Snow travel agent name avinash contacted me for my 4 days 3 nights sikkim tour. As he quoted low price as compare to other agents. The person was calling me repeatedly about my decision so i booked the same. Initially he gave us quote of 24000/- and promised for 10% discount if i booked on same day. As advanced i paid 5000/- as per his demand, then gradually there demand kept increasing the person was so rude, with the fear of losing money...

I have received below confirmation for refund from Snow travel company on 24th Oct that i would get refund on 10 Dec., but still after lot many follow ups on calls, mails, whats app, they just keep on postponing and i still don't have my refund after so many days and I am helpless as I need amount badly.

Recently they conveyed after 10 Dec follow ups that complany is closed and will refund by 16 Dec, then on 16th said...

As per the confirmation from thesonwtravel team, i have paid the entire package amount (Rs22000) through paytm wallet.
The tour suppose to start on 26-oct-2019 for (3days/2nights). Even though the entire amount was paid.
When i have called, they are not responding properly and not booked on time, finally asked another 20000 rs extra then the committed packages. Which is so unprofessional, which is forcing me to cancel the package...

I have booked my tour package with "The Snow Travel". For same I have paid Rs. 40, 000 (Forty Thousand) in advance in 2 installments of 20, 000 each on 24th May 2019 & 31st May 2019. We have booked our tour for Uttarakand on 12th August 2019, Mohit and Sachin from Snow travel team where coordinating with us for the booking, they asked us to make the payment of RS. 20000/- to book the flight tickets however they have not given us the tickets nor any confirmation. based on their fraudulent statements we asked to cancel our tour on the very next day 13th August 2019 and we asked them to reverse our amount Rs.20000/- since...

Wrong quotation was provided despite asking the person thrice.
Once the payment was done after 2 days i tired calling them was the issue i have not received the tickets till now they informed me that the quotation was wrong. They send me the mail that it will take 7 to 25 excluding the saturday and sunday. Still i have not got my refund back. Now their people are saying they have financial issues. How can a company use someone else...

I was promised for the trip of manali at the cost of 20k i booked my trip 3 months before by paying 10k in thesnowtravel company
Then they forced me to pay remaining payment of 10k for bookings n all
I paid 5k to book the hotel n cab
I followed them for 2 weeks asking them about my booking they ignored me
N after receiving my call they said my 20k package is not affordable i would have to pay 36k...

This is to bring your notice that i have been recently pulled into fraudeulent act in which travel company "the snow travel (http://www.thesnowtravel.com) has looted rs.15000/- frome me towards family travel trip to mahabaleshwar. On the day of booking i was communicated that the trip will cost total rs 30500/- (Inclusive of tax) which include stay and site seeing.
