Tracking no, - vpl[protected] Consignee:- royal hub bsr Weight :- 450grms, Address :- 317/02 nazeempura bsnl telephone exchange bhoor bulandeshar, uttar pradesh-203001. This was a return order parcel to seller which i had purchased from amazon. On 14/05/2018 parcel was given to professional courier office in mira road. On 15/05/2018 parcel was dispatched from mira road mumbai to delhi, And on 17th may 2018 received in delhi, On 18th they despatched it to mumbai. After 10 days when my parcel not delivered yet, on 24th seller contacted me so i called courier office. At that time they told me we dont have service in area address mentioned on your parcel, it had came back, come and collect your parcel. No body called me to inform if they were not able to deliver my parcel. If they dont have service in address i mentioned wht did they accepted it, its common senses. In tracking they mention false comments, they thav mentioned 'door locked' on 26th may for parcel return, when i was at home whole day as it was saturday. And received other delivery orders. In evening when i visited their office they handed me parcel in very bad condition. When i checked that my parcel is totally damaged. They damaged my parcel in transit and then returned it to origin office. No body call between 11 days about my parcel till i contacted them they just damaged, i want my product value and delivery charges back. Was this information helpful? | |||
