I am from m/s madras engineering industries pvt ltd, maraimalai nagar. We are not getting the professional couriers on time usually, the reason is, other than letters the couriers will not be received by the securities main gate. Any couriers consist of any material should be handed over in the stores which is in the 2nd floor, we have lift facility too. But the person who is bringing the parcels he is simply taking return the material & telling to the security that i cant go to the 2nd floor, ask them to come & collect the material from our courier office. When i go to the office there was a lady in charge she is having about one week back received nearly 6 items. She is asking me to take all the parcel to my company by hand. Pls take necessary action. Otherwise give me any of your higher officer to avoid this situation in future. Pls give your feedback to [protected]@mei.co.in

Courier delivery person didn't call me even once while delivering the parcel... He went without delivery saying door is locked which happened twice why didn't he call me when am not available at home i go to work i cannot be waiting for that guy and that too i don't know the date of delivery.. And when i go to the professional courier office they don't in which branch is my parcel delivered back... No proper response from any of the members from office really it's too pathetic.. Now my parcel is been sent back to the place from where it had been sent.. Please help me and i will not be available in home i will be available only after 6, if that delivery guy can call me somehow then i can guide him that whom he can deliver it to...

I have booked one parcel (Documents only) weighing 0.262 collected rs. 77.00 on 2/11/18 vide booking no, maa[protected], the same as return back on 8/11/18 without any reason. My customer missed business because of documents delay. So kindly take necessary action against professional coureir new no. 19 & 20, mooker nalla muthu street, chennai 600 001

I had booked a parcel of weight 1.5 kg from your karur (Tamil nadu) pin 639116 to berhampur (Orissa) pin 760001. On 3rd nov. 2018.
At the time of booking it was said by the courier that the parcel will in 4 days. Till now the parcel has not reached its destination pin 76001

Upon checking the tracking in their website it is showing that it has been delivered at a different place named puliangudi on 5th november 2018.

This is something totally unbelievable.

The pictures taken of the parcel on 3rd nov 2018, during booking at karur office is attached. The address of both sender and receiver is clearly printed, the weight of parcel was checked by the staff at the karur branch office (Attached) and the courier receipt showing clearly that the parcel is to be delivered at berhampur orissa is clearly mentioned in the receipt.

The screen shots of the online tracking is also attached.

Complaint number crm247810 has been raised but nothing has happened till now from your side and no one has responded.

Every day i am travelling 40 km up and down to the same karur professional courier branch where i had booked the parcel. There the staff is not concerned and giving careless response. Staff says wait my manager will come. Wait i will talk to cooperate office, wait it is in transit and gives all the excuses. Also no one answers on the phone numbers written on the courier receipt.

Kindly consider the above complaint & help me in this regard.

Courier no. Klk7501973... I called on saturday they said they will send by monday... But i didn't receive... Then again i called wednesday (7.11.18) again they said they will send by evening but then again i did not receive... My courier was sent from kallakurichi to iyyappanthangal chennai... I called kathupakam brench they said i will receive from gunidy... But they all r attending the call but they r giving rough information u will receive.. But i am not getting it.. It was my 6month old son food.. Which i was about to get on time but did not receive yet..

I had sent one courier from thanjavur to trivandrum. I have been told by the professional couriers that it will reach in 2days if you sent by pro premium but they did not do that. I had been informed that it's a holiday special, even on bandh it will be delivered. But they got failed but they charged 50% extra. Booked date 03-nov-2018 and expected reaching time is on 6th. But it did not reached. I request not to keep false promises

Last monday My father sent food items via your service. The curiour boy come after 3days, but somehow I was not in the house. Next day someone called me from your lb nagar office and told that you came and took your percle. But I clearly mentioned that My office time starts from 10am and end 8pm. so I cant go. Now 10 days over they didnt handover my food percel.

Parcel handed over on 31oct, to be delivered At Delhi.

Need status and priority delivery.
on site status shows in transit.
and when u call office they say not recd. and they not clear about exact status.
this is a original sample of saree, based on swhich we were suppose to book orders further.
this is extreamly serious and not acceptable.
your firm is completly responssible for our loss of business.

My sister dispatched a package to me at pune from bangalore through professional couriers vide awb blr[protected]. The package was handed over to professional courier office on 31st october 2018. The package hasn’t been received by me yet. The tracker on professional courier website shows messages that don’t make any sense (Please see screenshot attached). My sister called up pune hub of professional couriers today (5th nov 2018) and they told her that the package hasn’t been received yet at pune. She has been trying to speak to bangalore hub of professional couriers and either no body answers the phone or when answered, the call is terminated midway.

We booked 155 kgs of poultry medicines stocks from chennai to delivery at palladam ( (Maa[protected], booking dated 01.11.2018). Stocks not yet received, since moring, i am following with tirupur branch and palladam branch, but their is no proper response from company persons, i spoken to manager level also, they gave wrong feed back and not gave proper response. The communication what i received are not true, they told moring (03.11.2018) stocks forwarded to paladam branch, but still it is lying in tirupur branch only. Please process and do the needful. Customer satisfaction is the first priority.

I kept calling for my courier they did not respond properly.. At 3pm when i called they said it's out for delivery.. But at 4 they called asking if i can come take it.. Kept calling from morning no proper response from ramagondanahalli branch.. Later i told him i need it in 30 minutes.. He said i will not get my courier do what you can!! Only because it's urgent we sent it via pro premium!! Why do we have such people! I spoke to 3 people one lady and two men.. The man who spoke in tamil was very rude he only told me i will not get my courier he also used bad words!!

I was awaiting for a courier from past 5 days which was sent from kurla to bangalore. However,. Is not yet reached. I am calling the professional courier centers in bangalore but it's of no use. Online it shows it has reached bangalore mission road branch. However, upon enquiry they are claiming it's not reached yet. Kindly let me know what's the procedure to get it

He didnot know english asking un neccessary documents with rejecting througing valube parcels pls take imediate action i didnot know her name but its not first its almost 7th time frm my staff and me also yesterday he through our parcel bad asking un necassariey document decleartion letter gst for a simple parcel when i got her name and photo i ll post as soon as possible

Parcel was delivered in very bad condition to pune.
It was damaged badly.
Professional courier office responded we can't help you for transit damages.

We had couriered a parcel on 8.10.2018 via consignment number dmm419610 but till date it is not deliverd / traced. It contains account payee cheques. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible. Our customers are facing problems. Kindly trace the above consignment number as early as possible to enable us to pay customers cheques to concerned banks.

Your agent got the cash and checked it from myself and then after an hour i got a call from professional courier medavakkam stating that the cash notes were damaged. This is the worst behavior from a courier company. The person have checked the cash notes and may get wet himself in the rain and now saying that we provided him the damaged notes. This is crazy and i will file a complaint regarding this case if you are not going to take any action. How a person will fail to check the cash rupees notes? We are not a fool. I have debited the amount from the atm and i'm sure that the notes are not damaged.

I have sent a courier via professional courier on 13th oct to zirakpur, punjab from bangalore kadugodi branch. Still it has not reached to the mentioned address and i didn't even get any information.

I am visiting the shop everyday but it is found closed. Please help me tracking my parcel otherwise i am going to file a case against professional courier. The parcel has some valuable and important document and in case of any missing, i will have to pay almost 10k rupees.

Respected sir this parcel is at jasdan gujratlocation but u forward it at mumbai so plz make correct delivery..

Sir. My father sent me a courier from chennai on 24/10/2018. Ref no. Maa[protected], but receiving point thoothukudi collection center they have sent it back door closed& mentioned house is shifted. On that particular date they have not intimated to my mobile no also & i have received another courier from blue dart. Please kindly resend it or otherwise i will take legal action. Pls do needful.

Professional couriers, kirumambakkm branch puducherry. Firstly they dont know have sizes vs charge. A4cover they consider to be large size. Rude guys. In rate card for documents of lrge size to be charged 5/- etc but they charge10. Complained @ head office they are helpless.These branch guys returned the cover. Amt may be less but y. Post office is best when we need to deal with such rude guys. I would get the service at 30 rs vs 110rs. Poor management.
