I am professional engineer, I have send a documents through your professional to my client who is at hyderabad on 08 th march 2023 having booking No. KRR 5629781. Still now courier not yet delivered to my Client. I enquired with the karur office from 13th March 2023 to till now, there is no proper response from karur office. Kindly Help me to recover my documents.

    I called Alain branch to pick my doucment and to deliver dbx since 3 days they waste my time giving me different pick up schedules and different numbers and now neither they pick up the doucment nor they are answering my calls. I[censored] cannot pick up or deliver better to tell u cannot instead of wasting my times better I would go for others couriers

      Poor customer service and delayed courier delivery

      The courier submitted on 07.03.2022 from Madurai to Pune has still not been delivered even after 5 days. The customer service call was picked up only once out of my several attempts at Madurai and I was informed that the parcel will be delivered on the 4th day itself but still it has not been. Customer service calls were not answered at Pune and this delay is very disappointing.

      I ordered a few urgent articles from an online vendor who belongs to Bhopal. through The Professional Courier vendor provided a consignment number BHO[protected] with me & according to the tracking information, my parcel was dispatched from Bhopal on 1st March. On 3rd March, it reached the Raipur hub and after that, I didn't get a single update on my package on the official website of the courier company. I tried to reach customer care over email & informed them about my concern, they registered the complaint and provided me with another CRM_ID BHOX000765 but it doesn't seem like my problem is resolved. I tried to reach Raipur hub customer care, but still no luck.
      Please help me to get my package as early as possible. It contains articles for emergency educational purposes.

          Hi,

          I have couriered an gift parcel from Bangalore location, but when received the parcel was torn and an item in that parcel is missing.

          I have raised an complaint against this, but there is no significant progress on the trace of lost item.

          Got to know from the courier team that the item weight is reduced from one check-in scanned point to another.

          When asked the team about the trace or about the refund, they are not at all responding back.

            Address: The professional Couriers Ramanathapuram branch and their subagent located in Uchippuli,Tamilnadu.

            I ordered medicine through an online site and the delivery agent of the Professional Couriers refused to deliver to the doorstep (dated 11.02.2023) (2 different packages) they called me to pick them up from their subagent office nearby the city of my village which is a 4 KM distance from my hometown.
            This is not the first time the same incident happened earlier too
            I have raised this issue with the seller. I have attached details of the order and a shipping copy and an email screenshot of the seller's email complaint.
            Kindly take the necessary action in this regard.

              My package is not been delivered even though it is been one whole month it was sent from Bhuj, Gujrat to Pune. When I tracked the tracking number which is provided to me by vendor, on Professional Couriers tracking website, it shows the last update on 06th February 2023. As evident from the attached screen prints it was sent from Bhuj to Pune via Mumbai on 1st Of February 2023. The Professional Couriers never tired to contact me nor their customer care numbers are reachable. even I have registered a compliant on their website on' Contact Us' section, but no one has replied or contacted me even after that.
              This service is certainly not professional and is certainly causing mental trauma to customers.
              I request authorities to please question Professional curious to contact me, make sure they deliver my parcel and compensate me for the extremely late delivery of parcel. Or else if they have misplaced my parcel then I want complete refund of the value of the goods the parcel contains. The parcel contains outfits of net value worth Rs/-3, 580.
              PFA proof of the communication with vendor, that shows I have made full payment to vendor on 1st Feb 2023.

                Dear Customer Support Service,

                I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the courier services provided by your company. I recently received a package that was sent to me through your courier services, but the package was received after alot of hardwork by mailing, calling etc etc.[CONSIGNMENT NO:DEL[protected]]

                As the same I am getting the similar feeling regarding this item too[CONSIGNMENT NO:AGR[protected]]. I have mailed you several time but not a single mail to provide status. Your fbd branch says he cannot deliver because he is out of service area Provided that until and unless someone complain about it by giving their valuable time. What kind of professionalism is showing by your branch? And this time Head Office is too sloppy regardless several mail you cannot find it justice to give reply to customers. Who is paying you.

                Furthermore, with utmost respect provide the package promising delivery date.

                As I have tried to contact your customer service team several times to report this issue, but I have not received any satisfactory response. The automated responses I received were not helpful, and I have not received any concrete solutions to my problem.

                I would like to request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation.

                I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take steps to improve your customer service and delivery processes to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future.

                  My courier(consign.no.CTG3651493) was record books and it was sended from Chitradurga to thrichur but now it's been one month the product is not recieved and the professional courier office members are saying it's missing and can't bring to you.is you guys are these much irresponsible with customer's courier.we are sending courier via trusting you, know that.and that courier was urgently needed for my university exam and now it's missing and exam date arrived I don't have much time to write the records and it's far away the college to bring the records first.

                      The above referenced parcel from Surat to mattakuzhy (pin 682308)came to Kochi and then went to piravom which is 35 km from my place, I received a call from the lady ([protected]) and asked me to take the package, if this is the situation then what for courier service?, i could have booked the item through speed post and they drop at home also other couriers, my request with the concerned authorities to intervene and stop such situations.
                      I have decided not to deal with this courier in future, thank you 🙏

                        I sent a consignment to auto nagar, mangalagiri 522503, guntur. But the professional courier send it to auto nagar, vijaywada. The parcel contains high court papers. This second time happening like this with this courier service. Raise a complaint is not working in their website.                           I had sent Courier an important and urgent delivery required from Chennai to Noida. Airway bill MAA[protected] posted from Chennai on 14th February 2023 morning. Till now 17th February 2023 17.00 hrs not delivered. No update on their tracker, contact not correct or working. No ownership to respond too. Totally unprofessional. Advice to all, please don't use Professional courier service at all.

                            We Sai Security & Detective Services, Kankanady, Mangalore, had booked a parcel, packet covering of important papers addressed to Mrs.Vathsala, Pilikula Development Authority, Pilikula, Vamanjoor, Mangalore on 08.02.2023. Subsequently we have received information that our parcel have not been received till 14.02.2023.
                            On enquiry with your Office at Pumpwell, we have been informed by the Staff that the above said parcel No.MLR40058855 have already delivered on 09.02.2023. and tracking status is provided to us for delivery of the above parcel. Whereas the parcel have not been received till date i.e 15.02.2023. On further enquiry at your Vamanjoor Branch, the staff informed us that the parcel is lying at his Office and will be delivered tomorrow... and further pleaded sorry for the inconvenience . Further the said Staff has put the status as on 09.02.2023...already delivered...is highly irresponsible on the part of your Agency.
                            We request you to initiate suitable action against the concerned and compensate us for non delivery of our parcel in time.

                                Transcript documents were sent from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences of Bangalore to my location at Sonauli, UP. But upon tracking the parcel is stuck at Gorakhpur and has been there for more than 2 weeks now. Our expected delivery time was 2 weeks now it has crossed a month due to this delay. I'd appreciate someone reaching out and fixing this issue.

                                    My package with airway bill no. DEL[protected] was placed with professional couriers from delhi to pratapgarh (UP) on 2nd of feb. it has now been more than 1 week that the parcel has not been received at the address provided.
                                    tried contacting multiple persons down the hirarchy but could not get any solution.
