[Resolved]  The Public Grievances Cell, State Bank Of India, Parliament Street New Delhi — Non-Receipt of Pension even after 5 months

Sir my pension was sanctioned by the kendriya vidyalaya sangathan, kolkata vide ppo no 25230/5017/2013-14/kvs(Ia)/kol/ dtd. 11.11.2013 and addressed to manager(C&i), sbi, main branch parliament street, new delhi-110001 (Copy enclosed). The life and non-employment certificates have been sent by the payee branch ie sbi, mominpur branch, mominpur, kolkata but my pension has not commenced yet and no credit has been made to my account so far. You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to release the pension immediately.
