I used professional courier services regular to send a courier.. But i never face any problem but this time i am in big trouble. I sent this parcel on dated 13/01/2018 from bokaro steel city and delivered address is

We trusted to send courier only through professional courier thinking that this was a big establishment and our courier will be delivered safe!! This is totally "unprofessional" courier.

I didn't received the parcel but on tracking the consignment online it showed me delivered with fake signature of mine...so should I file case against professional couriour ? What steps will u take against such activity...I have lost my precious document in that...
On calling them they are not replying ...what should I do?

My order is very delayed for my sons birthday, on 19/09/2018, which i had booked through amazon india, by tracking it was expected on 19/09/2018. But today is 22/09/2018, 9.00 pm, till now no news about my parcel. And the online tracking is struck from 17/09/2018 onwards in midanapur for unknown reason. When called the courier office each time new person will attend the call, and i have to waste my time simply narrating the whole story, finally to say we don't know. One time a person picked up my call and also told me that, he has got my parcel, and asked me to come to his office which is 30 km away from my residence, which you say not advisable. Very arrogant elusive reply and response from the midanapur professional courier service. Requesting you to cancel the contract to them. And finally help me in tracking my order.

I have shipped a courier 10 days back on 10th september from pune to hyderabad. It was supposed to reach in 3 days. Still the status shown on website in "holding".
Not pune office nor hyderabad office is receiving the phone. I am highly disappointed with the service. Please let me know where the courier is asap.

My courier number is rrk[protected] first the order went to whitefield i inform to that delivery box my adress is from koramnagala but for his irresponsibility he send courier to krpuram now i m calling to that krpuram people no one are replying and every one telling that we cant do anything. Worst service you guys giving and irresponsbility of delivery boys also.

I m from jol pharma, bikaner. The persons of professional courier in bikaner are so rude and misbehaved. I called them to deliver my goods to the given address. But they refused to deliver it. When i discussed this thing to the head of professional courier in bikaner, he also replied the same thing and answered me that it's not our duty to deliver your parcel and if i didn't collect the parcel myself then he will send it back.

I and my company was regularly using the service of professional courier, but after this type of behaviour and response i will never ever use this service and will recommend others not to use the service of professional courier.

the professional courier company is not good they return my pan card no call, nobody come to me, without any msg or information they return my pan card just in 3days of receiving. when I called them in their customer care no. they said my courier is handed to delivery agent but I didn't receive any call or msg. I had a very bad experience with this courier service. I request please dont use this courier company for sending important type documents, some people may have urgent need of these.

Till date the parcel not delivered to the mentioned address. As our tracing indicate that the parcel is reached in thiruvananthapuram,

Kindly do the needful. Also while tracking the complaint it reaches the destination. Ie thirunananthapuram. Not yet delivered to the address mentioned in the compalint.

When i checked with your cc i get to know my cover received by madhapur professional couriers on 6th but not delivered till 8th. I walked in person to the office since that s am important and urgent official cover of mine. Even they not attending the calls no. [protected]. Never expected this from pc. Worst service. Am not gonna recommend my mnc to send any couriers via professional couriers.

Tracking # blr[protected] consignment missing - unable to track online. When inquired in professional courier office no proper response. Most of the number given online don't work. Contacted the the professional courier where i sent the parcel they asked me to reach out to the head office. I still have no details about the parcel i sent. Worse service - tried logging in complaint in their web site - complaint is not getting submitter some error in their website. How do you expect customers to reach professional couriers. Worst service.

My dad sent my parcel on monday from dharmapuri and if was shipped to trichy on monday n8, when i tracked it. But when i called the head office in trichy, they keep repeating that they didn't receive the package. No proper information is provided about the whereabouts of the item. I need some info about the package immediately or else i ll file a complaint in court

I m supposed to get a courier from mumbai... As per tpc it's reached hyderabad - balanagar hub on 31st august 2018.. And they updated saying.. On 1st september 2018 they tried delivering the product... But door is locked.. On 1st september 2018, entire day i was at home waiting for the courier.. Tried reaching balanagar hub phone numbers.. None of them answered my call. And tpc doesn't have any customer care number... Seems tpc management knows that their service is worst.. They are least bothred about client satisfaction.. From 1st sep 2018 to today.. They didn't updated anything on their tracking status... Will wait for 2 more days.. If not i will sue them in the court.. For this reason

On august 16th 2018 i had couriered 11 boxes containing kitchen items that weigh 84 kgs from mysore to trivandrum through "the professional courier" the booking number is mys22447101. Till now the items are not delivered to the destination. When contacted the concerned courier officials in mysore, they are giving false replies every time, that it will be delivered in couple of days, but the goods are not been delivered even after continuous follow ups.

I booked a parcel through The professional Courier from Karol Bagh to Kolkata, on 28.08.2018, the book has been made through air for which i paid some extra charge near about ₹.1100.
Company told me that the parcel u will receivd within 48 hrs, and now it has been more thn 65 hrs i still not received my product, acter contacting the customer care they're saying that the parcel is dispatched by surface and when you will receive isn't confirm. Jt can be 7 to 10 days. Sir i need that parcel urgently.

Delivery Executive is not delivering the parcel & holding it since 23rd August 2018, and misbehaved to family, and asking us to collect the parcel on road in some remote area & asked for additional money, which is paid already.

The courier was sent on Aug 23 and was received at Pune Pimpri, Thergaon branch on Aug 25, 09:43 am, yet it is not delivered.The parcel contains food item.It has been a week and on contact to the respective branch, they didn't respond properly.
When enquired about it, their answer was that my address doesn't come under their area.It is TCP's mistake for giving the parcel in the wrong branch and even the branch didn't bother the contact me regarding this misplacement.

My courier was sent from chennai to hyderabad and per the status tracker it was received in the hyderabad, miyapur office on 24/08/2018. The branch is within 1km from my place of residence. I'm a 68 year old person and the branch is at 2nd floor. I cannot climb upstairs and carry the package. Hence, was relying on the door deliver service. Today is 29/08/2018 and still have not received my parcel. Contacted the hyderabad branch office more than 20 times, contacted chennai customer care more than 20 times. No body gave me a proper response and diverted my call to multiple people. This was not the first time. This has been happening for the past 3 months. I get a parcel every month from chennai. When contacting the hyderabad, miyapur branch they asked me to come and collect the parcel if i need it. If i could go and carry the package home i wouldnt have paid for their service. Again when i contacted the miyapur branch they mentioned the package is placed behind and will not be able to take it.
