Address: Kodigehalli main road, KR Puram, Bangalore, Karnataka

We are supposed to receive an urgent courier from pollachi (Tamilnadu) to bangalore on 20th feb which was sent on 19th feb early morning. But, until today (24th feb), the package is not delivered after 5 days of time. We use courier mainly for fast delivery only. The package is held up in virgo nagar for the past 3 days and not delivered out to us.

We are extremely dissatisfied with the timing service given by professional courier which has taken almost 1 week for delivery to a nearby state.

    I had a courier with tracking id fbd[protected] from amazon. A person from professional courier office in hyderabad called me and told that the delivery service is unavailable in my locality, so i have to collect from the office.
    .
    I want to ask you that why don't you clarify the delivery availability during booking itself? Is it not arduous that a customer will have to come to office to collect? This never happened with any courier before.
    .
    This happened 3 times. Every time i have to drive 20kms and collect my parcel from office. If they don't have service in a locality, they should clarify during booking only. What if it was a biog parcel? Should i arrange truck from office to my home?
    .
    This is highly unprofessional and needs a serious action against the management.

      Parcel maa[protected] has reached hyderabad (Madhapur) branch on 12th feb 2020 and still it is undelivered after several complaints.

      No reply from the coordinator. No working landline and he is not answering calls as well.
      The delivery address is just 15 mins from the madhapur branch
      Shameless organiztion celebrating their 33 years without delivering the parcel
      This is the 5th time my parcel getting undelivered by professional couriers

        Parcel with important document sent from mumbai on 12/02/2020 and reached vasco goa on 13/02/2020 as per tracking records.
        However same delivered to addressee on 18/02/2020 after telling them return it to sender when they said addressee has to collect it from their office.

        Same is regularly happening with this courier service provider at vasco.

          The documents that i have sent from hosur to hyderabad through professional courier on 5th of february has not been delivered yet on 10th of february.

          Consignment number= hsr17176653

          I was told that the it will be delivered in 3 days. No proper response from the office.

          Kindly make arrangements to deliver the documents at the destination as soon as possible. Thanks.

            Pro premium courier - pro9983616 couriered on 30.01.2020 as per the the standard service duration of delivery by 2 day that is maximum but delivered on 03.02.2020 took 4 days and no proper response from the team.
            The purpose of the courier was to reach on time but due to delay in service entire purpose went lost.

            Request you to please process the refund at the earliest since requested in local branch but no prompt response.

              There is no status of the parcel since a week, when we call the courier office they are not answering properly customer is shouting at me as her parcel is getting delayed because of irresponsible courier service.
              This is disturbing my online business.
              Online business fully depends on courier service only, if they are not responsible how can we do this business.

              I had purchased from surat. They dispatch the items on 09.01.2020 through professional courier. The courier reached in trichy on 11.01.2020.but now a day im not receive my parcel. Trichy courier service send the parcel to karur prof on 19.01.2020.i calling to karur office but they said we r not receive your courier.

                Professional courier service is very worst my friend ordered courier on 25/1/2020 it came delivery place on 28/1/2020. Courier service person should not given any information is still now. Today date is 31/1/2020.it is happened in vijayawada one town. I called so many times but one lady telling always it is coming still now it is not came. I request to management please take immediate action to that person. Very worst experience with professional courier service

                We have booked the courier on 23.01.2020 Mr.Balamurugan - Chennai
                Docket No: TMG 9200 0065. But the Party not received the courier till date.
                Kindly clear the complaint.
                The worst experience I have ever fetched, consignment number DEL[protected] didn't reach at destination. Customer care number not responding anymore, also there is communication gap between two offices of (UN) professional courrier.

                  The parcel i have received today on 31/01/2019, was in horrible condition, which has torn and few items are missing from it, and such a worst service i have ever seen, my valuables i have lost are priceless.
                  Hereafter i won't prefer professional courier for me as well i won't suggest this worst service..
                  Instead of being like this please stop the service

                    I'm very disappointed to see that post receipt of package, one content found missing and was checked with the consignor as well and she assured me that package sent with 3 items with weight of 700gm

                        My package is going around in hyderabad for the last 7 days. Customer service guys keep giving me different phone numbers to call. Most of the time they don't pick up phone. Huge waste of time. No professionalism. The package still remains undelivered.

                          A courier sent via pli406560 dated 21/1/2020 from pali to vadamadurai, dindigul shows the status as delivered to us as on 24.01.2020 in your courier tracking portal but the same has not been delivered to us yet. We are in need of that courier very urgently as it contains the lr of the material booked from pali. The cargo will be returned back if we are not taking the cargo today.. If it happens like that your company will be responsible for the loss that may occur due to the irresponsibility of your vadamadurai area office. Also would like bring into your notice that we are being illiterates from your vadamadurai office. Kindly look into the matter very seriously and do the needful.

                              I had booked a courier on 21 jan 2020 from mumbai to goa via professional courier
                              But havent recieved the parcel till date
                              Neither anyone from the courier is responsible and all the landlines arent working. Please do not use professional courier for any place.
                              Shame on them.
                              Neither does the professional courier service in mumbai or in goa cares about it.
                              Also the boy who collected is unanwerable

                                My courier with consignment number : ldh[protected] is not yet delivered.

                                When i check status online it was showing 'could not locate address'.

                                No one has called my mobile to inquire about address.
                                Secondly, i stay in a colony and even if delivery person ask security he shall guide.
                                Noone came to my colony and noone called me. Simply they are marking false that 'could not locate' in system.

                                In the past, I have received many couriers from Professional courier service and one thing that is clear is I will never send one using this. domestic delivery takes 7-10 days and is quite random.

                                  I had couriered 2 parcels, on 25th december vide consignment # pon7918654 & pon7918655, where 8655 reached against pickup at destination, all the edible items packets were opened and consumed during transportation, materials reached opened approx less than half quantity (Against their quality policy). Another one 8654 still on hold at balia office for pickup. Now my complaints if i paid full money for courier charges, they are responsible to deliver the product timely and safely, instead they are threatening that if you dont come to pickup 70 kms from destination they will return.in this case do they return my charges as well with the product or not. Its a total case of cheating and disrespecting the courier policy. Such cases must be addressed well and this kind of couriers must be closed down.

                                    Consignment number ctk[protected] and has been couriered on 08/01/2020from cuttack to bangalore. Not its already 17th jan today but still did not receive my package and i have given complain and customer service portal has rise a request they have give an acknowledgement with crm317651 still no response. I called so many times to customercare but noresponse and very harass.
                                    Please help me as soon as possible and reimbursement the amount...
