I bought this Ultron chair from the physical store and I was told any part will be replaced under warranty. There was no exception mentioned. The product was delivered on 6th May 2025 and assembled in end of Jun 2025.

I visited the store of The Sleep Company for buying Elev8 Smart Recliner Bed. While at the store i told them that i already purchased the Snow Tec mattress 10 inches and asked if i will be able to use that bed in the Elev8 Recliner Bed for which they confirmed that all their mattresses go perfectly with their smart recliner beds.

Still the chair under warranty period not even a year, at the time fixing of chair itself there was some defect. the assembly person did some adjustments and assembled chair and now unable to adjust the fixtures and all. Nuts also came out.. Do the necessary fixtures....

I had order a smart grid luxe mattress on 16.05.2022 from the website of the sleep company
before pay the money they said they will deliver my mattress within 05 days of order .
Reality is ... 9 days gone still they says we are manufacturing your mattress and will inform you .
I tired to call them, now they block my mobile number, when i called from other number and ask for that, they says no we can't block any number...
