The Resume Search — Fake agreement harassing calls and threats | |||||
Dear Sir I am Amit Kumar SINGH from Jaunpur Uttar Pradesh India. I am a student by profession and farmer. The above mentioned company known as the resumesearch.com contacted me and asked to join for a online resumefiling job. They asked my details and without my consent sent me an ID password and agreement of work. When I visited I noticed it was fraud . After a week fradulent calls from this company started coming to me giving false alarm of agreement and cases and asking me to pay a amount of rupees 10, 000 and more as compensation from this company . They harras me in a very new way after which I had started blocking all new unknown numbers.They message also and mail also and ask me to pay a compensation. The company contact is +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] and every time a new number rings me.so I had stopped all unknown calls and locked my aadhar biometrics. It's address is following on 456 FOURPOINT Vip road Vesu Surat 395007 as provided on agreement which is fake. It's email id [protected]@theresumesearch.com Please I humbly request you to take legal action against this company and restrict it from harrasing me mentally and emotionally. I am attaching the contract which they had given to me as well as the login id and password Login R[protected] Password 889215 I also humbly request you to not to make my compaint or I'd disclosed. The resume search company in Surat, gujrat.they give me 600 resume entry with a agreement.but within 20 minutes I surrender this job because it is so difficult but they force me to pay maintenance charge 5500+ gst.if I will not pay they will go to legal procedure.so please help me.i already see the company review this is fake.
