Receipt no bdr 26792... From bidar karnataka to pune maharashtra sended on 12th november from bidar... And received by pune courier agent... On 15th of this months but till today my courier not delivered i contact and call the courier office but no any one given clarification any satisfaction answer to me... Pls direction may issued to courier officers regarding the said bill no bdr 26792... And delivered to the party immediately...

Sended one dress to rajamandry address..the consignment num is KUR[protected]...nearly 20 days finished..I got one cal from [protected] abt courier..but next day onwards he's nt ans my cal..I think he's professional courier delivery boy..pls help me ..need my stuff
I have got courierd 2pcs of shirts 1Kurta and 1 wallet from your Deoghar office weighing 1. 175kg bill no MDU50009233 to malerkotla Ludhiana. But while receiving it weighed only 920gm.when opened 1 shirt was missing. When inquired staff replied "Its not my responsibility".

    Consignment no/Way no - BLY7176893, not delivered.

    Date of Consignment taken - 09 Nov 2018.
    The Profession Courier GM Bangalore - [protected].
    The Profession Courier Peenya Central office[protected] / 22960211.
    The Profession Courier Ballari Roopanagudi road - [protected]/274895.

    The package is still not delivered and there is no proper response provided by the professional courier teams (Bangalore Head office, Peenya Central office, GM Bangalore).

    The package has been misplaced and still it not been retrieved.

    I request them to retrieve the package and deliver.
    There are 2 sarees in the package worth around 45000 INR.

      We sent a parcel via Professional Courier with Consignment Number as PRO7782737.
      It was sent on 12th November 2018 as an urgent delivery.
      Today, on 15th November, I did not receive it by afternoon so I checked online to track it and found since 13th November there is no update on my package status.
      I raised a complaint on the website CRM249266. Within sometime I got an SMS status that the my complaint has been resolved and closed. I tracked my package again and found that the status is updated stating that it was delivered on 14th November at 5pm and given to SECURITY.
      I checked with each and every security personnel in my building, no one has recieved it. There is no entry for the courier guy in the building register. My house has video calling system, I checked the record, no one made a visit to my house to deliver the package.
      I found the Pune Sanas Wadi branch details and called on the given number [protected] to inquire. The person asked me he does not know anything about the same, and was shocked how I even found his number.
      I tried to log another complaint on the website, but the form keeps giving error about "Enter all details" - despite of filling in every field.
      Hence, I am stuck here and need some immediate and serious attention towards this unprofessional behavior.

Yesterday podalakur branch dealer sent a message that he can't able to deliver the courier so that he asked to come to branch and collect the medicals as the customer is a patient and it's an emergency medicine and that I have informed clearly to him that my mother can't able to come so deliver it immediately but still that person has not delivered the courier and he is not picking my call.so kindly take immediate action on him.

            I had shipped table lamps and photo frames to trichur (Kerala) from hyderabad on november 9th of 2018 and it was received on november 12th 2018 in trichur.
            Upon inspection 6 of the lamps were totally damaged and one 61*91 cm photo frame was damaged as well.

            The packing was properly done with a thermocol inside it and it was mentioned handle with care. I had opted for the premium service and had paid 16000 rupees as the transport charges and i was told it would transported safely hand to hand and they wouldn't be throwing the package.
            The premium service pro consignment number is pro7836966 and the cost of the product damaged is 28130 rupees the pic is attached for reference. I would need the cost of the damaged product plus the amount they charged to ship these damaged product as well (1490*6+2370) =11310 rupees

            Its very sad to say that they don't acknowledge their mistake and blame the customer instead. I would need this to be address at the earliest.

            I shall attach the pictures for reference and the bills of purchase of the material if required as well.

            My package booked from Vellore to Bangalore on 31/10/2018, no VLI144677, from last two days it is lying in Salem. It is urgent package as we are going out in next two days. No body is responding to my call and giving any nformations. Please look in to this . In Bangalore they are saying it is in Salem, but Salem they are not taking any action.

When inquired staff replied "its not my responsibility". Do the needful and make professional couriers to compensate the theft article by his staff.

              One SMPS booked at Delhi by Air cargo on 01/11/2018, not received yet. your Dwarakanagar, Viskapatnam office very lazy, they don't have time to check. very bad service
              Consignment No- DEL[protected]
              Professional Courier service should change its name with immediate effect to most "Unprofessional Courier service " since its failed to deliver documents from Delhi to Guwahati which took 11 days. Despite of proper address and contact Number written in the envelope. I highly don't recomend this service to any one.

                  Hello,

                  On approaching professional courier in kamareddy, to send a parcel from kamareddy to hyderabad (Chandanagar) the team their forced us to choose pro premium courier service instead of regular, telling us premium shipment will be safe and speed. Though pro premium (Rupees 140) service is three times of actual price (Rupees 40), we believed in them and choose it.

                  Finally, the parcel has delayed. Actual eta was 9th november pre-noon. But parcel received on 10th november 5:00 pm.

                  How the pro premium service was justified?? I have happened to use the regular services at a pro premium cost. This is totally unfair.

                  Can someone please evaluate this?

                    Courier delivery person didn't call me even once while delivering the parcel...
                    He went without delivery saying he can't able to find address and i am not picking the call. When i have called your customer care which is in kathirkamam, pondichery they said you just come and collect from our place. Their is no any delivery persons available here to deliver the parcel.
                    No proper response from any of the members.

                    But still packet not yet delivered within 1km distance. I had a talk with delivered boy Mr Deepak on [protected]. He saying 3days required for delivery. If you have the packet pls delivered today otherwise i will loose aprox cost Rs.25000

                      I am from m/s madras engineering industries pvt ltd, maraimalai nagar. We are not getting the professional couriers on time usually, the reason is, other than letters the couriers will not be received by the securities main gate. Any couriers consist of any material should be handed over in the stores which is in the 2nd floor, we have lift facility too. But the person who is bringing the parcels he is simply taking return the material & telling to the security that i cant go to the 2nd floor, ask them to come & collect the material from our courier office. When i go to the office there was a lady in charge she is having about one week back received nearly 6 items. She is asking me to take all the parcel to my company by hand. Pls take necessary action. Otherwise give me any of your higher officer to avoid this situation in future. Pls give your feedback to [protected]@mei.co.in

                        Courier delivery person didn't call me even once while delivering the parcel... He went without delivery saying door is locked which happened twice why didn't he call me when am not available at home i go to work i cannot be waiting for that guy and that too i don't know the date of delivery.. And when i go to the professional courier office they don't in which branch is my parcel delivered back... No proper response from any of the members from office really it's too pathetic.. Now my parcel is been sent back to the place from where it had been sent.. Please help me and i will not be available in home i will be available only after 6, if that delivery guy can call me somehow then i can guide him that whom he can deliver it to...

                            I had booked a parcel of weight 1.5 kg from your karur (Tamil nadu) pin 639116 to berhampur (Orissa) pin 760001. On 3rd nov. 2018.
                            At the time of booking it was said by the courier that the parcel will in 4 days. Till now the parcel has not reached its destination pin 76001

                            Upon checking the tracking in their website it is showing that it has been delivered at a different place named puliangudi on 5th november 2018.

                            This is something totally unbelievable.

                            The pictures taken of the parcel on 3rd nov 2018, during booking at karur office is attached. The address of both sender and receiver is clearly printed, the weight of parcel was checked by the staff at the karur branch office (Attached) and the courier receipt showing clearly that the parcel is to be delivered at berhampur orissa is clearly mentioned in the receipt.

                            The screen shots of the online tracking is also attached.

                            Complaint number crm247810 has been raised but nothing has happened till now from your side and no one has responded.

                            Every day i am travelling 40 km up and down to the same karur professional courier branch where i had booked the parcel. There the staff is not concerned and giving careless response. Staff says wait my manager will come. Wait i will talk to cooperate office, wait it is in transit and gives all the excuses. Also no one answers on the phone numbers written on the courier receipt.

                            Kindly consider the above complaint & help me in this regard.

                              Courier no. Klk7501973... I called on saturday they said they will send by monday... But i didn't receive... Then again i called wednesday (7.11.18) again they said they will send by evening but then again i did not receive... My courier was sent from kallakurichi to iyyappanthangal chennai... I called kathupakam brench they said i will receive from gunidy... But they all r attending the call but they r giving rough information u will receive.. But i am not getting it.. It was my 6month old son food.. Which i was about to get on time but did not receive yet..

                                Hi all,

                                I had sent one courier from thanjavur to trivandrum. I have been told by the professional couriers that it will reach in 2days if you sent by pro premium but they did not do that. I had been informed that it's a holiday special, even on bandh it will be delivered. But they got failed but they charged 50% extra. Booked date 03-nov-2018 and expected reaching time is on 6th. But it did not reached. I request not to keep false promises

                                  Last monday My father sent food items via your service. The curiour boy come after 3days, but somehow I was not in the house. Next day someone called me from your lb nagar office and told that you came and took your percle. But I clearly mentioned that My office time starts from 10am and end 8pm. so I cant go. Now 10 days over they didnt handover my food percel.

                                    on site status shows in transit.

                                      My sister dispatched a package to me at pune from bangalore through professional couriers vide awb blr[protected]. The package was handed over to professional courier office on 31st october 2018. The package hasn’t been received by me yet. The tracker on professional courier website shows messages that don’t make any sense (Please see screenshot attached). My sister called up pune hub of professional couriers today (5th nov 2018) and they told her that the package hasn’t been received yet at pune. She has been trying to speak to bangalore hub of professional couriers and either no body answers the phone or when answered, the call is terminated midway.

                                        We booked 155 kgs of poultry medicines stocks from chennai to delivery at palladam ( (Maa[protected], booking dated 01.11.2018). Stocks not yet received, since moring, i am following with tirupur branch and palladam branch, but their is no proper response from company persons, i spoken to manager level also, they gave wrong feed back and not gave proper response. The communication what i received are not true, they told moring (03.11.2018) stocks forwarded to paladam branch, but still it is lying in tirupur branch only. Please process and do the needful. Customer satisfaction is the first priority.
