Had worst experience from Professional Courier. They have stollen goods from parcel delivered to me yesterday.

AIRWAY bill No. IXJ[protected].

Carton box was cut from centre along with covering plastic. After removing goods from box, it was sealed with Brown tape which has tag of professional courier.

See the enclosed photographs, original parcel does not have any brown tape.
Next photographs shows box cut and after theft, it was closed with brown tape by your company.

Be professional. Only name does not prove that you are professional. Cheap thing like stolling goods from customers parcel is not act by professional courier.

Or is your business has gone down that your employees are unpaid that's why they are doing mal practices of theft.

Resolve this issue on priority else I will have to take appropriate action about your professionalism.

    This courier service is worst in customer support and courier delivery.

    I have sen a courier on 11 august, on 13 august they mentioned not delivered - Lunch time, . It was the same after 3 days.. when I called the customer care she was telling as if she don't care about our products and advising to talk to other center and given a number which was switched off.

      Posted a parcel on aug 6th though the professional couriers. But till aug 14th not received and not responding properly when ever i tried to reaching them over phone calls. So this way of their behaviour with customer not at all acceptable,
      They should handover my parcel as well as money should be refunded with fine.
      If it is not resolved as soon as possible, i will take further necessary steps accordingly.

        Hi,

        I had to receive a parcel and when it reached my nearest hub they routed it to hoodi and they again routed back to mahadevapura hub only. If I call mahadevapura office, they are not receiving my call at all even though I tried so many times. I am not able to reach them and at least tell them I will collect the parcel from their office also if in case they are not able to deliver. They are playing around with my parcel sending from one office to another is what I can see if I put the tracking number. At least should have coutesy to receive the call. Tracking I'd is DEL[protected].

        No steps taken by company. I had to contact Hoodi branch and send my wife to collect the parcel. So steps taken from my side to resolve the problem

          I was informed to receive this currier at my residence but the responsive person is saying to collect it from his own office . This currier has to be reached at my place long back but it hasn't yet. I am totally dis satisfied with this kind of service. Please do the needful.wether its NSDL s policy of not delivering this item to residence or what? As I have been told so.. PAN card is not delivered by them.

          The staff at Mukkam professional courier service is very rude and they just call and tell that there is a courier. They don't even attempt to deliver it in the office.

            Crn del[protected] booked from delhi karol bagh. Consignee kolkata address dated 26th july 2018. Called kolkata ofc of professional courier multiple times. At last they booked a complaint dated 6th august 2018 wide complaint number 34648. Subsequently i also mailed them on [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in. Now i am constantly mailing them asking for a revert. Mind you... Just a revert.
            Kindly help.

            Spoke to Miss. Mousumi. at kilkata ofc today i, e. 13/8/18. As per her it was a mistake booking a complain from Kolkata ofc. its a delhi ofc problem so I should contact Delhi ofc. Some Mr. Rathin from operations is not replying to her mail on this. after repeated calls and mail, she is forwarding my complaint to Delhi office today.
            Appeal to all...plz dont use Profesional Courier

              I sent a packet from pune to ghaziabad on 3rd aug 2018 and it reached ghaziabad city on 6th aug. Thereafter the courier guys are not delivering it. I tried following up with courier guys in hinjewadi from where i sent it and they have been telling that it will get delivered in evening but nothing is happening. So now i have been following up with courier guys by calling them and visiting them and i am getting the same response every day and still packet is not getting delivered. The professional courier are most unprofessional guys and they will not give you actual reason and neither the confirmation. Worst courier till date.
              My awb number is pnq[protected].

              Our package shipped from Bhimavaram to Hyderabad BVR330422 on[protected] never reached us. We tried contacting customer care multiple times but there was no response. Very disappointed with unprofessional service. We will file a case in consumer court if there is no quick response.

              they seem to be least bothered about this. They are truely unprofessional .
              Still the Packet is in Ghaziabad and no one from Professional Courier is Delivering it. Its Pathetic service and they are not at all responding. Its been now 12 days and still no action.

                I got a courier from axis bank. Courier guy was attempted to delivery but i’m not there in that time. Then i was told to him directly i’ll come to your office and get my courier. Next day i’ll go there. Nobody is responding wait for half n hour. Delivery guy ll come and then check ur courier he ll give it to you like that. Really i’m very irritated. Please hire one more guy for office delivery. So many peoples are waiting there. But that lady doesn’t respond anyone.

                    Im shiva, 7/9/2018, i did courier to uttar pradesh, from trichy(tamil nadu), still, 10 aug not yet received my side.. There is no response in this professional couriers, even in head office.. (trichy, tamilnadu). This was perfect only when, consignee, gave a near by address.. Totally not fair.. Worst service ever.. they are treating customers like a ###..

                      I am sateesh resident of srinagar colony, hyderabad. I have got a call from delivery guy named srinivas (Mob no: +91 [protected]) asking about the address and i explained the address. Mine is 2 stair building and he is asking me to come down to collect the courier. I have explained him that i am at office and my mother is old and can't climb steps. He did not bothered about it and went away with out delivering my parcel. He is not picking my call later on. I tried to contact local delivery center but they are not picking the calls either. I strongly object if the parcel gets returned stating that no one available at home. Is it not the deliver team responsibility to door delivery the parcel? Should we follow the instructions of a delivery boy and go and collect wherever he is comfortable? My mail id: [protected]@gmail.com

                        My self sent a parcel from ayur to chalakkudy vijayagiri school on 01.08.18 as no. Ayr1050393. Sofar not delivered. This contains a text guide for my child who has started exam on 08.08.18 (Today). Now what is the benefit by sending parcel through firm. I called your men, but they dont attend my call. This habit is too bad. Pls give me your reply soon. No any use to reach this parcel even today.

                          This is regarding misbehaviour and rudeness of mr. Gopal garg at their neemuch branch. He is highly unprofessional and has no regards for the professional ethics and is spoiling the name of professional courier. I will never work with the professional courier from now on. If the job or the company is not important to a employee like that then what is the use of him representing your company. Please give this job to someone who can represent your company professionally. Their is nothing professional about the professional courier in neemuch. Kindly see.

                              Let me say i am facing this home delivery issue for so long. The courier office is located at 15 minutes away from house which is also located in the town. I have ordered multiple items online and many sellers have used professional couriers as the delivery provider. Every time the courier reaches the office they call me and ask me for a pick up. As long as it is being provided as a home delivery there is being argument every time about this and couple of times i went and collected it.. This has been happened couple of times and i argued with them for a home delivery. Then it was not delivered and sent back to the seller.
                              The latest incident happened on 28/08/18. I was tracking a parcel which was send on 23/08/ from trivandrum to alleppey and it is always showed as in transit. But i got a reply back from the seller saying that the the item has been delivered back to the office as the courier service tried to contact and the call didnt went through.

                                Ref:hrd37626568 dated 25th july
                                Professional courier

                                New item worth rs 12000/- was shipped from bangalore to dharwad on 25th july 2018
                                Item weight was above 750 gm.
                                Courier charge is rs.90/- that means item was heavy
                                Courier person delivered one paper & got the signature from an old man
                                We had called immediately the person who delivered & he acknowledges that only one paper had come from bangalore to dharwad & same he delivered on 27th
                                We also contacted the booking center they do acknowledge about the weight of the item & accordingly they had charged rs90/- otherwise normal charge is rs 50/-
                                When inquired, the weight that is registered is 100gm. This means this is stolen by professional courier team.

My courier received at angamaly preffessional courier office... They called me and asking to collect that courier from that office i[censored] want.. I had lost my lost my last 3 couriers... They are not ready for door delivery.. Why sir...?.. We are highly believed in preffessional couriers.. Some times they are not informing me..                                     Have to receive parcel from mumbai to hyderabad through professional courier,
                                    This is my tracking id vpl[protected]
                                    The parcel have reached the near location of receiver. But the parcel haven't received for 3 days still i can see the status that the parcel is in the particular office.
                                    When i called to that office they said that they will deliver with in two days...
                                    Waited for more 2 days still not received... Again next day called to the office and she said the parcel has lost...

                                    My question is 'if the tracking status is updated based on bar code then how the package will get lost'?

                                    That too they conveyed very carelessly... And said they are not responsible for it... How come when the courier office received the goods by scanning and updating the status and it got lost...

                                    Now i am getting a doubt whether the employee itself taken the parcel and saying it got lost...

                                    This is not good thing to do...

                                    Then who is responsible for the issue...

                                      My courier was dispatched from jaipur on july 23, 2018.
                                      Jpr[protected].
                                      Status is showing dispatched to chennai from jul 23, 2018 till today (Aug 2, 2018). Neither jaipur office nor chennai office is able to give a status for this courier. If they cannot do proper service they should not take up the parcel. We are losing our products because of their irresponsible service.

                                      They cannot give an estimated date of arrival or no status update where the parcel is. All jaipur contact numbers they updated in their website are also not working. Very irresponsible and bad service.

                                        I did have a courier by Professional couriers booked on 27th July '18, which was received on the next day. Courier people informed me about it, but refused to deliver at home. I told them there is no one at home get it picked from their office except for my old mother & wife. Even then they refused to deliver & returned it to the consignee itself. This has put me in lot of trouble. If they cannot deliver it at home address, they should have refused to book the courier by the consignor.

                                        Attached here with copy of docket.

                                        Hope that you will look into the matter & do the needful.
