The Professional Couriers — Unprofessional behavior by professional courier company | |||||
First of all Very Very sad and hopeless service by professional courier. It took around thirteen days to reach unsafely to the destination. Now regarding their staff behavior, its really horrible. One of their staff named Philip V mobile no. [protected] (staff of Byatrayanpura TPC) called me and asking me to collect the courier otherwise I have to suffer and it (c0nsignment) will be back to the boarding place(place of booking). Now courier guy's will call personally the person to whom the courier belongs to collect it from branches. First of all at the time of taking the consignment, they are charging to assure that my consignment will be in my doorstep. But due to professional courier unprofessional behavior, I have collected the consignment from their branch. But my question is why? When they are charging, that means it is their prime responsibility to monitor the courier staff to let the consignment to be reach safely. He is giving me warning that from next time he will not receive my courier if it reaches to him (Philip) hands. I am asking who the hell a single staff can tell like this to any customer. When he (philip) called for collecting the consignment, I was trying to call him back to provide details about the address. By the way the address was absolutely correct. But he didn't want to perform his job. He was telling that either he will return the consignment if i will not come or I have to suffer. What type of staff they are keeping to speak and behave with customer like this? This shows how the management structure and responsibility will be. They must check once the google review about TPC Byatrayanpura and other branches of their courier company. May be they know about the reviews also. But let me speak about one thing, he behaved unnatural. And, I will not let him to go. I told them that I will take this issue to grievance and nodal officer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
