I visited the store of The Sleep Company for buying Elev8 Smart Recliner Bed. While at the store i told them that i already purchased the Snow Tec mattress 10 inches and asked if i will be able to use that bed in the Elev8 Recliner Bed for which they confirmed that all their mattresses go perfectly with their smart recliner beds.
After the bed was assembled and the mattress was put on that that the technician was doing a demo of the different modes and the mattress just slips out of the clip in the bed and slides over the bottom edge. None of the mode work and the mattress keep slipping more and more and will not fall back in position.
This happened while the technician was doing demo, we raised complaints then itself and till now no resolution. Spent Rs.75000 for something we cannot use. I was expecting a good experience and what i got was really disappointing one.
