[Resolved] The Professional Couriers — Undelivered Courier and company not paying attention to my calls | |||
Consignor (Ms. Manchanda) booked a courier on 29-Dec-2020 at 18:38 hrs from Vile Parle Mumbai office of The Professional Couriers (TPC). POD No. VPL[protected]. It contained small crystals ear buds suitable for small girl child. Not a precious commodity. For this I have paid Consignor Rs. 5, 000 by PhonePe. The courier was addressed to me for delivering at my residential address F-803, Shree Venkatesh Lake Vista, Jambhuwadi Road, Ambegaon Bk, Katraj, Pune-411046. The tracking details available at TPC's website indicates that courier was received in TPC's Pune city office on 30-Dec-2020. The courier remains to be delivered till date. Usually it takes a day for courier from Mumbai to Pune. Even on 31-Dec-2020, the courier was not delivered. So I started following up with TPC from 1-Jan-2021. I kept enquiring by making 9 telephone calls at their landline number[protected] and 3 calls at [protected]. I talked to Ms. Rohini. I received trivial responses that they are looking into it and their operations team is on the job, etc. Finally Ms. Rohini gave me telephone number ([protected]) of one Mr. Anirudh from their operations team. I made 6 calls (1 call on 1-Jan-2021 and 5 calls on 2-Jan-2021) to this Anirudh, who promised me to find out the missing courier. After my last call on 2-Jan-2021 at 18:03 hrs, I found that his phone went out of coverage area and he was not contactable. May be my number is blocked by him. I have logged in my complaint on their website under customer care tab. The CRM ID is CRM375034. I find that the customer service is very poor and there is no real attempt in finding out whereabouts of the courier addressed to me. Jan 4, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Visited their Pune Main office on Tilak Road. As usual the down below staff was not at all helpful. So I sought to meet some senior person. Due to Covid, I had to talk to Mr. Vergese on telephone from their reception. He took cognizance of my grievance. Within couple of minutes, he got the information that the parcel was wrongly sent to different distribution centre and same is on the way to correct centre in Katraj Branch. He advised me to go to Katraj Branch.
I found Katraj Branch people very cooperative and nice to behave with customers. I got the parcel. The Professional Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
