Very unprofessional service. Courier has not been delivered, but status says it is. Status is updated just to prove to company management that people are doing things in time. Chennai customer care says call bangalore. No response on all 3 bangalore number.

The few times i have used professional courier service, i have suffered more often than not. One time in bangalore, there was flooding, but none in the area of delivery....
