They received rakhi on 21 august near hope farm office whitefield. Today is 24 aug. I came to their office.in front of me only the receptionist lady is simply ignoring all the incoming calls, same she did when i called. She did not pick any single call in front of me and the phone was continuously ringing. Still they are searching for my rakhi. Let's see if i get or not...

Generally professional courier will deliver the items from my place to bangalore on very next day. I have been booking with professional service from many years. My parcel has reached destination professional office on 20th august 2018..

But this time i am surprised to see that, even after 5th day, the courier...

I had booked a parcel of 12 kg by air through, city linker express couriers from vishal enclave, rajouri garden, new delhi on[protected] to edamon p. O. Kerala. Only after confirmation of delivery within 2-3 days had booked. I had booked on 14th august, though the tracking information says booking on 17th the parcel has reached chennai, after they send to trivandrum, the same as shown in tracking last 3 -4 days.

I had booked a parcel of 2 kg by air through professional couriers from borivali, mumbai to kondapur/hyderabad containing eatables. Only after confirmation of delivery within 2-3 days had booked. I had booked on 16th august, though the tracking information says that the parcel has reached kondapur/hyderabad on 18th aug, till today it's not delivered. Inspite of repeated complaint and calls nobody is bothered to revert.
Very disgusting...

As per vodafone, they have sent my legal document to my address but it was not delivered as the address that i have mentioned is wrong.

After i gave complaint to vodafone (https://www.consumercomplaints.invodafone-india-refund-cheque-not-sent-to-my-home-c2042030#c3180620) they have responded and sent courier via professional courier.

My parcel was shipped via professional courier on 20thaugust2018 & it was out for delivery on 21staug.. I was not even notified about the delivery and some how i myself checked in tracking app and got to know that status as "door locked".
Not even received any prior info about the same, after seeing this trying reaching them but not response.

Today i have call from professionals courier service limbdi to collect the courier as the duty of courier company to deliver courier at door step but being a rude fellow from courier service at limbdi is denied to deliver at my address as shown in vpl no vpl[protected] and ask me to collect from them and he also told me that courier means only town place not in village. If courier service don't want to deliver at village then why it collects...

My courier was booked on 17th aug 2018 at hyderabad, final destination is bulandshahr. after 4 days traking record is still same as dispatched.
Nobody knows where the parcel is, parcel costs 6000inr.

Worst courier services i've ever seen. Just because company name is professional the employs won't be professionals. Train your employs that how to behave with customers otherwise that will be leads to damage your company. Careless employs. I request not to select professional courier it's waste of your time and money. Even one star is more for their services i'm not willing to give even one star also but it won't accept if i don't give rating....

Had worst experience from Professional Courier. They have stollen goods from parcel delivered to me yesterday.

Carton box was cut from centre along with covering plastic. After removing goods from box, it was sealed with Brown tape which has tag of professional courier.

This courier service is worst in customer support and courier delivery.

I have sen a courier on 11 august, on 13 august they mentioned not delivered - Lunch time, . It was the same after 3 days.. when I called the customer care she was telling as if she don't care about our products and advising to talk to other center and given a number which was switched off....

Posted a parcel on aug 6th though the professional couriers. But till aug 14th not received and not responding properly when ever i tried to reaching them over phone calls. So this way of their behaviour with customer not at all acceptable,
They should handover my parcel as well as money should be refunded with fine.
If it is not resolved as soon as possible, i will take further necessary steps accordingly....

I had to receive a parcel and when it reached my nearest hub they routed it to hoodi and they again routed back to mahadevapura hub only. If I call mahadevapura office, they are not receiving my call at all even though I tried so many times. I am not able to reach them and at least tell them I will collect the parcel from their office also if in case they are not able to deliver. They are playing around with my parcel...

I was informed to receive this currier at my residence but the responsive person is saying to collect it from his own office . This currier has to be reached at my place long back but it hasn't yet. I am totally dis satisfied with this kind of service. Please do the needful.wether its NSDL s policy of not delivering this item to residence or what? As I have been told so.. PAN card is not delivered by them....

Crn del[protected] booked from delhi karol bagh. Consignee kolkata address dated 26th july 2018. Called kolkata ofc of professional courier multiple times. At last they booked a complaint dated 6th august 2018 wide complaint number 34648. Subsequently i also mailed them on [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in. Now i am constantly mailing them asking for a revert. Mind you... Just a revert.

I sent a packet from pune to ghaziabad on 3rd aug 2018 and it reached ghaziabad city on 6th aug. Thereafter the courier guys are not delivering it. I got a courier from axis bank. Courier guy was attempted to delivery but i’m not there in that time. Then i was told to him directly i’ll come to your office and get my courier. Next day i’ll go there. Nobody is responding wait for half n hour. Delivery guy ll come and then check ur courier he ll give it to you like that. Really i’m very irritated. Im shiva, 7/9/2018, i did courier to uttar pradesh, from trichy(tamil nadu), still, 10 aug not yet received my side.. There is no response in this professional couriers, even in head office.. (trichy, tamilnadu). This was perfect only when, consignee, gave a near by address.. Totally not fair.. Worst service ever.. they are treating customers like a ###.....
