Respected sir, I' m a medical officer at a govt. Phc ( Nagadasampatti), pennagaram block, dharmapuri district. We were subjected to have on many accounts for the beneficiary schemes like JSY, etc . I was informed that there are upcoming audit in 2 days . So I was preparing for it. I wanted the statement for my JSY scheme account no[protected], pennagaram branch, SBI, hence with I gave the requisition letter for the statement. Asst. Manager accounts section . He shouted at me that he cannot give as there are entries in passbook as well. As the font size was small, we were instructed to get the statement copy while appearing for auditing. We explained him. He told that he need to pay . We accepted that we bear the charges. He told us to wait till evening ie for 4 hrs. I agreed for that. But I got to go back to hospital as it is my indue responsibility to see the ill patients and pregnant mothers waiting for me to do ultrasound. So I made my staff to wait in the Bank till evening. But all in vain. He did not intend to give the statement to my staff after 4 also. In turn he shouted at my staff and sent her off by telling that he did not get any requisition letter. He did not have the basic responsibility to behave well to the public. I observed it when I was waiting in the Q. I was not bothered that he made to made to wait for a long time, Even after that he did not give us the statement. I kindly request you to look in to this subject
