We purchased two recliner single-bed mechanisms along with two ortho hybrid single mattresses on 6th Aug 2024 which was in the name of Freny Shah, following the recommendation of your store staff. However, one of the mattresses has developed an issue—its center has become excessively soft, causing anyone seated there to sink down, while the other mattress remains fine.

We initially reported this concern and were asked to provide pictures and videos, which we did. However, since the issue is not easily visible in images, we visited the store, where a staff member (Pankaj) personally inspected the mattress and acknowledged the problem. Following this, we received an email from your company apologizing for the inconvenience, promising that someone would reach out to us.

Unfortunately, despite waiting for seven days and sending follow-up emails, no one contacted us. Eventually, we received a response stating that the mattress’s softness is a “feature” rather than a defect, contradicting the assessment made by your representative during the inspection. We continued raising the issue with both the store manager and customer care, who assured us they would get back to us within two days. However, the response remained unchanged—that it is a mattress feature.

We selected this mattress believing it would be the best choice for our elderly parents (aged 60+), trusting the store’s recommendation. However, instead of providing comfort, the mattress has caused significant discomfort—leading to shoulder and back pain for my mother. Concerned about her well-being, we consulted a doctor, underwent an MRI, and were advised that sleep quality could be the underlying issue.

Given these circumstances, we seek a resolution. We request either a mattress replacement or a full refund, as the product has failed to meet its intended purpose. We sincerely hope you will address this matter promptly.
