Today, 26.09.2018 till now it has been not yet delivered. It gives me mental torture. It is against violation customer rights. My courier number is maa[protected]. Kindly do the needful legally. Protect consumer rights.

Hi,
I sent a courier from chennai to lakshmangudi aw no is maa[protected], while accepting they are confirming the pin code of the receiver and accepting the courier.

But the receiving courier center located in lakshmangudi (614102) whenever they receive for my location which a village 3 km from their office they are asking us to collect from their office.
They are not at all delivering to the address if the receiver belongs to my location they are doing this for everybody this is not fair they charge 52 rs for not delivering to the address.
They always says that they don't have delivery persons everytime. Such rude branch we have in (Lakshmangudi branch, thiruvarur dist pin 614102)

I had given a courier of 5.390kg on the 20th of september 2018. I wanted it to reach within 2 days so i asked them to courier it by air, and Rs 900 was taken from me but then the company firstly cheated by couriering it by road and then when asked about it spoke very rudely to us and said they will not get it delieved to the person but then ask the company to send the courier back to us. This is such a bad service. Firstly, they made a fraud towards us and then their rude behavior. They are not willing to even share the status of the courier.

Delay in giving parcel to the recipient in Kerala.
Sent from TPC, Mission Road, Bangalore on 10/09/18. I was told it will reach in 2 days. It took 8 days & recipient had to collect it himself on 17/10/2018 from TPC office in Kerala. It was not delivered to the address I had written on the parcel.

My order is very delayed for my sons birthday, on 19/09/2018, which i had booked through amazon india, by tracking it was expected on 19/09/2018. But today is 22/09/2018, 9.00 pm, till now no news about my parcel. And the online tracking is struck from 17/09/2018 onwards in midanapur for unknown reason. When called the courier office each time new person will attend the call, and i have to waste my time simply narrating the whole story, finally to say we don't know. One time a person picked up my call and also told me that, he has got my parcel, and asked me to come to his office which is 30 km away from my residence, which you say not advisable. Very arrogant elusive reply and response from the midanapur professional courier service. Requesting you to cancel the contract to them. And finally help me in tracking my order.

I m from jol pharma, bikaner. The persons of professional courier in bikaner are so rude and misbehaved. I called them to deliver my goods to the given address. But they refused to deliver it. When i discussed this thing to the head of professional courier in bikaner, he also replied the same thing and answered me that it's not our duty to deliver your parcel and if i didn't collect the parcel myself then he will send it back.

I and my company was regularly using the service of professional courier, but after this type of behaviour and response i will never ever use this service and will recommend others not to use the service of professional courier.

Docket number MZP50013972 from Muzaffarpur to Jamshedpur not delivered till now and while tracking same status reflects for 5 days. On 12 th it reached Patna and despatched to Jamshedpur and there is no change in status while tracking since 12 th. So kindly let me know the current status.

the professional courier company is not good they return my pan card no call, nobody come to me, without any msg or information they return my pan card just in 3days of receiving. when I called them in their customer care no. they said my courier is handed to delivery agent but I didn't receive any call or msg. I had a very bad experience with this courier service. I request please dont use this courier company for sending important type documents, some people may have urgent need of these.

Doddaballapur, Bangalore Rural - Delivery executive never deliver courier.
Worst service possible.
Never delivery my couriers to my address.
More than 8 incoming couriers lost at local facility[as per tracking] and no compensation or info.
Losses till date exceeds 10k plus for 8 plus couriers.

My dad sent my parcel on monday from dharmapuri and if was shipped to trichy on monday n8, when i tracked it. But when i called the head office in trichy, they keep repeating that they didn't receive the package. No proper information is provided about the whereabouts of the item. I m supposed to get a courier from mumbai... As per tpc it's reached hyderabad - balanagar hub on 31st august 2018.. And they updated saying.. On 1st september 2018 they tried delivering the product... But door is locked.. On 1st september 2018, entire day i was at home waiting for the courier.. Tried reaching balanagar hub phone numbers.. None of them answered my call. And tpc doesn't have any customer care number... Seems tpc management knows that their service is worst.. They are least bothred about client satisfaction.. From 1st sep 2018 to today.. They didn't updated anything on their tracking status... Will wait for 2 more days.. If not i will sue them in the court.. For this reason

On august 16th 2018 i had couriered 11 boxes containing kitchen items that weigh 84 kgs from mysore to trivandrum through "the professional courier" the booking number is mys22447101. Till now the items are not delivered to the destination. When contacted the concerned courier officials in mysore, they are giving false replies every time, that it will be delivered in couple of days, but the goods are not been delivered even after continuous follow ups.
