I have booked my tour package with "The Snow Travel". For same I have paid Rs. 40, 000 (Forty Thousand) in advance in 2 installments of 20, 000 each on 24th May 2019 & 31st May 2019. Transaction ID TST0190 as conveyed by The Snow travel. For some reasons I cancelled my booking and conveyed the company on 1st June 2019 regarding the same by email. My request is confirmed by company on 3rd June 2019 by email. They promised to pay my refund Rs. 40, 000 through IMPS within 21 to 50 working days as per their company policy. After continuous follow ups and after registering complaint in National consumer helpline they refunded me 10, 000 after more than 80 days from cancellation. Company submitted same to consumer forum and my complaint was disposed without my consent. Still refund of 30, 000 is pending. I submitted all the transaction as well as follow up proofs to consumer forum. Grievance Number: 1550896. For remaining refund I have made a lot of follow up with company on phone as well as on email. But I have not got any refund. And now they are saying that company is going to close and they can not pay me my remaining 30, 000. I was expecting help from consumer forum. but it failed to get me complete refund.
