I sent a consignment to auto nagar, mangalagiri 522503, guntur. But the professional courier send it to auto nagar, vijaywada. The parcel contains high court papers. This second time happening like this with this courier service. Raise a complaint is not working in their website. I called to vijaywada professional courier service they are not answering it properly.

I had sent Courier an important and urgent delivery required from Chennai to Noida. Airway bill MAA[protected] posted from Chennai on 14th February 2023 morning. Till now 17th February 2023 17.00 hrs not delivered. No update on their tracker, contact not correct or working. No ownership to respond too. Totally unprofessional. Advice to all, please don't use Professional courier service at all.

We Sai Security & Detective Services, Kankanady, Mangalore, had booked a parcel, packet covering of important papers addressed to Mrs.Vathsala, Pilikula Development Authority, Pilikula, Vamanjoor, Mangalore on 08.02.2023. Subsequently we have received information that our parcel have not been received till 14.02.2023.
On enquiry with your Office at Pumpwell, we have been informed by the Staff that the above said parcel No.MLR40058855 have already delivered on 09.02.2023. and tracking status is provided to us for delivery of the above parcel. Whereas the parcel have not been received till date i.e 15.02.2023. On further enquiry at your Vamanjoor Branch, the staff informed us that the parcel is lying at his Office and will be delivered tomorrow... and further pleaded sorry for the inconvenience . Further the said Staff has put the status as on 09.02.2023...already delivered...is highly irresponsible on the part of your Agency.
We request you to initiate suitable action against the concerned and compensate us for non delivery of our parcel in time.

MAA[protected] Not Received. But status shows it is as delivered. Even after raising the complaint, the case is closed based on the web data.

Transcript documents were sent from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences of Bangalore to my location at Sonauli, UP. But upon tracking the parcel is stuck at Gorakhpur and has been there for more than 2 weeks now. Our expected delivery time was 2 weeks now it has crossed a month due to this delay. I'd appreciate someone reaching out and fixing this issue.

Good morning.we have booked a envelope through professional curier from mohol to hinjewadi pune on 6/2/23 (consignment no.MHL 215603).Still it is not delivered to address in pune.i have tried to call mohol office but no clear reply.please help me to get this parcel.

My package with airway bill no. DEL[protected] was placed with professional couriers from delhi to pratapgarh (UP) on 2nd of feb. it has now been more than 1 week that the parcel has not been received at the address provided.
tried contacting multiple persons down the hirarchy but could not get any solution.

Consignment in transit from Feb 02, not delivered to United States, not able to reach customer service.

Consignment booked and in transit from Feb 02/2023, not delivered till date. No any updates.

Awb no DEL[protected] is not delivered as per receipt.
Receipt weight is 27 kg as per receipt available with me.
But delivered consignment is Only 200-300 gram which is lying at professional courier ranenagar office nashik Maharashtra.

My material worth 8000 rs is missing.
I expect immediate action from professional courier on this.

I have ordered some books from Chennai. They sent it through professional courier.. it's almost 15 days.. but didn't received.. I tracked waybill.. it says it arrived destination.. but no one called for delivery... Then we went to nearer courier office and got the book.. what is use of courier people.. they didn't inform where the package is.. no door delivery at all.. worst courier ever. This is the 3 time I face this issue

My courier shipping status is not updated. It's already in Bengaluru. When will it be delivered

Professional courier in Chandrapur Maharashtra, actually May parcel should deliver on 24/1/2022 but they called Me on 26/1/2022 and they asking me to come to office and take parcel they are not willing to come to given address and delivering parcel and know today 28/1/2022 they not responding to calls

No home delivery of Parcel even within town limits even .5 kms from the collection center since 20 years

Since the beginning there is the center does not deliver parcel to home even if the delivery place is very close to collection center.

Aged people are asked to collect parcel from office, very ruthless. What do you charge full amount when there is no home delivery.

We usually send medicines to parents which is expected to be delivered to home. These people ask patients to come and collect the parcel from office.

Why do they charge full amount when they are not delivering the parcel to home.

My package #COK23971955 by The Professional Courier was to be delivered on 21st Jan, 2023 and I received the message that the package is out for delivery on that day. The delivery guy is not delivering the package despite me calling him numerous times. When I went to the The Professional Couriers website to register a complaint, the website shows an error when I try to register the complaint.

I'm neither getting my parcel nor I'm able to register a complaint to the courier service regarding this issue. It's very deceiving to not have a working complaint service for the customers. Here's the number of the delivery guy who's not delivering my package for the past two days, [protected].

My Consignment DEL[protected] dated 15-Jan 2023, has been shipped from Delhi, but it haven’t reached me yet, and regarding status, Professional Courier is not providing any exact status of the consignment.

I never get my parcel on time, have to visit the office to get information., they do not maintain a landline,
No delivery boys, personally collect parcel
