Purchase mattress on 22.4.2026ide inv no CMH[protected] though paid on 18.4.2026... Request replacement clear by pick up on 25.5.2026 n company has informed to replace mattress delivery with 7 days after successful pick up.. But after 12days they are not able to replace the mettress or provide proper date of delivery... Staff on email n phone behave n answer likes a professional postman that"" Your concern noted n forwarded to out team.
We will inform you with in 24 to 48 hours."" They dont' have sense to satisfy customer. it's my wrong decision that i have chosen such bluff master n worst company... I am facing trouble to sleep without mettress since last 12 days with having a small bay... but company doesn't care for customer.
