The Snow Travel — refund not received

We have booked our tour for Uttarakand on 12th August 2019, Mohit and Sachin from Snow travel team where coordinating with us for the booking, they asked us to make the payment of RS. 20000/- to book the flight tickets however they have not given us the tickets nor any confirmation. based on their fraudulent statements we asked to cancel our tour on the very next day 13th August 2019 and we asked them to reverse our amount Rs.20000/- since 12th August 2019 to till date we are following-up for our money but yet they have not reversed our amount.
Every time when we call and email they give new date to us. After continuously follow-up they have given only Rs.5000/- on 27th September 2019 and till date they have not reversed any further amount to us. hence we request you to please take harsh action on these people as they have done fraud with many people including us, earlier the name of the company was SNOW TRAVEL CLUB and at the present the company name is THE SNOW TRAVEL. we have done research on google based on the customer complaints we understood that both the company are same as they account details are same and Contact number of Mohit the main cheater of the company THE SNOW TRAVEL / SNOW TRAVEL CLUB.
