I bought this Ultron chair from the physical store and I was told any part will be replaced under warranty. There was no exception mentioned. The product was delivered on 6th May 2025 and assembled in end of Jun 2025.
But after a few months o[censored]se the backrest has broken. The technician came, checked and confirmed with his senior that the part will be replaced within 2-3 days but 2 days later I got a mail saying I need to pay for the part (which will be approx 7k) since that part was not covered under warranty . I have already paid a huge amount for the chair i. e. 40000/- and now they want me to pay for the broken part which is not my fault. After arguing over mails they gave me a discount and told me to pay half the amount. But why should I pay when I was clearly told while buying that the whole chair is covered under warranty and any part will be replaced. This shows the poor quality of their product and they are trying to cheat us. Requesting a replacement of the chair or a refund for the poor quality of the product

Sleep Company got in touch after writing about it on other platforms like X and replaced the backrest for free.
