I never receive my parcel in time, Always a delay in delivery, they do not have delivery Boys to deliver the Courrier, has to be collected personally,
Rude behaviour of the owner as well as staff.
They do not maintain a landline for any assistance.
Iam experiencing this since 7 years.
A strict action has to be taken on the owner.

When I called for customer grievance, that guy asked me to pay 5/- online to report a complaint. Phone number +[protected].
[protected], when tried on this number, very bad connectivity that the call was getting cut every 4 seconds.

Unhappy with the service.
Kindly take strict action and resolve and acknowledge

My parcel consignment number is AML2177006. This parcel was sent from amreli gujrat on 3/1/2023 but i didn't get the parcel till date. Since 15 days i am waiting for my parcel. I am unable to track it too. Please do the needful soon.

The consignment ID VPL[protected] was dispatched from Mumbai office through Professional Courier service on 2nd January, 2023 for Marunji, Pune location. It's 10th Dec. and I have not received this courier, however it has reached the nearby Professional courier office in Pune. They are saying the delivery without stating any valid reason. Neither the POC of pune office is picking up my call.

My tracking no is VPL[protected] which was sent from Mumbai to Gurugram on Thursday 5th Jan via flight. It was scheduled to be delivered within 3days n its been 5days that my courier has not been received. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. People send couriers by flight bcos they feel it will be delivered on time but this is unacceptable that it takes so much time.

Jpr[protected]. The product is booked on[protected] at jaipur to vizianagaram, but not delivered till date. On tracking it is showing that the package is lying at vizianagaram office, but they are not delivering it. The staff at vizianagaram office are not giving any information - where to enquire or whom to enquire. They are simply telling that they do not have any information about the parcel nor any contact numbers where we can enquire.

My package has been sitting in the LG square branch of the professional couriers since 26th december 2022. and they hgave not taken even a single effort to call or update or deliver the package which i already paid for till 2nd january 2023.
the customer service is very bad, and very rude.

Myself istyak from satna mp my courier has been released from Jabulpur yesterday evening 6pm and i am calling to satna mp concern office but office persons are not agree to talk with me and he is cutting my calls during conversation take strict action at your end my number is [protected]. Parcel has been sent on my name and got delivered on 28th December in Hyderabad patancheru office. I have not received any call from them. On 31st when i reached patancheru they said parcel has been returned back. Staff their has responded very rudely stating we will not call and inform to customers, and ask their management for less staff. MYS25326689 consignment has not delivered but it's showing delivered with signature. I need to see my signature without getting sign and delivered how irresponsible.

I have received the document from Chennai to Nellore (PIn : 524002) in professional courier. but they are not delivering my package at doorstep.

I booked your courier service from Bangalore to Kurinjipadi (607302) for urgent need of medicine to my mother in Kurinjipadi on 3rd Dec 2022. It was informed to me in Bangalore that it will reach by 4th Dec 2022.

As per tracking Courier reached around 11:00 AM on 5th Dec 2022 at KURINJIPADI (607302) Local Courier office. We received call from...

I booked one consignment vide No.MAA[protected] on 29.11.2022 from Chennai to Bangaluru. YesterdayThe person from your Bangalore office contacted me and said he could not locate the address and the given cell number is not reachable. Immediately I sent alternate number and asked him to deliver today itself. But till date the consignment is not delivered. When I contacted the person (cell No.[protected]) he surcastically replying me. When I explained about urgency, he is not listening and said if you to complaint anybody go and do it. I didn't expect this type of irresponsible service from a reputed firm. This is a paid service and not free of cost.

Expecting a speedy resoultion for this issue.

Till this important courier not delivered to consignee and couldn’t able to track it properly in their website (https://www.tpcindia.com/customer-care.aspx)
Daily we are following the Coimbatore HO person ([protected]) but he is refusing our call, chats and carelessly replying, nothing can do, you do it whatever you do.
This is the way he respond customers and he have the responsibility to deliver the parcel on time to party and he received the full payment for this service only.
So why don't we raise a legal complaint against this fraudulent service and we are seeking damages for the delay due to the distress caused to us by them.

My sister has sent a parcel through this courier from Tamilnadu to mumbai on 22/11/2022 with tracking number KDI227245 . The parcel has been received in vile Parle mumbai on 25/11/2022 and It was received by myself on 29/11/2022 .there was a gap of 7 days to receive the parcel. As soon as opened I was shocked to see that the items which were kept inside was completely damaged by rat . And the worst part is the courier company has put their brown plaster over the damaged area and covered and delivered .They have not even informed us . The parcel is full of my kids eatable items and special home made protein powder for my 2 yr old kid. If I was not aware of that damage the same I would have feeded my baby. Is this the way the courier company behaves .. This is totally awkward behaviour atleast they should have informed us and should have warned us not to have that items . Instead they have made a top plaster and hid everything from us and delivered us to eat what the rat has left . I need the total compensation including courier charge and of all the items which was kept inside since it is fully prepared with such a lot of work .. sharing some photos.

It's not delivered till[protected] am why is the delaying to delivery

I want professional courier refund all the amount to me. They charged 820 rupees.
Not given me printed acknowledgement. They given me manual acknowledgement.

In the acknowledgment they printed money back guarantee

They are not ready to pay
