Hello team,

Sub: trz[protected] shipped to the wrong person

As per shipment tracking, the parcel is already delivered to the address but my recipient hasn't received yet, that is delivered to a wrong person.

This is absolutely strange and bad commitment from the professional courier responses through phone and collection points.

Request your immediate action in this regard.

Please take the consignment from the wrong person and deliver to right person that is the following address as mention in the consignment.

I get call from Courier boy stating that Product is arrived for delivery. But he refused to come to my home address. He told he will come back here after some other delivery. Then I called him. He says that my product is in office. I went to office, but my product is not there.
BLR[protected] : worst service.
1.taking more time to deliver the products (product was despatched on 19/08/19 but delivered on 24/08/19) from shivajinagar to KR Puram.
2.reluctent to give home delivery. Delivery boy Sunil[protected].
3.Not taking care of products. Few are damaged.

    Consignment was booked on 6th aug from baroda having way no. Bdq4052940 to lucknow on door delivery. Now the consignment is showing received at barabanki since 7th aug 2018, it is now 23 days and still not received parcel.

    Emailed customer care but still not received any response. I don't understand why such prime commitments on delivery part is not fulfilled though customer wants this only. Never wants to use this service again if not resolved.

      Calling the customer provider, they asked me to collect from office which is not an ethical behavior. Because they confirmed to deliver at location mentioned.
      Now they are not receiving the call.

      I have to multiple times call them since no satisfactory response. Sometimes they also lie about the status.
      And very rude and unprofessional service.
      One of the worst courier services I have found specifically customer support team.
      2% customer satisfaction rating says it all.

          This is the second time i got same issue from ejipura branch.. My parcel of medicine arrives from hydrabad to chennai in 2 days but even after getting delivered in ejipura today on 29th august 5 days overed.. Courier reached ejipura branch on 24th august and frm this 5 days i did call to branch noone receives the call.. I called your customer care no. And they said 3 days back that they will cal them nd confirm but even your calls also they not receives again today on 29th i called customer care morning they said they will check and let me knw.. And aftr 3 hours also no response and then finally i went branch and gor my parcel when i asked the guy who is in office he first went searchd my courier and then he ran away even aftr calling him he not coming outside and he havnt any answer that why from 5 days my parcel they not came to deliver.. My office is on ejipura main signal which is just 600m far away from office and your delivery guy and staff this much irrisponsible that they havnt time to come to deliver.. Then why you guys kept them? Who even not able to answer about wht they did 5 days.. Next time if same thing again if i face i defintly will go office and will make such a big issue that you peoples wont b able to answer me..

            Package was handed over to Professional Couriers in Mumbai on 20-Aug-2019. The package reached Bengaluru on 22-Aug-2019 16:17 hrs as per their website. Post this it was sent all over Bengaluru and finally reached Whitefield office on 24-Aug-2019 13:16 hrs.
            The package was lying there for the last 3 days and Whitefield office was not reachable by phone. No one picked up the call in the landline and the mobile number was switched off.

            Finally when I managed to reach customer care, I was told that there is shortage of personnel and hence they cannot deliver it. If it is urgent, please go and pickup from Whitefield office.

            When I tried to escalate it, both the Manager and the General Manager, till date, even after 15-20 calls to them is not answering the calls.

            Today the package was delivered to the security without taking any signature from any one. The person who had delivered had informed the security that he is from Department of Posts.

            I do not know where and how to escalate and get the people responsible punished. I had also sent multiple emails and only got one response. In the email I had asked them to refund the money as they had not delivered within the time frame. There is no response to that also.
            I had mentioned in the email, that I will not take delivery of the package without the refund amount.
            Think to bypass this they had impersonated as department of posts person and delivered the package without taking any signature. Also there is no slip attached to the package. So they have removed all the traces of Professional Couriers from the package.

                I had handed over an envelope containing important documents to professional couriers collection center in chembur camp, mumbai on 20 august 2019 for delivering to kasarvadavali thane. The awb no. Is kur[protected]. Besides consignees address, i had clearly indicated consignee's phone number and also my address and telephone number. When the consignee did not receive the packet in 2 days time, i checked with professional courier thane on telephone number [protected] at 10.19 am. The person asked me to message him the details as he was in train. He said that the office would open at 11am and that he would check and call me back omn reaching office. I messaged all details to the gentleman. He never bothered to check and call me back. Again when i called him on 24 august 2019, he said he was on leave and that i should speak to one mr. Mishra in their thane office. Mr. Mishra informed me that the packet was returned back by their office by mistake and i should re-courier the packet again. The packet came back to me undelivered on 26 august 2019 saying that the consignee's room was locked. This is not true as the consignee's house was never locked. Also, the courier did not make any contact through telephone if he was unable to get the consignee. He did not even leave any intimation. They are really very unprofessional. I have decided not to use their services in future. I advise every citizen to avoid using professional couriers as they are really very very unprofessional..

                Whenever i get a call from profesional couriers they ask me to cone and pick up the package from the office. Its in Kalady branch ernakulam kerala. They why do we paying for the service? this is so frustrating guys.
                A shipment was booked on 10th August 2019 and as of 15th August,
                no tracking info was updated. The office does not receive calls. A complaint was registered online but that, too has not been looked into.

                  I am here to complain against professional courier. Many times i have complained to them to deliver letters and other courier promptly. They never will do. They charge for delivering at home and they never do. They say if we want we should collect them from their office. If we ask them to deliver they will behave badly as it is we are their servants.                     Professional couriers never deliver the cargo the address provided. They make one phone call and leave it at that. If the customer is not reachable they do not deliver it to the address a later time.in spite of the rule that the product would be delivered to a radius of 5 km from the office, of the company, the professional couriers. I ordered a product form the amazon and when enquired about the non-delivery, i was informed that the product was sent by professional couriers and as of today 24the august 2019, i have not received my packet.

                      My consignment number is del[protected] which was booked on 12th aug 2019 from rohini, delhi. The delivery location was khurda (Odisha) but the tracking is showing the parcel is delivered to chennai. How is this possible?

                      The tracking slip even had the khurda pin code on it and the parcel is delivered to chennai how?

                      And the courier person is not even taking responsibility. They have surely misplaced it. The parcel is delivered on 16th aug in chennai and i don't know who has collected the parcel.
                      Because consignee hasn't received the parcel.

                      I need that parcel back. It was urgent and you people have misplaced it and not even responding properly. I have been trying to figure out this thing from 4-5days. And this case is a mess.

                      Need to be solved asap.

                      It's clear mess and the professional courier is responsible.
                      I have tracking slip and proof.
                      I need my parcel anyhow.
                      Please help.

                        I am the consignee and I did not see any update on the page post August 1st 2019. Tried all their customer care numbers but no one answers. Wrote an email and got one response saying there is no consignee address. But I seriously wonder how the parcel was accepted and reached from Mumbai to Bangalore when there is no address according to them! I am writing emails but no response again. Such Cold behavior and unprofessional business ethics.

                            Consignment no. SRT[protected] Not received from last 15 days and no update online as well. No proper response from the employees in bangalore mission road office. There is no response when we try calling them everyday and rude behaviour as well. Can someone look into this issue as ap and lemme know where is my package. When checked with magadi road and mission road office none knows where the parcel went. This is not a good way to handle the customer call or package which is being misplaced and none takes responsibility.

                                On 15th my order was dispatched to hyderabad but today it is 20th but there is no update post 15th.
                                And it was promised yesterday that i will receive my order today.
                                Now am calling delhi customer care they told me to call hyderabad customer care.. And whn am calling hyderabad cc vice-versa.
                                What the hell is this??? This is how you serve customer? #!
                                For that i filed complaint in consumer court, hope it will get delivered by today itself, else i will movie this complain to fast track case.

                                  I am Mohammed Rahaman, I have a Parcel from professional courier, The Parcel has reached Hyderabad on 11th Aug 2019, And the Parcel is kept with the courier Office people from past 10 days. I have tried to reach on the Office number they never lift the call, if in-case they answer the call they will simply say by End of the day it will be delivered. Same story happen every day. I have checked the website everyday but there is no change in status.

                                    My sister sent rakhi by the professional courier on 12 th aug. It takes 2 days to reach belgaum from karaar. It was supposed to reach on 14 th aug, raksha bandhan was on 15 th aug till today also it has not reached. Actually professional courier person called me on 15 th aug and asked me to collect the courier from their office. Since i was not well i told him to deliver at home. He said he will come afterwards. Today is 17 th aug even today they are not able to deliver it. They are not picking up the phone call. Very insensitive courier, knowing rakhi is there they should have deliver it on right time. I think they are purposely making late to hurt hindu sentiments. Never ever send any courier by this service... Very low quality service

                                    When tracked it is found the same is delivered from STH Kannur vide sheet DKNR 26899. But the same is not recieved by me and enquired at kannur office.Proper reply not recieved and not responding the enquires.
                                    Parcel has not been delivered which is for medical purpose, when enquired staff are irresponsive, arrogant very rude attitude by Davangere professional courier staff. This is happening for second time.

                                      I supposed to get a parcel which booked on august 3rd through professional couriers, i was checking the status in the website everyday, it was showing the update till august 10th only in the website on august 13th also, so i tried to call the customer care then they told me it reached to bangalore-marathahalli and they gave me marathahalli customer care number, but it was always ringing and nobody answered the call, this is the number which i contacted in marathahalli professional courier contact number: [protected], till 12pm on august 13th it was showing in transit only, then nearly @1.15 i checked the website then it wa showing already delivered with an authorized signature, but i was at home complete day on august 13th and no person came to deliver the parcel and i dint get even a single call also from any delivery person, then i did chat in wats app with that number which i mentioned as marathahalli customer care, i informed them the situation, then he replied saying that it is showing already delivered, then i told him i dint get any delivery, then he forwarded 1 person's contact number to contact him, this his name & contact numver-muniraj-[protected], then i called to that person and he was telling he gave the parcel to somebody else and he is not clear to whom he delivered, he was telling may be he gave it to security, but we dont have any security in our building, then he told me @4pm he will come and check but he dint come, i have all the proofs which can show i was trying to trace the parcel and was trying to contact customer acre regarding this.

These are official documents which were supposed to reach 25 days ago but yet not reached the destination. Need your urgent attention and revert to this. It has been extremely delayed because of which our payment is stuck. This is unexpected. Kindly revert asap

                                        I'm Dipikka. My consignment no. KUR[protected].
                                        Whenever I check it's still in transit and no proper response from Coimbatore HO. They not even picking up the call. After a long a day, finally picked up the call and said we didn't received. But When I checked with Chennai customer care, they told already dispatched to Coimbatore and check the HO in concern city.

                                        I don't know where to check now. What the hell happening in professional couriers? Is this called professional?
                                        Not even a proper response and very careless answers.Please help me to get the package.
