The Snow Travel — wrong quotation

Wrong quotation was provided despite asking the person thrice.
Once the payment was done after 2 days i tired calling them was the issue i have not received the tickets till now they informed me that the quotation was wrong. They send me the mail that it will take 7 to 25 excluding the saturday and sunday. Still i have not got my refund back. Now their people are saying they have financial issues. How can a company use someone else money while returning they are saying financial issue and they are writing in mail your money is safe with us. It's about rs. 20, 000 for which i m waiting for. Staff of their company don't have manner to talk.
