Booked courier in the professional courier under number: ssd10496201.

Actually it was received at balanagar hub on[protected], didn't get any intimation regarding courier.

And when i checked with my origin they told it's reached to balanagar hub, hyderabad.

I am continuously following with them since 3days (20, 21, 22).

20-noy-2018 - i called and got answer documents are scanning

21-nov-2018 - i called again, and again got same answer. I asked them how much time it will take, they asked is it parcel or document. I told its parcel. They told it's will deliver.

22-nov-2018 - i called again and they told it will deliver by eod today. Waited... Waited... No parcel.

23-nov-2018 - i called again and they told parcel was return, i asked why they told it's no service area.

My point is at least they should inform me saying that you got parcel, but it is not there in our service area. Please come and pickup otherwise it will rto.

This is very big surprising to me and i am following up with them continuously. How these people will do like this.

Because of 1 or 2 persons mistakes entire company is getting bad impression.

Please do the needful on this.

It was shipped on 15 Nov. still undelivered. Not response from Customer service team of TPC as well. I have been chasing them since long but there is no response. It has already reached destination 4 days ago. Still no one is bothered to deliver it.

I Have written to their customer care email as well. They did not even bother to respond. This is a prepaid parcel. No Idea how to lchase them more now.

My name is jangala koteswararao. I have booked medicines from indusviva health sciences pvt limited on 21.10.2018 12:00 at nelamangala courier tracking number [nlm90070821] for me. That was reached narasaraopet branch dated 02.11 2o18 13:06pm showing in your tracker. Dealer mr. Ramarao sent a message that he can't able to deliver the courier so that he asked to come to branch and collect the medicals as it's an emergency medicine and that. Still that person has not delivered the courier and he was saying professional courier is not given loading charges for me. He saying "i am not delivered that"i don't care" and if you possible send leagal notice for my head office.
So kindly take immediate action on mr. Ramarao him narasaraopet.

I booked a document from professional courier office in perambur, chennai on 8-11-18 at 14:56hrs vide docket no maa[protected] to an address in mannachanallur taluk in trichy dist. Very close to samayapuram. I got information from the addressee that it was not delivered as on 9-11-18 and i immediately went to perambur office of professional courier and told them about it and the lady at the office took down the phone number of the addressee and said it will be put in the system and the trichy office will see it and deliver it by calling the addressee. But even as on 10&11-11-18 it was not delivered and inspite of the addressee calling your trichy office several times it was not delivered and got returned back to me on 14-11-18. The purpose fur which i sent the document was not served and i incurred loss. Inspite of going to perambur office they and your trichy office have not bothered to call the addressee or myself and deliver the document. I want an explanation and refund of the money i paid to your office.

You may also note that an earlier consignment i sent to the same addressee was delivered about fifteen days before 8-11-18.
So inspite of giving the addressee phone number your trichy office had not bothered to deliver the document. You may investigate this matter and give me refund of the money i paid to your perambur office.

On 14th nov. 2018 the parcel sent from cochin to hyderabad and today is 20th and after evenmany calls to professional courier offices still not delivered. It is worst than the postal service and today i realized that indian postal service is far better than professional courier.
My consignment no 20107300 sent from cochin for a urgent purpose still not reached and this people are collecting money and cheating the public. Whoever read this info. I request do not make this mistake and please deal with other courier companys other than professional courier. This is my second time with professional courier at towlichouki branch based at hyderabad. Dirty people and no service commitments... I request you people better to shut ur bleady office rather than scruing people

Tracking number - kur[protected] sent from mumbai on 12th november to pune. It is 20th november evening 4:30 pm now and still the courier is not delivered. It has been 8 days i am waiting for the documents.
If its too much for you guys to deliver to pune then atleast return the parcel to mumbai. What are you doing with my documents???

Why don't you change you firm name to "unprofessional courier services"
Government post services are way much better than this.

An old age man used to deliver to pacakages to my address (Regularly). He is really annoying and very rude. Today i had two packages delivered and he was just keeping in slamming the gate, without calling to the phone number, that it alarmed my neighbours.

It was couriered from dombivli (Maharashtra) to Kallara(Trivandrum)
When the COURIER when dispatched contained it was cross checked and detailed quantity was mentioned above the pack which contained
Himalaya Diapers 3 pack
Nestle Cerelac 2 pack
Milk Bottle Nipple 3 pieces
But however when i got courier the following items were missing
1 nestle cerelac pack (multi grain dal veg 12 month +)
1 nipple (pigeon softtouch peristaltic plus)
I want a detailed explanation regarding the same and compensation.
And this time its very urgent.

On 15th of this months but till today my courier not delivered i contact and call the courier office but no any one given clarification any satisfaction answer to me... Pls direction may issued to courier officers regarding the said bill no bdr 26792... And delivered to the party immediately...

The package is still not delivered and there is no proper response provided by the professional courier teams (Bangalore Head office, Peenya Central office, GM Bangalore).

The package has been misplaced and still it not been retrieved.

I request them to retrieve the package and deliver.
There are 2 sarees in the package worth around 45000 INR.
In case if the package is not retrieved then I request The professional courier to refund 45000 INR, and 50000 INR for the mental agony I have been through all these days.

We sent a parcel via Professional Courier with Consignment Number as PRO7782737.
It was sent on 12th November 2018 as an urgent delivery.
Today, on 15th November, I did not receive it by afternoon so I checked online to track it and found since 13th November there is no update on my package status.
I raised a complaint on the website CRM249266. Within sometime I got an SMS status that the my complaint has been resolved and closed. I tracked my package again and found that the status is updated stating that it was delivered on 14th November at 5pm and given to SECURITY.
I checked with each and every security personnel in my building, no one has recieved it. There is no entry for the courier guy in the building register. My house has video calling system, I checked the record, no one made a visit to my house to deliver the package.
I found the Pune Sanas Wadi branch details and called on the given number [protected] to inquire. The person asked me he does not know anything about the same, and was shocked how I even found his number.
I tried to log another complaint on the website, but the form keeps giving error about "Enter all details" - despite of filling in every field.
Hence, I am stuck here and need some immediate and serious attention towards this unprofessional behavior.

Yesterday podalakur branch dealer sent a message that he can't able to deliver the courier so that he asked to come to branch and collect the medicals as the customer is a patient and it's an emergency medicine and that I have informed clearly to him that my mother can't able to come so deliver it immediately but still that person has not delivered the courier and he is not picking my call.so kindly take immediate action on him.

I had shipped table lamps and photo frames to trichur (Kerala) from hyderabad on november 9th of 2018 and it was received on november 12th 2018 in trichur.
Upon inspection 6 of the lamps were totally damaged and one 61*91 cm photo frame was damaged as well.

The packing was properly done with a thermocol inside it and it was mentioned handle with care. I had opted for the premium service and had paid 16000 rupees as the transport charges and i was told it would transported safely hand to hand and they wouldn't be throwing the package.
The premium service pro consignment number is pro7836966 and the cost of the product damaged is 28130 rupees the pic is attached for reference. I would need the cost of the damaged product plus the amount they charged to ship these damaged product as well (1490*6+2370) =11310 rupees

Its very sad to say that they don't acknowledge their mistake and blame the customer instead. I would need this to be address at the earliest.

I shall attach the pictures for reference and the bills of purchase of the material if required as well.

I have got courierd some parcel from my relative from your deoghar office weighing 1. 175kg bill no mdu50009233 but when received it weighed. 920kg. When inquired staff replied "its not my responsibility". Do the needful and make professional couriers to compensate the theft article by his staff.

On approaching professional courier in kamareddy, to send a parcel from kamareddy to hyderabad (Chandanagar) the team their forced us to choose pro premium courier service instead of regular, telling us premium shipment will be safe and speed. Though pro premium (Rupees 140) service is three times of actual price (Rupees 40), we believed in them and choose it.

Finally, the parcel has delayed. Actual eta was 9th november pre-noon. But parcel received on 10th november 5:00 pm.

How the pro premium service was justified?? I have happened to use the regular services at a pro premium cost. This is totally unfair.

Can someone please evaluate this?

Courier delivery person didn't call me even once while delivering the parcel...
He went without delivery saying he can't able to find address and i am not picking the call. When i have called your customer care which is in kathirkamam, pondichery they said you just come and collect from our place. Their is no any delivery persons available here to deliver the parcel.
No proper response from any of the members.
