No home delivery of Parcel even within town limits even .5 kms from the collection center since 20 years

Since the beginning there is the center does not deliver parcel to home even if the delivery place is very close to collection center.

Aged people are asked to collect parcel from office, very ruthless. What do you charge full amount when there is no home delivery.

We usually send medicines to parents which is expected to be delivered to home. These people ask patients to come and collect the parcel from office.

Why do they charge full amount when they are not delivering the parcel to home.

      My package #COK23971955 by The Professional Courier was to be delivered on 21st Jan, 2023 and I received the message that the package is out for delivery on that day. The delivery guy is not delivering the package despite me calling him numerous times. When I went to the The Professional Couriers website to register a complaint, the website shows an error when I try to register the complaint.

      I'm neither getting my parcel nor I'm able to register a complaint to the courier service regarding this issue. It's very deceiving to not have a working complaint service for the customers. Here's the number of the delivery guy who's not delivering my package for the past two days, [protected].

        My Consignment DEL[protected] dated 15-Jan 2023, has been shipped from Delhi, but it haven’t reached me yet, and regarding status, Professional Courier is not providing any exact status of the consignment.

            I never receive my parcel in time, Always a delay in delivery, they do not have delivery Boys to deliver the Courrier, has to be collected personally,
            Rude behaviour of the owner as well as staff.
            They do not maintain a landline for any assistance.
            Iam experiencing this since 7 years.
            A strict action has to be taken on the owner.

            When I called for customer grievance, that guy asked me to pay 5/- online to report a complaint. Phone number +[protected].
            [protected], when tried on this number, very bad connectivity that the call was getting cut every 4 seconds.

            Unhappy with the service.
            Kindly take strict action and resolve and acknowledge

                The consignment ID VPL[protected] was dispatched from Mumbai office through Professional Courier service on 2nd January, 2023 for Marunji, Pune location. It's 10th Dec. and I have not received this courier, however it has reached the nearby Professional courier office in Pune. They are saying the delivery without stating any valid reason. Neither the POC of pune office is picking up my call.

                  My tracking no is VPL[protected] which was sent from Mumbai to Gurugram on Thursday 5th Jan via flight. It was scheduled to be delivered within 3days n its been 5days that my courier has not been received. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. People send couriers by flight bcos they feel it will be delivered on time but this is unacceptable that it takes so much time.

                    Jpr[protected]. The product is booked on[protected] at jaipur to vizianagaram, but not delivered till date. On tracking it is showing that the package is lying at vizianagaram office, but they are not delivering it. The staff at vizianagaram office are not giving any information - where to enquire or whom to enquire. They are simply telling that they do not have any information about the parcel nor any contact numbers where we can enquire.

                            Parcel has been sent on my name and got delivered on 28th December in Hyderabad patancheru office. I have not received any call from them. On 31st when i reached patancheru they said parcel has been returned back. Staff their has responded very rudely stating we will not call and inform to customers, and ask their management for less staff. Parcel of mine is very important and even they say use other courier service apart from professional couriers. My contact number [protected]
