur on 04.08.2020.

This clearly shows the poor/deficient services and unfair trade practices on the part of Professional Couriers.

I would like to complain about the professional courier staff in Edapally toll, Cochin, kerala. They dont have the manners to deliver parcels to my address . This is the third time its happening, I collected the parcel from them couple of times by going to their office . So there is no doorstep delivery in your service? Do the customer needs to collect it from them all the time?

A lady called me and said that they read the phone number given on parcel wrongly . That is why the delay caused and said they will not deliver the parcel to my house now due to containment zone, so i asked them to deliver once its over, So she asked somebody behind her, a man took over the call asked me to collect it from office as they dont have door step delivery. This is no the first time I am hearing this . If you dont have doorstep delivery, mention it on your website. I hope this will be taken into care. I got a call from phone number : [protected].
I tried them again more than 5 times . They did not answer my call after then. Please do needful.

Consignment number LKO50916711 has been booked on August 6th from Lucknow to Hyderabad but till now it has not been delivered. Whenever I call they just divert my calls to other branches by providing contact numbers to me they don't have any information by what time it will be received and every day they just say the same details that it will be delivered today today and today or tomorrow tomorrow and tomorrow, I don't know when that tomorrow comes I m just fed up of this pathetic service. I want my order to be delivered and I need exact details or else need my money back for this pathetic service.

My courier awb no jpr[protected] left jaipur on 12 august2020 for mumbai (Panvel) today is 23 aug2020, still not delivered.
Professional courier people don't even pick the call when it rings. I've called then on different numbers more than150 times, but its shocking not even a single person has called and updated me.
My shipment is stuck for almost 2weeks.
This is a nightmare dealing with professional courier, may good lord protect other customers from their false promises.
Can someone help me get my parcel.

I ordered an Item online on and it was sent through proffessional couriers, with docket no:IXC[protected], It was despatched on 5th Aug, but it still hasn't reached me. The courier agency near me had contacted me that the Item was in their possession, bot won't deliver it to my home, I went there to recieve the product on august 21, 11.30 P.M and it was closed, the owners mobile was also switched off. I went on their website to complain but when I went to "contact" It just showed "server busy". I also called their regional offices to complain(Cochin, Ph:[protected], MOB: [protected]
Operations :[protected], But all of them was either switched off, busy or not picking up.

I request actions taken against them for such anticonsumerist behaviour.

In kerala the professional courier never delivers to door. They want the recipient to go collect it from their office. When spoken sternly they deliver . That was the earlier condition. Now they have taken a fake excuse of the pandemic and is asking the recipients to collect from the office. To this extent that in case the recipient is unable to get the package they sent it back to sender saying recipient unavailable.

The parcel no, maa[protected], from chennai -106 to chennai-602024. If prior action not taken will complaint to consumer court. I don't want to lose my hard earned money.

Courier has been sent from bangalore to kushtagi, dist : kopal by professional courier and the airway bill no. Is hrd30712134 dtd 17/08/20. The courier guy is not ready to give door delivery. The parcel contains medicines which is urgently needed. So kindly make arrangements for door delivery. And for your kind information, the delivery area is not sealed down.
