I called them for information on pillows only once on 03.07.2026 thinking that it connects me to the nearest store. But it got connected to the main showroom and I requested them not to call me back. Still the chair under warranty period not even a year, at the time fixing of chair itself there was some defect. the assembly person did some adjustments and assembled chair and now unable to adjust the fixtures and all. Nuts also came out.. Do the necessary fixtures.

I had order a smart grid luxe mattress on 16.05.2022 from the website of the sleep company
before pay the money they said they will deliver my mattress within 05 days of order .
Reality is ... 9 days gone still they says we are manufacturing your mattress and will inform you .
I tired to call them, now they block my mobile number, when i called from other number and ask for that, they says no we can't block any number .

I ask them for return money, but they says once you ordered you can't pray for refund...

According to my experience i think i been trapped by " the sleep company"
